Have been shopping here for a few years and Luca makes it more like a reason to come back every time! Great customer service and knowledge!

The staff were very helpful to help me find a pair of suitable work boots as per the requirements from my new employer. They took the time to recommend a couple pairs that met my particular preferences.

Friendly associates. Very helpful. Took the time to educate me about the options. And to top it up, a generous discount for Union members.

Bought new safety shoes last Sunday from this store and haven’t wear those outside of my house. Brought them back today and guys simply said that they are covered with the mud. To make it clear the shoes were not wore anywhere but their store and my house. So the bottom side had some common dust. I can bet if you flip any of those shoes that hanging on the display, it has same amount of dust) denied from the return or exchange. I would like to aware people who has to work hard in this novel days, save yourself a time don’t deal with cockroaches who is simply liying in your face. The guy who said “we will throw the out for you” dont get dirty on the mud

Staff are not good. I go to store to exchange my shoes but they said it already worn in fact I never use it.not recommended this store.better other store

In and out in 15 minutes to buy new safety shoes for work, told them what I was looking for and the first pair I threw on was so comfortable I was sold. Store is very clean and welcoming, as was the staff. I will keep coming here for my work boots.

I was told by multiple employees at various locations that refunds or exchanged would be possible at any location regardless of where they were bought. I was told at this location is have to go back to the original purchase location to do an exchange!
Customer service was no good I will not be returning

I have attached the "clearly worn" shoes in this review now. One employee went as far as to say that he saw salt from where they were work recently. Use your own judgement (keep in mind the beige you see in the hard plastic is a reflection as my laundry room is that colour it's never in the same spot twice)

If you need safety gear during the pandemic, this is the place to go. I went there to try on shoes to make sure they fit, it's a good thing too

Excellent service and very effective response to phone query. They provided me good advice as I am the first time safety shoe user. Purchased one pair from another chain shop and suffered a lot with single day use. Then visited this branch of Work Authority. They not only made my day, they made my job. Cheers!

Johnathan and Luca were the to guys that helped me out. These guys were awesome. If there are anything bad said in these reviews about these guys negative wise its gotta be false.at least that's my opinion with the service I received

Just bought a pair of new boots from this work authority. I have huge feet that make it a massive pain to find anything that fits. The manager Jason Young helped me out for almost an hour to find me something that would work. Very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely reccomend this work authority.

My husband ordered a pair of work boots online. Unfortunately, they were the wrong size.a size 14. They were shipped from Cambridge.
I contacted Jason at the store on Weston Road and he said no problem.bring them in and I will exchange them. Thank you Jason! Super customer service.you get 20 stars!

10/10 would recommend! Went this morning around 9am. Store is following physical distancing guidelines carefully. Wide selection of brands, styles, and sizes. Very patient and knowledgeable staff. Was able to find a comfortable safety shoe to complement some custom orthotic insoles. Was previously wearing CAT 6" boots.

High prices and terrible customer service. Return and exchange policy is a total lie as they will make every excuse in order to avoid an exchange/return. Also, showed up to the store 20 minutes prior to close and doors were locked and received no response from knocking or calling in.

Came into the woodbridge location, and was greeting by a very handsome gentleman. If you ever need great services, ask for Sunny. He was very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

Brought my swat boots back for a warranty issue. Was looked after immediately by the manager and problem was rectified without having to go back to the main company. Excellent service.

Great selection of work boots for all needs. Jason helped me pick out a pair of shoes that were suitable for my job requirements and he was great and getting me the work shoes to try on and recommended ones which were better. Very knowledgeable and outgoing. Highly recommend visiting this store if you need work boots or csa approved shoes.

I dropped in to the store and was greeted by the friendly staff. I have used Marks for years and decided to give Work Authority a try. Jason Young dealt with me and was very professional and knowledgeable!

I just had a hip replacement and was directed to a light weight work boot that would survive in the harsh environment that I work in. First time using this location and pretty impressed with the customer service versus Marks serve your self style. I would definitely recommend this store! A+ experience!
