This place is great! The staff is very personable and so friendly! Sav who was our waitress was so amazing, friendly and just a great person overall! I would for sure recommend this place to anyone who would enjoy a simple night out!

I love everything about this place. Everyone is so friendly. The staff is amazing and so accommodating! I have had several group gatherings and they have never disappointed! Food is amazing. Staff is amazing. The environment is amazing!

The service and the food is fantastic, I like the atmosphere of the place but there are a few things that could use fixing

The food is ok. Small bar with some attitude from certain female staff. I’ve had to change my review because of this. Sadly people who work in a place forget that the reason they have business is because of their professional treatment of their loyal customers. When you start to treat them abruptly or rudely because you don’t like that they mentioned to you that one of your friends at the bar where behaving inappropriate to the city bylaws this is not good. Especially since the said customer is just protecting you the server from having to deal with bylaw officers and possible infractions.

Solid little spot. The patio in the back was very nice. The service was great. I was surprised how good the burger was. Parking is pretty awful, but you can find side streets nearby and it's very manageable.

You like comfortable food and friendly staff it's just right near your house. Well I am just getting healthy by having soup which tests like home

This is such a lovely neighbourhood pub! The decor is charming, and the staff really tie this place together.

They have really solid bar food, wings hit the spot! The platter is an amazing deal with what you get - definitely recommend to share with 2+ people!

Savannah ROCKS a busy place on her own!

Started coming here again afterave nearly 2 years away. It is a great little pub with nice staff and owner. Food is what you would expect from a non-chain restaurant but going to the Dog is more about having an evening out with friends, or watching game, or enjoying some live music. Used to go weekly before COVID to play darts but the boards are now gone. Although we moved away from the neighborhood we have started occasional GO Train trip in to visit. Still love this pub.

Service, food, and atmosphere was great. Unfortunately the beer on tap tasted funny. We each had a different type, we all thought it tasted off. Maybe their taps need to be cleaned more frequently? I'll go for a bottled beer next time.

This is definitely an understated find in Scarborough. The food is consistently good. Wings are great, and the Working Dog nachos are amazing - piled with toppings. The wait staff and kitchen staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Last minute decision to go to Working Dog Saloon after our pickup hockey game close by. We didn’t have a reservation and Savannah and her team were able to accommodate our group of 9. We were at two different tables and they made space for us at a single table even though it was quite crowded on this particular Friday night. Good beer on tap and excellent wings. Try the cajun dry rub wings.

This is one of the best pub near Eglinton.
Staff is so friendly. Very neat and clean.
Their chicken wings with suicide sauce is best in whole Scarborough.
Lot of parking space.
Must try at least one.
