We were very well taken care of today by (Manager) Josh with everything from selecting the best phone for our needs to the best plan/ payment option and then transferring all the necessities from the old phone to the new.
This was not our first encounter with WOW! Mobile boutique and Josh.
We have recommended him to a number of friends and new residents to our area, and will continue to do so.
It is our opinion that, when it comes to customer service, Josh is an incredible ambassador for this business.

I had the best experience yesterday getting the Samsung S22 Ultra. Josh was super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to get me my dream phone with the lowest rate plan and even got me a deal on accessories! The whole process was quick and painless and I was able to continue on with my other shopping in no time. 10/10 overall experience! I would definitely recommend seeing Josh at the Quinte Mall Kiosk for all of your cell phone needs.

Bought a phone. Received (per salesman) a case
, a screen cover as well as a wireless charger.
Received the a screen cover and case but no wireless charger. Returned to the store to have the screen cover put on. Told them about the wireless charger and they said I wasn't supposed to get a wireless charger. They put on the screen and it interfered with the fingerprint scanner making it useless for using fingerprint. They decided that they would take back the screensaver and give me the wireless charger I was supposed to get in the 1st place and I'm supposed to be a happy camper. Customer service here has caused me to decide I will not come back.

Alex was amazing to deal with! He was friendly, patient and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed and before I left he made sure I had everything I needed for my new phone and ensured it was working and that I knew how to use it. This is the second time I chose WOW! For my mobile phone needs, and will continue to use them.

Was helped by Alex. Dealt with a bit of a frustrating issue to begin with: the phone I want isn't in stock anywhere. I had just come from the Rogers location in that same mall and was given very little service and essentially no suggestions of alternatives etc. Alex on the other hand took the time to talk to me and find out what I needed. He was extremely personable and well spoken and seems very knowledgeable. He was able to set me up with a suitable alternative in the end, but he was perfectly willing to give me his full attention and service knowing I was *unable* to make a purchase originally, as the phone I want just isn't available. In fact, at our first meeting, he didn't make a sale, he suggested I speak to my mom about the phone she wanted to upgrade to, I did, and then I returned and got that for her instead. I was very pleased with his service, and he turned a wasted trip for me into a worthwhile visit and a sale for him.

Was impressed with the staff members, they were extreme helpful and knowledgeable, went in for an upgrade and was very pleased with the experience and how quick it was, also would like to thank Nicholas for helping me.

Tracy from WOW at the Quinte Mall is AMAZING! She set my 3 kids and I up with new phones and new plans. Was really fast and efficient. She knows her stuff. She made sure we got all the best deals and offers that were available to us at the time. She went the extra mile with her customer service. Put all our cases and screen protectors on. She even followed up the next week to make sure we were happy with our plans! She is very knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. I will never buy a phone from anyone else.

I had the best experience when purchasing my new IPhone 12 at WOW! Alex May ensured that my phone was ready to use. His patience and support were excellent! When I was home, I was experiencing difficulty loading up various apps on my new phone. Brought the phone back to Wow and Alex was able to assist me with uploading all the apps I needed. He was a life saver! Totally appreciate it, Alex!

Tracey was AMAZING! I went to koodo to set up a prepaid account with a port in and never received the text for port. When I went back to koodo to get help I was told they did their part and wait longer for the port in text. I went to the wow booth after seeing koodo's name on their sign and asked for help there. The rep at koodo had not set up an account for me AT ALL! All he had done was give me a sim card and a prepaid voucher. Tracey got on the phone with koodo for me right away and figured everything out! Within 20 minutes Tracey had my number up and running on koodo which the actual koodo booth hadn't done in the hour and a half I waited for my port text (which never would have come without Tracey!) THANK YOU TRACEY!

Went in for a new phone with only an hour lunch break. Tracy setup my new phone with everything transferred and me back at my desk within that timeframe. By far the most painless new phone purchasing experience ever. Highly recommend.

Have never used these kiosks before, have always gotten new phones directly from Bell. Bell wasn't offering much in the way of a deal so I shopped around. Was able to get the Samsung S20+ and the iPhone 11 Pro Max here through Telus for a better price. Liam was excellent, as was the other associate that jumped in to help when no other customers were present. I had them price different phones through different companies at different rate plans, which took some time. They did it happily and efficiently. Since switching Bell has reached out and offered me an even better deal than Telus.so I'll be back at Wow this Saturday to make the carrier switch. Hopefully Liam or the other guy is working as I'm sure they'll make the process as smooth as possible. Totally recommend Wow and very pleased with the customer service I received!

Liam continued talking to a friend for 10 minutes after we approached the kiosk before asking us if we needed help, we tried to set up a prepaid with him and he told us that number ports weren’t working. I called Chatr customer service myself and they said everything was working ok, he then told me to just buy the SIM card and set it up with them on my own. Overall disappointed in the customer service.

Their customer service is not good as before i don't know why, but this time when i went there for sim car csr was not giving me proper information and he was asking me question on my question and not explained any thing about process after sim activation and ask him he told me there is process mentioned online, so why we need you if everything we need to read online then.

Just purchased a phone at WOW! During their Black Friday deals. After speaking with several different locations in the Quinte Mall, WOW! Offered the best deals by far. You can't beat the service, promotions, and the prepaid Mastercard offers are a huge plus! Definitely recommend checking them out, you can't go wrong; and I'm loving my new Galaxy S10, plus all the fancy accessories that came with the in-store credit. ;)

Kaitlynn was very helpful today and made sure to take her time and answer all of our questions. We've never shopped at WOW before but definitely wont be shopping elsewhere again!
