The food is great, never disappointed. Plenty of options for flavors and combos.

The prices are robbery. Way too expensive for what you are buying. I have no idea how people can afford this.

Ordered through Ubereats - the Fries were stale and seemed as if they were reheated and the sauce was way to sour

Usually love their Jaffna fries and ordered to enjoy with some friends but we were white disappointed and could not finish the food

The price was excessive! For 12 chicken wings without flavor was almost $30 bucks. I asked for dry spice and it didn't even taste like anything. The employees were okay. Never going back to this place unfortunately.

Food is okay, Worst thing ever is that the store front guy is always asking for cash, we called markham location they said there is no such rule as only cash after 10 PM, probably something Fishy

Highly recommend the “Markham special” which comes with 1lb of wings, chilli & onion fries (we call them Jaffna fries still), & a can of pop. I usually go for the honey garlic or BBQ wings

Honestly a super solid wing place, so many different flavors, fries with toppings are good and all done very fast. Reliable. Not a nice sit down place but they're not trying to be So, all good.

Jaffna fries are mind-blowing. I recommend vegetarian people try Jaffna fries from this place. Excellent taste and good service.

Had to pay for wings that I didn’t order, just because he couldn’t hear properly. Been a regular customer for a long time. Owner couldn’t do anything about it. What a joke lol

Terrible food, fries tastes like cardboard, wings are dry, barely any sauce, tastes like rubber. Terrible service, rude guy at the front acts like he’s doing u a favour. Overall terrible food, used to be good a couple years ago but not anymore. Eat at your own expense

I ordered and payed for 4lbs of chicken wings. When I measured it, it was only 3lbs. This place is overly expensive.

This was my 3rd visiting this location and each time I went it just got worse! It’s always the same person on the cash and he’s horrible at customer service. I bought 3 of their Markham specials and the wings tasted stale. It literally took them 10 minutes to prepare everything and I’m sure it wasn’t fresh! Wings were dry and fries had almost no sauce on them. Never going there again. Their good and service both are horrible.

Been going for almost 5 years and front guy knows us but one time we ask for extra sauce and wings barely have sauce on them remind you paid extra to for extra sauce but still dry? Not going back again

They have really great service and many delicious flavours to choose from. They price is fair, they aren't cheap but they aren't expenaive either. You won't be dissapointed the owner is a great guy.

But boy am I disgusted with the owner at the Brimley location. I’m a regular client (3-4 times a month) last night I picked up 2 pounds of wings, went in again this afternoon for an additional 4 pounds and two fries and asked for 2 one pound packings and 1 two pound packing as I wanted to drop one pack to friend who has never tried their wings (helping to promote Brimley’s business)

Instead what I got was “we don’t and I WILL NOT package your wings like that as the 3 pounds are all one flavour”. Holy arrogant and lack of customer service.

Great wings but ask yourself if you want to support a man that’s happy to grab your money when he can, then, point blank refuse to part with a single take out package worth 10 - 15 cents. He could have just as easily told me that there was a small charge of even a $1 for addition packaging and I would have gladly payed the fee.

Not only did he lose my $50 plus order today and all future business from me, but, he’s lost a good half a dozen clients I referred to him - they were just as disappointed in hearing about it.

The Markham RD and Delhi location is where I drove to right after, they accommodated with smile. Thank you Wow wings Markham - guess an extra 5-8 min drive is worth supporting people and businesses who actually care about their clients.

After living around this store for 14 years, I finally decided to give them a try. Sorry to say, I won't be going back there. The fries are pricey and taste cheap and tasteless. I can make home-made fries much better than theirs. Wings themselves are good and of value, but as for the sauce, I'll pass any day. The medium spicy sauce has a gentle burn but no flavour whatsoever. Our second order had honey bbq. From my wife's feedback, she commented the sauce tasted like watered down honey with no BBQ flavour.
Save your money and go to a proper wing store.

Found hair in food when opening the food in the restaurant. Restaurants was unwilling to replace item.

Been going there a few years and never had problems with any food. What you order is what you get. Our favourite Wing Place. We try different wings each time and never have been disappointed.

The wings are amazing. One of the flavours was extremely spicy but they were so good we couldn’t stop eating them.

The shop closes @11pm and I walked in to the shop for wings @10: 30 the staff said the shop is closed. Poor customer service. I don’t usually give 1 star but your staff made me do it!

