I would have given them a better rating except I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and upgraded my services with them. The technician came to my house but did not hook anything up at all. Just came to my house, before I had specified time, which normally is a blessing, however I was at work and it was only my husband home. I pay for this service and I expect better customer service.

Have been with this company for many many years and would never change. I have family from BC to NS and make many calls to both coasts. I just today recommended them to another friend. Have never had a problem or issue.

I have been using Worldline for my long-distance calls for years without issue. I'm very happy with their low costs and though I've only really called their customer service for information and billing updates, I always get through quickly and receive a friendly and efficient response.

I've had Wordline for years. Five star all the way. Great prices and service. You cannot go wrong with them. Speeds are consistent. Connections are troublefree.

Worldline is the best for internet and phone. Had it for years. No issues great service for 6 years. I just wish they had tv service as.well. I hope to read they one day soon that they offer tv phone and internet but for now they do not. Too bad. I early.hated to leave.

I highly recommend Worldline. Great deal on my internet service. Personal experience for me has been great. I stream all day long without buffering, and customer service is beyond fantastic! Best customer service I've seen from a utility in decades.

I dont know why my parents pay for this service, it constantly drops, they sent a router that is from 2013 when I got my parents to upgrade from their abysmal speed plan. They went from 10mbps down to 25 mbps down because that was the fastest available from Worldline.
Archaic internet for people who dont know there are new options available that stays connected, sends new modems/gateways, and has much faster speeds available.

Honestly they are the worst service and I mean customer service.they are never open on time. I cut off my internet found better and they still charged me for the mth.they never fix my issues. They won't give u time if you are financially strapped like worst service ur better off going with the actual company itself

Worldline is one of the world service providers besides Bell. I just called them asking to give me 8 days to pay my bill and have my internet back and they wouldn't do that nor let me speak with a supervisor. Even though I pay like $93 a month only for internet and when I asked for a discount 3 months ago they didn't want to hear about it.

Worldline has been excellent in their service levels, their pricing and their ability to resolve technical problems (especially for a "non-techie" like myself). We have recommended them to our friends who all have similar feedback. Great going!

Horrible internet, very bad service just lost many years with this company I bought a new modern and it's always cutting out and loading when I ask for high speed it's more expensive than I thought when I ask to refund the new modern that I bought they didn't except anything and they didn't refund anything even half price so bad.

I pay my bill on the 16th of October and worldline is telling me that I haven't pay my bill I called my bank and they confirmed that they did receive my payment when I paid my bill the money did came off my account here is the transaction of $48. I just woke up October 30th and my service is off how do worldline explain this want to know who took that transaction on the 16th of October for $48 calling for fraud investigation must be done

I've paid $70.00 a month it was good for the first year after that the 50mbs went from 5.0mbs to 25mbs and all the way down to 0.02 to 8.6mbs. And still paying 70 a month.called texh support 150 to 200times worked for a couple of days only ask to talk to a a supervisor and get the run around for 3 months.now that I've found a new provider5 days ago they call daily wanting me to pay my bill i told them let me talk to a supervisor first let's see how this goes

Worldline internet service I highly recommend great quality reasonable pricing aswell as kind service from understanding agents they care about and will make sure you are looked after as long as you look after them and they understand if you are having a difficult time with billing and will reason with you.

I’ve spent probably 4 hours on the phone with them within the last couples week and my issue still isn’t resolved (it going on 4 weeks now) It took me calling in 4 times before they decided to send someone out to actually see what’s going and replace my equipment. Although it wasn’t even wordline that decided to do it, it was bell. After speaking with bell (who I can only assume owns the company) my internet no longer works at all. I have been extremely patient and polite to the reps but I gotta say man am I losing my patience. After spending all this time trying to get it to work properly I now have no internet at all. Was told that bell would be calling me in a couple minutes again and that was an hour ago so I’m for sure not getting a call back tonight. Extremely frustrated with this company right now with how much of my time I’ve have wasted dealing with them and getting absolutely no where, instead going backwards. If they don’t compensate for paying for a service I cannot use and for my time I will definitely be switching companies.

Used their service for many years with very slow speeds and connectivity issues. Recently canceled my service and returned my modem. It's been two months since canceling and they're refusing to give me my refund for the modem that I returned. Each time I call I'm told it will be refunded and I'll get a confirmation call or email within a few days. This has been going on for two months. Absolutely would never recommend this shady company. This also happened about a year ago when they sent me a new modem and I returned the faulty one to them. But after a couple months they eventually gave the refund, unlike this time.

