Donations are sold at high prices. People with average incomes cannot furnish their homes from the user or the new. The donations go to the pockets of the employees in the user’s shops, while the citizen watches.

Pretty good second hand store. Be careful of the prices and you can find some great deals and one of a kind items

This store has second hand furniture at cheap prices. I bought end tables, paintings and a rug at a great price. I would definitely go again.

Five stars for the working centre and private sector partners because they are collaborating on this expansion which aims to achieve ecological energy efficient net zero status the old building was built in 1927 for the Mitchell button company but later become Mitchell plastics the two-story brick building, features, distinctive parapet on the front facade it is going to support the character of the city of kitcheners warehouse, district and heritage and planning and archaeology. Was really excited to come here but felt very unsafe entering so I didn’t get a chance to go in.

Cool second hand/thrift shop especially for household items. You might have to deal with homeless people around but prices are the best you can get and staff are nice!

Excellent assortment of items. I appreciated the fresh new layout. Staff most were most helpful when I asked were an item might be.

I find something interesting here every time. It's a pain to get in and out if you're driving, but totally worth it.
Now that I've praised it, please don't take the stuff I want. Thank you.

Love shopping here, have gotten some great pieces at fair prices, and they have great half off days sometimes. The staff needs a wake up call though. They are not always the friendliest and when I attempted to call asking about donating a large piece of furniture the phone rang and rang and rang and when I did speak to someone, finally, I was on hold for over 10 minutes. Its also a turn off trying to browse in the furniture section and there are homeless people sleeping on the couches.

Awesome second hand shop. Recently moved to Ontario and was looking for a few pieces of furniture and was pleasantly surprised by the selection of arm chairs and other furniture. Scored two mint condition vintage chairs tgar are better quality than anything you'd find in stores these days. Great community-oriented shop.

Going thrifty? This place is one of the best in downtown Kitchener.
Worth A Second Look has been there for a long time, and they always have interesting items and great selections of books and decoration materials. You will find a lot of useful things to pick, and it is worth visiting every now and then to see what they have.
Their location, in the heart of Kitchener, is great. There is free parking for customers, and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

Great prices on home items and books. Furniture priced reasonably but have never purchased any furniture here. Always have luck with getting the last or second last spot out front.

The store has improved immensely over the last few years, seems like a completely different store relative to 2014.

Items they sell could use a little more cleaning/dusting but I'm happy to do that at home for the prices.

Books - none more than $3.50, cookbooks $1.00. Some really nice furniture. Lots of fabric rolls for sewers.

I liked the place. You get used furniture at reasonable price. And the delivery is also cheap that amount to 30 dollars. Good service especially Amen (Israel guy) in the sales section was very helpful.
