I was served by (Christine - 1456) @ 2255 Barton St location.
It was an awesome customer service experience. Christine went above and beyond in helping me out.
I tried many shoes in different sizes, Christine was busy, but she attended other customers at the same time. I was very impressed how she did that. I wasn't able to get the safety shoes I wanted in my size, but Christine looked it up to see in your other location. She was able to order me my size and it came in the time frame she said it would. Christine was very patient, kind, polite, & helpful.

Had to get my work boot replaced and Katrina was amazing and very helpful when I tried on 8 different steel toes

This store/location is organized and quite bigger than where we usually go (the Downtown GTA location). This store have mostly the best seller boots (most sought after ones-like the fashionable ones lol) and they have quite a lot of sizes in stock too. They have a lot of display for both boots and sneaker type ones. The SA- Dana if i am not mistaken is her name, was very attentive and helped me all throughout, she even offered to lend me a thicker socks in case i want to fit in the boots with thicker socks.

Exceptional customer service at this location! Staff went above and beyond to help me. Gail was friendly and was able to answer all my questions and her product knowledge helped me find the perfect pair of boots for my husband. I will only be shopping at this location for all my work wear needs! I highly recommended this store

The customer service at this location is fantastic! I recently started a new job at Amazon, and when I went in to get my boots the employee who waited on me was extremely helpful. I highly recommend that you visit this location for anything work related you may need.

Worst customer service i have ever seen here the lady cashier over here so rude to my friend. She left crying from here, like this is not the customer service people want from a store. I don’t wanna highlight your name you’re not her enemy but please try be nice with other people we all have our personal and work issues in life.sometimes you don’t even know that this kinda attitude will ruin someone’s day.

This is a very hard time for us all right now but I think sometimes a lot of us forget how hard it is for the workers deemed essential who have to be there and serve us putting themselves at risk with very little protocols in place to do just that. I was in the Redhill hamilton location on saturday and was served by Britney who I needed to stop and acknowledge for how well she handles her role during this time. She was straight to the point, honest and more than helpful while making sure I was safe as was she. Anytime someone is doing their job and also killing it, we should recognize that. Britney did just that for me yesterday as someone who had no clue what she needed and also didnt want to be there longer than necessary. She exerted authority and knowledge over her covid protocols while still managing to make me feel welcomed and important which is virtually impossible these days but she did it. I was also able to share this with her and she was humble and surprised cause she was just doing her job. Workers like Britney should be given credit especially now so thank you and also thank you to her partner Katrina for also making sure I was informed of protocols but still having the time to be a human being with a personality. It was a great experience and I will choose that location for now on just because of those staff members. It was a rare experience so definitely worth sharing!

Been coming for 5 years for my work shoes. Always a pleasant experience! Staff are freindly and make sure you get what you need. Nice to see they are taking the social distance thing seriously. Will always come here. Not only because I have to but because I want too.

I've had to visit this location twice this week for assistance in replacing a pair of Blundstones that I had ordered from the website. Both times I was greeted, and made comfortable while watching the measures taken for Covid. It was two employees that I saw - one at the end of the day on Nov 3rd & I wish I remembered her name), and Brittany today. They were both lovely, helpful, and exactly who you would want helping you in a retail situation! Thanks so much, ladies!

I visited the store today and was helped by an amazing women named Gail! I went to the store in St. Catharines and the staff was rude as all get out! But in the Hamilton store today Gail was more then helpful! With choosing a shoe and helped me with my budget! Brilliant! Definitely will come back to this store! Gail is a wonderful women!

They will only allow 2 customers at a time so the attention was one on one. No pressure to hurry up for the next guy. High end named boots and shoes at their expected price

Recently bought a pair of the work boots in May and thanks to one of the staff members Katrina, the store was spotless. Sanitize station upon walking in. I was helped getting the perfect boots for me and I was on my way safely and quickly! Thanks!

Had to exchange boots because after trying them on they sent me home with the wrong size. Blonde cashier is nasty. Rolling her eyes and uttering rude comments. Spend $250 for that?

Went with my husband today to get his new boots. Brittany was very helpful and very informed. In my opinion she asked all the right questions to finally get him into a better quality boot!

I went to pick up a work shoe with my Indian friend and the woman at the counter May her name be forgotten in eternity vocally assumed I was buying the shoe for him in the most racist and unprofessional vein I would recommend that store management have their staff undergo some sensitivity training for our times especially in Canada where we promote the ethos of a just and tolerant society I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN AND I WILL LET THE WORLD KNOW
