Mathew fixed some significant body damage across two doors on the right side of an E400 wagon. He was able to completely recover the body lines, and the paint job was perfect. Looks like it never happened.

Workshop mb did a trani job on my S430, it ran for about a week and had to be towed back. The mechanic kept telling me everything he tried hadn’t work. After a while he stop responding to phone calls, text. I would visit the shop he was never there and no one else was aware of the situation, l then left a vm and text asking him to leave the car at the shop and l would have it picked up, still no response.

I spoke to the police and was to to take it small claims, we just settled without getting the car back, they said the don’t have the car

My C250 was making a grinding noise that no mechanic was able to diagnose.brought it here; had it diagnosed and fixed in no time and at an exceptional price. These guys know what they’re doing. Will be coming back again and again and again

Workshop MB is truly amazing. It’s an owner operated shop (Matt) so the care and workmanship is 100% reliable.

I have used this shop repeatedly for the past 5 years for repairs and servicing for both my MB 350E and, more recently, a MB S550.

They ALWAYS go the extra mile to source the best deal on parts to save me money. What I like most is they recommend when it is prudent to purchase a new MB part for the warranty and when to source a more economical alternative. Both my cars are off warranty and I appreciate that they are looking out for my best financial interests.

Bottomline, MB Workshop is wonderful— ethical, super knowledgeable with Mercedes vehicles and their rates are completely reasonable.

Mathew and Rico are both fantastic mechanics! When it comes to Mercedes, they truly are the experts. I took my Convertible to MB recently as i was having issues with my soft top as well as the car was making a funny noise, Mathew knew right away where the noise was coming from and was able to solve the problem, as far as the soft top, Matt saved me a couple hundred if not a few thousand dollars as a previous mechanic I went to seemed to have misdiagnosed the problem and told me that I required a new module. When I told Matt, he said this was nonsense and explained to me exactly why the top was not going down as one of my locking devices was not working properly. He was able to pinpoint the problem and get it fixed in no time! Other thing I would like to mention is that Matt is very easy to get a hold of. I have dealt with other mechanics in the past who I personally don't understand why they have secretaries or phones when they never answer? When it comes down to communication Matt and his team are always willing to listen to any questions or concerns. If your having any issues with your Mercedes vehicles, definetly give MB workshop a try!
