I’ve been there three times for 3 years.
When I got here the first year, I was struggling in English, but he was really patient and carefully listened to my voice what I was looking for. The mattresses that he recommend me were really great. So I went there two times more for two mattresses in a great deal!

Such amazing customer service! Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about products. Got an amazing price for mattress and protector and same-day delivery.

I had a very good experience at this mattress store. The sales person Chris was extremely helpful in getting the right mattress for me. I have back issues and a lot of the new mattresses are not firm enough to give me the support i need. Chris was able to source a spinal-pedic mattress for me and have it shipped from another warehouse. I did go through a couple of mattresses before I got the right one, thanks to Chris and Dave for all their help and working with me. Would highly recommend shopping there for a mattress.

He encourages you to test the mattress before buying it to make sure it's exactly what you need, and he gives you time to make sure you pick the right one. I bought a twin foam mattress good quality. They gave me around 30% over the regular price. Excellent quality to price ratio compared to other stores. Top notch customer service.

Went in to look for a couple of mattresses after a very bad experience at surplus furniture.went in here and was greeted and treated wonderfully.bought 2 box springs and mattress.they loaded them up and we were on our way.would recommend this place to everyone.very happy

Extremely helpful and exceptional service! Was in a jam after being told by a big box mattress store that they would not be able to get me a split box spring for another week. I phoned around and Worldwide Mattress Outlet offered a significantly lower price than any other store I checked with and they had them in stock! Which was impressive considering it isn't a large store. The owner is an absolutely lovely man and it's clear he cares that you receive fantastic customer service and can find what you're looking for. Will absolutely go back for all things mattresses in the future.

Went in hoping to find a bed we could have a good night sleep on. Turns out we are now stuck with a mattress that we can barely get 2 hours of sleep on a night! Service was great though product not so much.

This is our second time shopping at worldwide Mattress. Both times we were treated with respect and we were given great advice about which mattress options are the most suitable for us. They work on the price that definitely helped us stay in budget.

Bought 2 new twin mattresses - awesome friendly staff and they even delivered that same day! Dave was easy to deal with answered all my questions and gave me the best mattresses for my budget.
