The women with purple hair has probably one of the worse attitude horrible customer service! Myself being in customer service as well you are losing business based on her. She’s also a liar said it’s 1 month for return exchange when nothing on the receipt states that! Lost my respect and business!

I brought in a pair of boots I bought a month ago cause it inner liner came loose and was automatically was told it was my fault that the boots were falling apart due to wear and tear. The issue happened 2 weeks after the purchase but was working 7 days a week so this was the earliest I could try and exchange them, Can't wait to message Work Authority head office to see if that is company policy to automatically place blame on the customer and tell me she will glue my $300 boots herself.
