Akriti and her team has excellent knowledge of all the ongoing promotions and they suggest the best plan and the phone for you according to your needs. For all my telecom needs, weather I have to buy a phone or update a plan or ever change a plan, I also visit these guys. Akriti explains the smallest detail about your phone plan and even tells you what to expect on your first bill so that nothing comes as a shock to you. Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable staff.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at wow mobile where Pranavi was very thorough with the phone knowledge and helped clear my confusion since i wanted to stay on a budget. She was very helpful and patient while setting up the phone and answering all my queries. Definitely recommending more people to her.

Wow mobile at woodbine is an awesome location, Karan helped me upgrading my phone to latest edition and good part is that I was adamant to get just the plan but awesome service provided by him. I will be first time apple user and he helped me train the new IOS and spend some time teaching me even after finishing his shift.
I refer all to go to this team and store. 5stars

This is the post for poor customer service provided by Karan. I never got the receipt in the first place when I was supposed to get the time I got the phone. I had been asking for a receipt to be emailed to me since morning as it was a time sensitive situation as I had to get printout to show it to the customs people. I never got it even after 7 hours to waiting and calling 2 times in between. All I was hearing that he is busy and will send me the receipt in sometime. When I called the 3rd time, he was done with his shift and was not there. But other staff helped me in getting it. Thanks to them.

Most of them are nice but the guy who was dealing with me was not nice at all and was almost getting rude when he realized that I was not a potential customer. I came a day before Black Friday and he was wearing a turban on that day. He seemed a senior person because others were asking his opinion. I want to give 2 stars for the other nice people
