This place is a candy store if you're about quality outdoor power equipment. I bought my brand new Echo PAS-2620 at this location, first time ever using WPE and I'm very happy. I called days in advance to ask some questions that I had about that particular model prior to purchasing, all of which were answered right away. When I went in to purchase the machine, it was in-stock as promised and they test ran it before I took it home. The service is great and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly, I highly recommend that you pay them a visit.

Great place. Needed my chain saw sharpened. Came away with 3 new chains for a little more then it would have cost to sharpen the old one. Really helpful people. 5stars.

In what can often be a rough and tumble style of customer relations, WPE are a refreshing exception. From front line support for parts (thx Ryan for timely replies to emails) through to the service at the customer desk, nothing but positive. If you are looking for a place to purchase or service outdoor power equipment, this would be an excellent choice. Tony is fantastic to deal with. He has a broad knowledge of products and can quickly steer you into picking the one that best suits your needs. The mechanics are also very talented and quickly diagnose and repair anything you have. Prices and turn around time on repairs are also extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

From the time you walk thru the door you are greeted by Vick who is friendly and has an abundance of know to ensure you are getting the correct product that fits your need.i am always amaze at the level at which these Guys to to ensure that required services are on time. My name is Kevin and I have a small business landscaping and snow removal company that operates in the peel region and I have my service on my equipment done at Wpe. I have been coming here for over 10 years in years past it was called ashots and I have nothing but good thought and good words about there sales and staff. Tony has the knowledge and skill to provide companies that are growing the right equipment to keep them going for years to come he also has a great network of financing company that can help if needed, Vic and Jessica are great with parts I call ahead and ask if the part that I need is in stock and if it isn’t they make it happen they are very skillful with it comes with the ever changing parts from small to huge and never have a bad time they are both very fair and friendly, Fred/joe/heno/Tomas are always very friendly and skillful on the way the repair everything and let you know the good the bad and ugly, how long the parts will last and what needs to be replaced in the near future. I have referred a lot of my colleagues and friends here and will keep doing that for years to come. Now matter how bad the situation is wpe does what it takes to keep us here at kjd Landcaping & Property Maintenance inc going.

Dropped off a saw under warranty was stalling called me said it was fixed when i got it back was still stalling and the guard didnt work so it was dangerous and obviously not checked before it was returmed to me not impressed cause i have been without my saw for quite some time now