Best wow wings location I've been to. And I've tried the markham and the malvern location. These guys make it crispy and saucy, I love it!

I think just this particular location serves horrible unhygienic food and to top it off horrible customer service.
The guy at the counter don’t give you any attention while taking order, me and my friend ordered 2 different items with one of them a combo.
We got two same items and missed the fries. The wings were horrible.
But I had their Markham special with devils ranch from Milner Branch and it was finger licking good.

No one is wearing masks in the entire store except for cashier. Also the protions got smaller but the price went up higher Their other locations are way better

Amazing wings, and the Jaffna Fries makes my mouth watery every time. If you go to this restaurant, you must try their "Devil's Ranch" flavored wings! Recently the quantity of the fries they give in the large box has decreased drastically. Just disappointed because the food is expensive and you are still hungry. It makes me wonder how expensive potatoes and wings really are.

Really bad quality food when compared to the Wow Wings I am used to at New Delhi Dr. The wings were cold and not freshly prepared and there were small feathers sticking out on the meat. The Jaffna flavour was not even nearly as spicy as the one I am used to. Overall a very bad experience wouldn't recommend.

Order the 3 pound two flavour wings, great size however the wings we're a little cold and soggy it almost seems like they were left in the sauce for hours. The sauce was tasty thought.

Dont go to this location its very bad! I think they are running it illegally, if you go to the Wow wing website this location is not there and since the pandemic started over a year ago they only accepting CASH I thought maybe their machine is broken but its exactly the same thing when my friend went there recently only cash. Just rude! Will never visit/order from here.
I went to pick uber order here, this is not about food taste/quality. I went there to pick after 8 PM it was already dark. Apparently, there was a sign at door, saying only 2 people at a time, but no lights at front door and I missed it. There were two guys ordering food there already. I was waiting inside no one said anything, any other restaurant would have requested to wait out politely and I, mask and sanitizer abiding person, would have instantly waited outside even though it was a cold night. I even asked the guy/owner about uber order number, he didn’t even look at me, ok so I waited more.
Now when those 2 people left the owner started shouting that there is a sign at door and all, I said ok will kind next time but he started shouting more an more OMG his rant. I quietly canceled my pickup and left. I mean why didn’t you ask me to wait outside, I wasn’t trying to catch covid or spread I was there to pick order placed by your patron and deliver it within time. My only fault was not not read sign in dark, might have carried my magic specs which would have given me owl vision.

Now, if you have that much problem you should have pick outside door or something. We delivery people are betting our health and everything in covid to deliver on time, if food is cold, if we take time we get no tip or/and bad rating, don’t even get a pee breaks, earlier we could use restaurant washroom but with pandemic no washrooms open: (.

Going to this place for over a year, loved the food but not anymore. Firstly they hiked the price and reduced the quantity which is OK but the Quality of food is totally gone. Used to suggest people about how good their chilly onion fries were but now its just fries without any flavour or toppings.

Order four lbs from this place.noticed the wings got smaller but craziest part was some of the wings had feathers still on them. Called them and complained and they said that’s how wings are and they can’t do anything about it. Horrible service and no attempt to rectify the situation

Awesome food and great fries. Only get the town of jaffna if you can handle spice, it’s no joke. I got the devils ranch which was amazing and still spicy but I was able to still enjoy my food.

The chili onion fries are definitely not the same at this location. Not enough onions/sauce/chillies. The best location for the fries is the Markham one.

Had the Markham station wings special special with the onion fries and 1lb of classic Cajun wings. The fries were really good, lots of spices and taste. The wings however were not the greatest. The meat didn't taste fresh and the skin came off the meat easily.

DON'T DO IT. HERE'S WHY: I've been coming here since 2010 when it used to be Wings and Wings. It used to be my favourite place and I came back for years, despite moving 30 minutes away. After not going in the last year, I came back to find out it's now WOW Wing House. Still the same basically, less pleasant people. I got my usual and it seemed like all was bliss. Until the next day. I ended up with food poisoning that lasted a week, put me in the hospital on IV, and I felt like I was going to die. I couldn't keep water down for 3 days. I can't even think of this place now without my stomach doing backflips, let alone ever go back. I have never been so sick. Eat at your own risk, I am dead damn serious.
