They do a good job clearing the snow, however they are always the last company to go out and do their job. Other companies come do the work twice before Worry free arrive on site. They are very slow.

Great service and very professional. Always happy with their response time after storms and if you need any additional assistance they are happy to make it right.

Following the snowstorm, we woke up on Saturday morning to a significant amount of snow that worry free had blown onto our property from our neighbour's driveway. We called to let them know that this happened and they directed us to leave the snow that was blown onto our driveway and a driver would come by no later than by the end of the storm to clear it. Following the operator's instructions, we proceeded to shovel the rest of our driveway and left the snow that was blown onto it. We then called multiple times throughout the day as drivers had come by and still had not cleared the snow. We were told each time that someone would be coming by soon and that we should leave the snow. When the snow was still not cleared by the next day, we called again and asked to speak to a manager. We were connected with Julia and I reiterated to her that we had called multiple times with multiple promises that someone would be coming to clear the snow. All she had to say to me was that a driver had come by and concluded that worry free had only left a "sprinkle" of snow on our driveway and therefore did not clean it up. Even if only a sprinkle was left (which it wasn't), the operator still should have cleaned it up as they were the ones to make the mess. I asked why I was told that someone would come if they wouldn't and the only excuse she had was that they told us that because they didn't know that it was only a sprinkle of snow. If this was the case, they could have told us that someone would come evaluate if it were their responsibility to clean it up. She then proceeded to accuse me of trying to get free snow services on my driveway and stated that if they came to clear the snow, this would be a persistent issue where we'd try to get free snow removal every snowfall. I found it extremely disrespectful that she would accuse us of trying to get snow removal for free. We very clearly shoveled the rest of the snow on our driveway and only wanted worry free to come back to clear the mess they made. Terrible service.

I'm not a client and never will be. They have repeatedly dumped snow from other properties onto my own and act as if I'm being unreasonable when I call to complain about it.

Nearing the end of our first winter with Worry Free Snowblowing, we are very satisfied. The company's service has exceeded our expectations. Tractors have arrived promptly after snowfalls. The company's charge of $25.00 per storm after 250 cm of snow is reasonable and in line with other local companies. Worry Free operators take care to avoid property damage. We will be renewing our contract with Worry Free in future.

Definitely not a worryfree company. Pay them extra to clean your walkways, the response you will get is that the "workers are tired". Definitely disappointed and feel ripped off.

I’m not happy at all this winter with Worry free Snowblowing. I have a bad experience the first time they came to clean my driveway the guy clean half of my driveway and he left. The second time they never came to remove the snow from my driveway after the municipality blocked my driveway with a mountain of snow. I’m paying 500$ for the season and my son have to do the work for them.

Only 3 driveways on my street in Blackburn have not been cleared today. All 3 have Worry Free sign posts. Terrible service on the first big snowfall of the year

I have been using Worry Free for 5 years, and am very happy to their snow removal services on my driveway. The company informs clients via their timely emails of the snow forecast, the snow accumulation projection, timing of their operations, or occasional courtesy runs if the accumulation is below minimum level (they have lowered the service minimum from 5 cm to 4 cm for the 2021-2022 winter season.). They often meet or even exceed expectations. This is a reliable company, which I highly recommend.

Excellent service, I've been with them for a few years now and no complaints. It's almost like they're chasing the snow plows to get rid that awful ridge they leave when they go by.

We have used Worry Free for a couple years with no issues. This year has been the worst! They used to come twice in a day sometime even 3 times during big snowstorms, but now only once and after the city has come by leaving us stuck all day. My neighbours use a different company and they come twice sometimes 3 times before my driveway is plowed even once. We definitely will not be using worry free next year and will be looking for a new company.

I do not use this company for my snow removal nor would I ever if I needed to. My neighbour however does and I have had nothing but issues with these unprofessional operators for the past three years. Year one they were burying the fire hydrant on the property everytime they came. I would go unbury it only to find it buried again a few hours later. Year two, they blast my car that was parked on the road, in front of my property with their snowblower. First of all, why are the blowing snow onto my property? Secondly, why are they pulling the snow onto the road rather then blowing it directly from the driver onto the property they are clearing? This year. Again, pulling the snow off the driveway onto the road, then blowing it partially onto my property and leaving a mountain on the road, for the city plow to push into my laneway later. Even after calling, no one showed up to clean it up. City plow goes by, I clean my driveway including the freakin snow from the neighbours driveway that was left on the road, Worry free comes back and leave another pile on the road after clearing the neighbours driveway.

