Wrench it Up plumbing and mechanical

Matt is a very pleasant person and tries his best. But I believe he needs to work on his work time management and work analysis skills.  I say this because I noticed a few things today during his job that could of been managed better. For instance when he was attempting to replace the laundry room facet he slightly dislodge the laundry room drain pipe in the tub portion. As such he went to purchase a replacement tub, however, I feel he didn't measure the tub unit as he came back with a replacement tub approx 2 inches smaller and it could not be used.  Instead of completing the rest of the 5 scheduled jobs and return this wrong tub after he finished these jobs, he decided to return the tub right away.   This error had to be corrected by him buying and installing 2 shut valves in the laundry room to reconnect the cut pipes and now this laundry tub is none functional and the replacement facet was not completed. So I went from a functioning tub with a dripping facet to a non functioning tub. He advised us that now the entire tub cabinet and tub need to be installed to correct this error.
When he came back and was installing the 3 fill valves in the toilets. Two of the toilet fill valves were completed ok, however, on the 3rd toilet he replaced the fill valve and than advised us that it would not work properly due to another noted problem and the entire toilet needs to be replaced. I don't understand why he was not able to identify the problem with the toilet before he went and replaced the fill valve. This now cost me a fill valve and install charge for something that wont work.  I know situations come us, but, I believe with better time management and more efficient work analysis I could of saved funds and Matt could of saved work time. Now I need to deal with full replacement of a toilet and a laundry unit.

They workers were polite and cortious, they replaced our old water heater and brought the venting up to code, cleaned up after thier work and showed us how to read the tank and adjust the temp. Thier service was excellent.

Service provided by Jazz was excellent done. He explained everything that was going to repair and the way he was going to do it clearly. One thing I liked is that the job area was left cleaned.

If drainage problems are bothering you, then I strongly recommend this service company to you, they are impeccable.

Website falsely claims they provide water heater service. When I called I was told they don't provide that service and the individual just hung up the phone. They should not falsely advertise services they are not capable of providing.

Phoned Wrench it Up at 12: 30 and had the problem fixed by 3. A bit pricey, but if you want something done right and done quickly, you couldn't do any better than these guys.

Matt and his partner Yasin are excellent plumbers. Matt was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and cared about saving us cost by offering affordable options to our plumbing issues. Overall, they did great work!

What a nightmare - will never use them again. I don't understand how these guys got a five star review from other customers. Very unprofessional plumber who came to my house unprepared and started lecturing me and picking on my contractor's job. The only tool he had in his hand was the interact machine.
