Kari did excellent the customer service was top notch I was greatly informed with no biases I got an iPhone 15+ for less than I was paying for a 13? ! Amazing I was advised by a friend to come from oshawa to peterborough to visit Kari and I must say well worth the trip and I could not be happier I will be returning:)

Just bought a new cell phone from them. The person helping me was very helpful (Terrence). Terrence answered all my questions, was kind and polite, went through a bunch of different options to find the right one that suits me, and I ended up saving a bunch while at the same time receiving some free things due to promotions I qualified for. Highly recommend both them, and working with Terrence!

Always TOP NOTCH service! I can't remember who originally told me about this place, but I wish I did because I would definitely thank them. I'm with Rogers and I never really knew what these cellphone kiosks were (prior to about 3 or 4 years ago) and so would always just go to the Rogers store.not knowing that these kiosks actually have WAY better deals than Rogers ever gave me.and so I've been going here since.

I upgraded my phone yesterday and David K was extremely helpful. Every few minutes it seemed like he was getting another deal that he was able to offer me. He hooked me up with an awesome plan, a brand new phone AND a cheaper monthly phone bill.

So if you're wondering whether to go here or not. DO IT! Don't bother going to your cellphone provider's shop as I guarantee their offers will not be better (first time I went here I did compare and it was not even close to what Rogers could offer me) I don't really understand why.but I'm not questioning it because everyone who works at Wow! Is super friendly and extremely helpful!

To say that I am thoroughly disappointed is a understatement. My daughter and I were so incredibly excited to get our new phones for our family. However, when we arrived at the wow! Mobile boutique location at the Lansdowne place mall on August 28th at around 8pm, there was absolutely NOBODY there to greet us. Not just that, there was nobody there at all. We waited for over 10 minutes before I got frustrated and left. I cannot even fathom the lack of courtesy, let alone customer service. I was recommended to come here to get our family our new phones from a friend who could not stop talking about how lovely and helpful Danielle was. But that was not the case today. I would not recommend establishment to purchases your mobile devices.

Highly recommend this place! Great service and very knowledgeable. Daniella and Matt helped me today. You can tell they enjoy their jobs, they were very personable and friendly with me and my kids! Thank you! We will be back!

Highly recommend them. Christine provided excellent customer service when we ran into a problem with transferring my phone number. She was a persistent advocate in resolving the problem for us. Very happy with the phones we got. I now have a much better phone than my old one for not much more money per month. Very satisfied customer.