I have never seen anyone use their blower in this manner. Here's some training tips. Back up to the garage, drop the blade, engage the blower, move ahead slowly to clear driveway until about 2 feet onto the road. Repeat as often as necessary till driveway complete. Then place your tractor on the road just past end of driveway, aim chute onto property and drive slowly while blowing snow off the road onto property. Move onto to next driveway. Rushing gets you nowhere as you end up having to go back to fix mistakes. Worry free's operators could learn a lot from their competitors Meaghers who do an exceptional job. Just look at the difference when you drive by. They take they time and are thorough.

They really do a excellent job at keeping clients updated when there is a snow storm and when their drivers are going to be on the road. They also do a good job cleaning my driveway.

We have used Worry Free for years because they have always been prompt and on time clearing our driveway during the craziest snow storms. The first big snow storm and our driveway is covered to the knees. It's 5pm and we had to go out to try and shovel our own path in our driveway. No communication online, they no longer seem to use social media for updates. Prices have risen, yet service has gone down. I am not sure if we will be using them again next year since the whole point of this service was to have our driveway plowed during heavy snow storms.and its still not.

Some of my neighbors use these clowns, they show up middle of the night to clear 3-4cm of light powder snow making a racket waking people, on the weekend too. Nobody needs a light dusting of snow cleared that badly. The city plow comes mid day next day, and they have to return anyway, very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Arrogant.

They did an excellent job overall! Whenever there was enough snow to clear, they were on top of it with email updates beforehand and then showed up on time to do an excellent, thorough job. They would do my driveway and front steps.

They'd also send followup emails - so they didn't just do the snow-clearing, they also kept in touch throughout any bad weather, which gave me great peace of mind.

Their year end survey gives customers the opportunity to make suggestions for improvements and in many cases the suggestions are adopted. During the winter they always keep you informed of coming storms, plows and shovellers response times. I really can't be happier with the service they provide.

Worry free always does a very good job at clearing the driveway. They are prompt and always make a second return promptly after the city has cleared the neighbouring roads once the snow has completely fallen.

This was my first year using their service. My fence has two big holes now and one of the standing lights are broken. What frustrates me is that the driver of the snow remover never told me of the damage. I found out about the damage when my neighbor told me about it. I punched in the broken part of the fence to make it straight but yes, damage is done.

I’ve been a satisfied customer of Worry Free Snowblowing for nine years. Each year they have improved their service. I particularly like their online communications. I highly recommend them.

We have been with Worry Free for snow removal the past 6 years. The 2020-21 season was their best so far. The operator of the tractor ensured that our double driveway was cleared completely and the snowbanks were not allowed to encroach and narrow the driveway throughout the season. He even cleared out in front of the fire hydrant for us. He was always on time and returned if the plow left anything at the end of the driveway. We will be renewing again next season.

I have been their customer for 4 years, never had trouble clearing my driveway. Good thing of this company - they always look schedule of city graders and plan for clearing your driveway. You can also ask for call back service or service ticketing. Being honest with you, I never had to use these services. One cent suggestion to them to develop app so that we can track and remove vehicles from driveway. So don’t wait if you are looking for one. Just Be WORRY FREE

This company is an exceptional professional snow clearing company. They communicate with customers on line and keep them updated on snow clearing scheduling and activities - not only about their own activities but those of the City as well.

Their work is of superior quality and the walkway cleaners do a really fantastic job. They company is very responsive to call backs and do so promptly. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to any new customers.

This is my second year with Worry Free. I must say, this season, I am so disappointed in the service. I have had to call after every snowfall to have them come back to re-do the job.

After two of our most recent snowfalls I have had to report tickets, emailed and called to the total of three times after each service to get my single lane driveway cleared. Each time, I get a single pass, so when I pull out of my garage I cannot exit my vehicle becuase there is a foot of snow that should have been removed to the tags that blocks me in.

In addition, this evening when I came to pull into my driveway, the shovellers decided to park in my driveway. I had to park on the street and go into my own driveway to ask the shovellers to move so I could pull into my garage after 7pm, and yet the plow had still not come by after the city had already come by twice to clear the road.

I will not be renewing next year.

We don't have a contract with Worry Free but see them around Orleans, but the attitude and boldness of their operators while clearing residential driveways around our area have caused us to never want to hire them! Twice we have had issues with them out in the street! One time me wife was driving past a driveway and the blue Worry Free tractor backed right out in from of her and she had to swerve as best she could and managed to miss it. On another occasion I was driving with my wife and as I approached a driveway the tractor was up in it suddenly backed half way out as I was almost right at the driveway, he did stop thankfully as I almost panicked and was focused on steering the car. Then my wife tells me gave us two middle fingers for not have stopped for him! Lucky I didn't see that! I guess they feel they have first rights on the roadways and that street vehicles should be stopping and waiting for them to plow driveways. Two many contracts and not enough snow clearing vehicles perhaps based on all the complaints about no or slow service, interfering with road traffic is not the way to pick up the pace!

