Had to go shopping for a new pair of work boots since mine have completely fallen apart. They had such a wide variety of boots and the staff were super helpful and accommodating letting me try on multiple pairs and walking around testing them out. Found the perfect pair and will definitely be back the next time I wear through my boots.

Worst customer service ever in Canada. The staff is very rude and never help me to pick the right safety shoes. I definitely don’t recommend anybody this place.

Useless! Horrible customer service. I had 1 simple request. Im looking for a wide boot with a wide steel toe. Person helping me had zero product knowledge. Couldnt even recommended 1 pair for me. She ended up leaving me and talking to her friends at the front cash.

Kane was professional and courteous. I’m very happy with my new work boots and the service I received. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for work apparel.

The lady (and I am using that term loosely) I dealt with was unbelievably rude. I was actually shocked at how horrible her customer service skills were. I will never be back to another Work Authority again. Be warned, the staff there are clearly not happy with their job.

Went in to get husband work boots bought a Kodiak! Super comfee and durable! Store was busy but the employees did their best to service everyone in a timley fashion! Kane helped us and did an exceptional job at making our experience a great one! We will be back

I came in to buy a pair of boots I was greeted by this amazing worker Selina we were able to work together and get me the perfect pair of work boots, you can tell they really put effort into their team of workers they have the best stuff ever! Without that amazing worker I wouldn’t be able to have the shoes that I have now and I would still have feet problems I really owe it to her

Amazing quality customer service by KIM at this location.
She really goes above and beyond effortlessly.
I made a joke that she seems to be reading our minds in terms of what we need.
Kim is like a computer/ database for her store, just give her a few details and she comes up with a variety of options for both men and women.
Kim has great product knowledge and she was very patient & courteous.
She worked the room assisting other customers while giving us the time we needed to try products on and talk amongst ourselves, no matter how indecisive we were at the time Kim was very kind and reminded us to take out time, we didn’t feel rushed and that took the pressure off especially which we didn’t quite know what we were looking for.
Kim asked all the right questions to determine our needs and she provided more than a few options for us to choose from.
Customer service like this deserves a review.
I highly recommend going to this location, ask for KIM you will not be disappointed!

Great selection of safety shoes for women and good prices. Have been buying safety shoes from here for 4 years and always manage to find a selectoon of comfortable work shoes/boots. Also, the staff is always kind and helpful.

Poorly stocked, and not much selection in store compared to the website. I was in the store and had to ask for help multiple times. Store was empty

Great spot and open during covid. Doors are locked and you have to knock to get let in. Well stocked still.

Fair prices with some great sale items, very helpful sales associates the only knock I could give is they have a limited amount of women's work clothes. I would definitely recommend a look.

Super limited selection for female clothing. I ended up just feeling like I was bothering the worker with questions about steel toed boots instead of knowing that she was there to help. Good selection of boots though, but do some research first!

I visited the Kitchener location on the morning of July 30,2020. I was looking for men's safety shoes. The woman in the red shirt was cold and rude. She didn't even greet me or ask if I needed help. A female customer was asked if she needed help. A male customer was greeted with, "Hello. "

I hate to play the race card, but perhaps it was because I was the minority. I tried on a couple of pairs then left. Other reviews mention that customer service was non-existent.

Take your business somewhere else. Shopping at this location is not worth wasting your time on. I had a very good experience at Mr. Safety Shoes (Scarborough location) when I lived out that way.

Excellent selection of work boots and gear. Hard to find brands. I picked up some cat summer work boots.

Cambridge and kitchener store has horrible staff with no interest in helping, I was trying to buy a coat.walked out of both with no help

Bought a bunch of work clothing here, they had great selections. I needed assistance and was helped immediately. Would deffinetly return for more work clothing

When did it become the norm to let people with barefeet to try on footwear that other customers may purchase?

Wouldn’t even rate this place a 1 star. Terrible customer service. The associate we spoke to was rude and wouldn’t offer any help, and gave us a dirty look simply for asking a question. Horrible service and won’t be spending my money in this store.

Actually less than 1! I went there to look for safety running shoes for my husband. There were 3 women working or standing at counter. I had to approach one to ask for help they didn’t have the size needed. She did look for another store when I asked not one employee did any have a smile on their face or look welcoming. She said Guelph did, I asked where in Guelph and then another one answered. So leftnin our way to Guelph double checked their hours because they also didn’t know them. Only to find out there was a Cambridge store so I had my daughter call and guess what they had the pair I was looking for. Good customer service would be to try and help the customer not send them twice the distance. These 3 women need so serious customer service training or have them work with a manager, because I sure hope one of them wasn’t the manager. I will never ever shop there again at that location. Definitely worth the 15 minute drive to Cambridge, such a friendly lady to help me.

I think this is the biggest store in town for work clothing/shoes. Big lot of shoes to select from

Awesome staff! Large selection, but I couldn't find a single boot made in Canada why is that? I'm happy to pay $300 for a good set of boots, STC use to make great boots but I picked up a new set in your store made off shore and could tell right away these boots aren't what the use to be. Your staff are awesome though! 5 stars to the two ladies I delt with!

Tried to exchange a pair of shoes within the 7 days of buying them. The shoes were worn inside for 2 hours and weren’t comfortable. The 3 sales people wouldn’t hear of taking them back because there was a slight scuff mark, which was the condition that I had bought them in. If they don’t want to process exchanges they should have a no exchange policy.

Horrible customer service from the manager. I attempted an exchange but did not have my receipt, this lady while attempting to grunt Company policy rudely insinuated that I may have stolen a pair of shoes and used their shopping bag for a return. My uniform has the Brand Logo of 425000 Global employees but she obviously has no concern for her Companys' future. Drab behaviour from someone in Customer Service. Refused to provide her name and insisted she was the Manager. Not difficult to recognize, as she has a chunk of metal affixed to the upper snout. Do not waste your money here. Store stinks of bias

Went specifically to buy metal toe work boots. Staff argued with me and only pointed out the metal free boots. I would have like to buy a pair of boots but your staff are rude. If someone comes in knowing what they want- sell them that product
