I work at St Laurent Shopping Center. MY man George took my ridiculous $100.00 over priced Fido plan, and got it down to $35 a month with reduced data rate at my request. KooDoo now. I went in today to sign up for a phone plan and the experience was quite delightful. The manager Antonio and his assistant manager Georges were very helpful. They tried getting me the best price possible and offered me many options. Overall, theres no other sales person I would visit apart from these two. Defo deserve a raise.

I had an amazing experience at the WOW phone boutique yesterday at the St. Laurent Mall in Ottawa.
I was served by a gentle names Georges E and he was amazing!
He was so kind, and helpful. He made my spouse and I very happy. He definitely knows how to make his customers laugh. He took his time and did not rush us and worked with us while we figured things out. Was one of my best experiences at a phone booth ever.

The whole crew was very knowledgeable Antonio, George, Shan we’re very helpful. A very pleasant crew they made the entire experience very smooth and enjoyable. I have been looking for a new phone and plan for a long time now and they were very helpful, I'm very happy with the service here. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience. Shna got me a cheaper cell phone plan with more data, tons of accessories, and the right phone with no pressure to upgrade. I would absolutely go back or recommend them to a friend. Dealing with phones can be such a hassle, but I actually enjoyed the entire experience.

I found an awesome iPhone cover which converts from wallet to slip on. The prices were fair, and the service was superb! I got a mini-lesson on screen covers and walked away ready to use my phone with two little ones at my feet! I will definitely be back again)

I was looking to upgrade my phone recently and decided to visit this St Laurent WOW mobile location because I’ve known them to have good deals. Shna, the sales rep who helped me, was great. She is really knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. The whole process went quickly and smoothly. I left with a new phone and some accessories for an awesome deal. Definitely would recommend visiting this booth and their helpful staff if you’re looking for a new phone!

Quite honestly these are reasons i can recommend particularly this store.i have beeen looking for a phone that no store had around one rep there shook the world and got it for me in a really short notice and kept me posted about updates and never got tired i sure have seen good service before but note quitr like this before Rep name was Shna! And wow should be proud of her!

They do NOT tell you ALL the information you need for cancelling nor did they do it RIGHT, receiving the physical phones, or charges they changed one number and DIDN'T notify anyone, there where only TWO friendly and helpful people at this location! Matt and Jamal, otherwise NOT IMPRESSED