To connect with a company where someone answers the phone immediately and you can ask for the person by name that you dealt with last time, is such a rarity in customer service in 2021. Worldline is a leader in customer service, because they focus on the customer and not on the business. It is a wonderful company to deal with, they answer the phone and address the issue immediately

Worldline is an economic lifesaver to my Agricultural business and personal communications because my farm is rural and most telephone calls are long distance, including close neighbours. There is also no cell service.

I don’t suggest this internet provider, I’ve had this for the past 2 years after moving and it has been nothing but struggles, having to restart my modem every 30 minutes just to not lag on my PlayStation while having and Ethernet cable, and I’ve called the company many times and it still hasn’t resolved my issue, I still KEEP LAGGING. I don’t suggest getting this internet.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. A loyal customer of 8 years and my internet began to cut out in intervals of 15 minutes last Thursday. It took until the following Saturday with numerous calls placed to get any type of service or response out of world line. Not to mention the 3 calls back we were promised non of which happened. Saturday we were promised a technician on TUESDAY only. They came and left Tuesday still no internet. Called again and was promised another call back which was again NEVER received. We were told the ti key was still open so bell still had work to do. Today is Wednesday and we still have no internet and there’s absolutely no response or answer or even reason given but we have been without internet for 6 days. I work from home my kids do home school and my husband now has to take a day off work to allow bell in our home on Friday. It’s Wednesday. Don’t forget my internet was not out of service there was just problems. Now they’ve cut me off and not reinstated. Also my bill became due in amidst all of this and they told us they would not continue to help until it was paid.forced us to pay for a service not working. Disgusting atrocious pathetic and a money grab. Do not go with this company they don’t care they only want you money.

I have been a Worldline client for the past 10 years and very satisfied. They are courteous and polite as well as extremely helpful! I only wish that they were able to provide a cable internet service in Quebec. I know they can do that in Ontario, but I am in Greater Montreal.

Poor quality.poor value.yup the price is cheap and even with their new modem the connection is one of the worst I have ever experienced. You pay for what you get I guess. I strongly do not recommend if you are looking for reliable connection.

I have been with Worldline for 5 years. I would never switch because the pricing is great, and the internet has served me well. I have 1 xbox, 1 computer, 1 laptop and 1 cellphone that all connect to the internet. And sometimes they are being used at the same time.

I have had my long distance service with Worldline for several years now. Very good company to deal with and very competitive rates. I don't think any other service provider can match their price. I just switched my landline service over for a much better rate than I was previously paying to another service provider.

Been with Worldline for several years in east Mississauga. No fee increases whatsoever, excellent customer service. Had issues with the quality of their DSL connection which was due to poor physical connections in junction boxes - Bell's fault. Worldline did everything they could to help me resolve this. Competitive prices and excellent customer service using the big guys' infrastructure - cannot ask for more!

They were supposed to send a technician to help put together on modem, but they didn't. The technician would have given us a coaxial jacks to set up the modem, but since he didn't come, we had to spend 200 DOLLARS ON THE JACKS! Bad customer service. Put us on and off hold for 5 hours.

Thank you for always being there today my printer was giving a hard time. I was working on fixing it for 3 hours but didn’t work. I contacted the printer support and they couldn’t fix and they just said it was my network. I contact the Worldline for help if it’s because of my network, my printer isn’t working. The gentleman told me my network is fine and nothing is wrong with it. He then began to ask me about the printer. I told him about it and he fixed it in less than 10 minutes. I am truly thankful truly. Very few people do things like that for others. I was so happy that I forgot to ask your name again but I will call you PRINTER GUY. Thank you so very much

I have been with the company for 5+ years, all i can say its not worth the hassle. I call 5-6 times.a month to resolve internet/phone issues. Customer services is atrocious.take it from me not worth the hassle and money. I pay almost 70 a month and with that i cant even connect 4-5 devices without everything crashing.

Very bad service I paid 55 for 10 mpbs and it cut off every 5 minutes and I contacted them countless times no solutions I upgraded to another one I got 120 for 55 dollars and usually get more than 120 especially throughout covid it was extremely inconvenient the new company (named coextro) didn't even come it was so convenient it was setup online, very simple
