I just bought my first pair of good quality safety boots! Don is simply awesome! He has alot of experience in construction and paints a very good picture for newbies like me, in order to explain the nitty-gritties in regard to the steel toe/composite toe work boots. I had a great experience and bought myself a pair of kodiaks and they are extremely comfortable. I recommend visiting them in person as its better than shopping online.

Came for the boxing day deals and you're not even open so it took my business elsewhere

I went to the Burlington, Ontario Work Authority to pick up a new pair of safety boots for work. That's a pretty mundane task, hardly worth a review. Yet Don and Bill, the two people on staff, went out of their way to help me out such that I was able to purchase the best product for my requirements. And Don threw in a 15% discount just because! They've definitely earned my repeat business and my positive word of mouth with my colleagues.

Don is a great worker, perfect example of someone you want on your team

Walked into the store and was greeted with a smile and welcome, he helped me pick out work boots that were best for my personal needs, great suggestions. He took his time and really showed he cared and I respect that a lot.

Great guy, it’s very rare u get amazing customer service but I did today.

I came in looking for close for my apprenticeship. I had done some research on it but still needed to figure out what worked best for the kind of work I was doing and trying to find proper sizing.

Connie and Kathy really went above and beyond. They were patient, attentive, humorous, overall really made the experience so enjoyable and less intimidating. They also took the time to call different store locations to find the sizes/products I needed.

Definitely would recommend work authority to anyone looking for great quality work/trade clothes that are reasonably priced. The cherry on top though was the service I received and the reason I will be returning for further business.

Went to go buy coveralls and work boots for school, staff was very friendly and helpful in finding the right size and fit for me.

I would like to show my appreciation for a specific employee named Catherine, she was very helpful helping me find the correct work boot for my needs, unfortunately her location did not have the boot I was looking for but she went out of her way to find where the closest location with my size available. The staff went out of there way to give me a hand as I was looking for a high vis vest and a hard hat and Doug was very helpful and knowledgeable

I went into this location of work authority and I needed some help choosing which work shoe would work best for my job. Bill Hewlett, the store manager, was EXTREMELY helpful in helping me pick the right size and model of shoe. He also helped greatly with picking out the perfect insole for my feet. The employees in this location are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I HIGHLY suggest this location to anyone that needs a work shoe or boot and may possibly need some help with it!

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Knowledgable about their products. I needed a pair of steel toes and they were able to answer all my questions and help me out.

I just got home from purchasing a great pair of steel toe welding work boots from the Burlington work authority. They were great. The two I dealt with were very nice and knowledgeable. I told them what I was looking for and the first pair I tried on were the right ones! I tried on another set to be sure but the first pair were perfect. Will go back whenever I need a new pair!

Waiting in line store was full one person walked out the sales woman said only one person or wait till more people exit the store so I let my child in first and we waited I was ok with that but a guy showed up from nowhere came in front of me and a male salesman let’s the guy in and told me to wait for my turn.
Their sales staff needs to communicate with each other better.