I am very particular with the snow removal which I always did on my own. This is our second year with Worry Free. Their service is top notch. Always timely. I leave early for work and my driveway is already clear. They will come and do some "courtesy runs" when the accumulation is below 5cm. Great job!

I just needed to tell you how much I appreciate the emails you send letting me know what the forcasted snow fall would be and when the operator/shoveler teams would be out. On top of that, you've even come by as a "curtasy". You really DO live up to the company name. Thank you all.

What a waste of good money! They hardly had to come this year with very little snowfall. They don’t come unless we get 5 centimetres of snow and now that we can use them, they aren’t coming. They did a quick pass, barely able to get out of my garage, around noon yesterday, and haven’t seen them since. Do yourself a favor and go with a better company

We received about 30 cm of snow that started yesterday at 9pm and ended today at 6pm. Worry free only seems interested in cleaning once the city cleaners have already passed. Its past 9pm and they have only passed by once this morning sometime between 8am-11am.ive called twice and ive been given the runaround. For a double driveway at 450$ i expect better service especially since there competitiors have already passed by for a second time before 5pm. Dont waste your money this is my second year with them and last. Waste of money, unreliable.

1st year client with so called Worry Free snow removal.and the last. Service comes very late after a snow event, usually well after I've had to do some of the shoveling myself. Getting tired of leaving my vehicles in the street trying to guess when they will come.

Their service person just hung up on me? ! They missed my place but would not send a tractor who is just around the corner to my home so that I can get out? ! It was their mistake and I need to pay for it? ! It's not the first time that they miss my driveway but this year will be the last time I hire them!

The name is worry free yet every snow event I was worry if I was going to get any service.

Terrible service and the worst customer service. No more business with them. Every snow event, I have to call them to remind them of my address - no exaggeration. Very incompetent operators and the office administrators have no clue how their business work.
Save your money and go with someone else. I know I will for next season.

It is just a terrible service when it counts. No courtesy runs, no bus routs priority runs, always late. When snow overnight at best they will come next evening. Amassed too many clients, with an inadequate support. To make matters worse, snow removal worry free tractor, passed by me happy, driver smoking a cigarette today, even not tried to help me with a curb when had seen me removing snow myself. And proceeded to remove snow only for my neighbors. Ignoring my screams completely. They just do not give a damn about customers.

I’ve tried a couple companies and they’re the worst. They never fully clean your driveway. They’re call back system is useless. They never come back. I always have to go back and clean out the spots they did not do. I will never use them again. This was the first and the last time. Save yourself the headache.

I would like to say that the service we have received from Worry Free Snow Removal during this year's winter has been great. It is our first year with the company and we have only positive customer service. Today of all days the driver actually went out his way to help out our neighbor who was stuck from show left behind huh the city grader.

There is nothing worry free about 'Worry Free'. If you are not in a hurry to go anywhere then yes, they will eventually get to you and yes, they will clear the snow well. Otherwise strap on your winter boots and dust off that snowblower you thought you'd never use again.

Previous years with this business were good. This year is not satisfactory, I am switching next year.

To the driver working on silvermoon crescent Orleans Wednesday Feb 13th at 230 am during the snow storm.when you turn onto a street and and you see a car stuck in deep snow and the driver is frantically attempting to dig themselves out in order to make it into the driveway after a long days work GET OUT OF YOUR TRUCK AND GIVE A PUSH. Dont just sit inside and watch them. What kind of a person are you. Am I wrong ppl? Better yet what does that say about the company and the employees?

They’re so inconsistent, they keep missing our driveway, having us call them to come back or service a ticket online, which they take forever to get too.

I woke up earlier knowing we had some snow parked my car in the road so they could do our driveway on what they call the “first pass”.

Afterwards my wife and I left our home, around 9am, saw the plough truck doing our street and our neighbours in front of us. We leave and come back an hour later, our driveway didn’t get done and was completely missed and the truck is nowhere to be found, it’s 3 hours later and they still haven’t come back.

This happened twice last week. On one of the days they finally came back at 11pm, after I had park my vehicle back in the driveway, because of the city parking ban.

Completely ridiculous. We’ll be going with another company next year.

Please do not sign any contracts with this company and listen to all the 1-star reviews. For a company that increased pricing by 40% ($350 last year for tractor and shovelling service -> $525 this year for the same service but now including walkway shovelling), I'd expect better customer service. They lack professionalism in dealing with complaints and they're understaffed to handle any escalations. I expected better and this will be my last year using their services.

Terrible service all season this year. Not sure what happened as they were decent in past years. Would not recommend and will not be renewing next year.
