I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this store, and I strongly advise against choosing their services. Not only did they handle my account incorrectly by enrolling me in the wrong package, but the actual charges from Rogers were significantly higher than what this store had promised me. I had to take matters into my own hands and make phone calls to rectify the situation by canceling the erroneously processed package. Throughout this entire process, the staff never once offered an apology or showed any remorse for their mistakes. It is evident that their level of professionalism and competence is severely lacking.

In summary, my encounter at this store was marked by a series of errors and a complete absence of customer service. Their inability to fulfill their promises and their lack of accountability left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I strongly discourage anyone from choosing their services due to their apparent incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction.

This place was awesome. Quick and painless process. Went on a VIP sale day and got a surprisingly good deal. My sales rep was Malak and I gotta say, she is an absolute doll.
