We were very surprised when the Wright Tree Service company showed up with a huge crane truck and the massive tree (5 stories) in our front yard was completely gone in 40 minutes without any mess. I highly recommend their service considering their price was the best among four quotes we received.

Great service from rhis company. I had a big black wallnut tree in my front yard. I called them, and the sales guy showed up the next day and explained the entire process. They took care of the permit and everything.

Very flexible for arranging schedules for tree cutting. Guys showed up with crain and took a tree down within 45 min.
From start to finish, it took them about 2 hours. Clean roof and area surrounding. Nice and clean job.
I loved their professionalism and tree cutting ability with crane. This makes the job very easy.

Wright Tree Service was communicative, thorough and customer focused. At no time did we feel pressured to book the service after receiving a quote, just a gentle reminder was sent out way. Very happy with the service I received. The work was completed while I was at work, and when I returned I could see every piece of pruned material had been collected and removed. The tree canopy had been very dense, and now it looks a lot healthier.

On Tuesday, September 5th the team of Ryan, Bailey and Josh arrived as promised to thin and trim our large Norway Maple tree. We were impressed with their quiet demeanour, their team work, and their work ethic. It was an extremely hot day and yet they worked without complaint. Ryan swung about in the tree high above our house, impressing us with his agility and his skill with a chainsaw up in the air! The ground crew, Bailey and Josh, were carefully working below, cleaning up and assisting Ryan from the ground.

Based on our excellent experience we would be happy to recommend Wright Tree Service. We certainly will be repeat customers.

I have used this company to remove 2 large trees from my property. One a large poplar fell onto my roof and crushed our lawn shed. Wright came and removed the tree and debris in good time. Very professional in their dealings with me.

They provided the quote, let me know there would be a delay in service, which was fine with me, and when they did do the service, the clean-up was great as you couldn't find a twig left behind. The consulting arborist was super educational and informative. The folks who came to trim and remove a tree were very patient and understanding, they totally gave me the time and information I needed for an invasive tree that needed removing. I'd give five stars but the service is a wee bit pricey for a single mom!

Loved the advice first about the type of tree, how it can flourish, what kind of pruning was needed. Then worked on scheduling - the admin team was great and clean up was excellent too.

The arborist trimmed my Autumn Blaze maple tree in a very structured manner, stopping every so often to ensure that the tree was being encouraged to grow upwards and not outwards. The tree looks lovely now and perfectly shaped. Bravo!

Had a large pine tree removed from the backyard. Quoting, permitting and starting the job all went very well. The crew showed up on time the first day and did an excellent job removing half the tree. The remainder would be removed on a second day.

We had some scheduling difficulties with the second day but a week later had the rest of the tree removed with some debris picked up a few days after that.

Overall quite happy with the service, the crew did a good job and the office staff were quite helpful. Cost was inline with expectations.

They were on time. Service was good and fast. Tree trimming was properly done. They asked at the end if it was ok. They cleaned-up the site afterwards. No complaint (and we are usually tough reviewers, so when we have no complaint, it really means no complaint)

I have used Wright Tree Service three times for tree removal in urban areas, one was a 35-40’ tree in the backyard of a townhouse, with close neighbours on each side. In each instance they were great to work with. It’s why we keep coming back. From dealing with the city for the permits, taking the trees down, safely and in a well controlled manner, to cleaning up after I have always been impressed!

Wrights has been amazing in removing fallen trees from my property. They are well organized and professional in their approach to protect their workers and the property that they are working on.

We have used Wright Tree Service for years to prune our 20 year old maple. The crew always did an amazingly professional job. They recently took down our very large maple after the storm damage in May 2022 and did a great job with a very difficult removal. We look forward to dealing with them in the future to find a replacement for our beloved tree.

The crew arrived and got right to work, explaining what they were planning to do and answered all my questions. Despite the bad weather that was expected to come through, they were able to take my whole compromised tree down, and even saved a part of the trunk that I requested. Tristan, Lloyd and Nick were total pro's, cleaned up everything and minimized collateral damage to the garden. Kudos to this team!

Employee came for a quote of my neighbours tree while I was working there. I explained that she wasn’t there and asked who he was and if I could help him. He immediately became belligerent, yelling, swearing at me and wanted a confrontation. His vehicle had no signage, and he failed to say who he was or who he worked for. This is the kind of employee that hurts small businesses. I would never deal with a company when a possible clients first interaction is this unprofessional.

We had a substantially large elm tree that needed to be removed. From the initial contact to the end, these guys were marvelous. Ryan was professional and courteous at the time of the consult. The team that came in the very next day were well organized, clean, polite and skilled. Removing such a giant tree from our backyard caused us some anxiety when they were moving branches, however no issues arose.

Would not recommend anyone else if you have to remove an exceptionally large tree. These guys are tops!

Of all the companies I called, they were the most reasonably priced. They showed up on time, extremely polite (Sophia is a gem) and they did a superb job pruning my large front tree. My house looks much better after they worked their magic! To my amazement they also cleaned leaves that fell before their arrival for both my front yard and my neighbors. What an unexpected, pleasant surprise. I will certainly be calling them for all my future tree needs.

After obtaining estimates from 3 other tree service businesses we went with Wright. Our estimator talked to us about the best way to trim our enormous Norwegian maple to ensure that she was not only cared for but looked lovely when the job was done.
The crew arrived on-time; politely announced their arrival and went to work. My daughter and I watched in fascination as they carefully cut down the burdensome limbs weighing our big tree down. The crew requested permission from the neighbours to collect debris from their yards and then politely said goodbye when the job was done.

Wright Tree service was very competitively priced. While there was some logistics that were messed up and mistakes made, I was impressed at how quickly they responded to my calls and sorted things out. They corrected the situation, and all worked out. I would use them again.

I first used Wright Tree Services in 2020 for tree removal and tree trimming. When I required another tree to be removed in 2021, I immediately reached out to Wright Tree Services. The arborist (Robert) is very professional and knowledgeable. Robert recommended in 2020 that the tree should be removed, but I wanted to save it for as long as possible. In hindsight, I should have taken Robert's professional recommendation in 2020. The office staff is outstanding in coordinating dates and any follow-up questions I had. The on-site team (Tristan, James and Adrien) were utterly amazing. They answered any questions I had and were very professional. The steps they take to remove a large tree are incredible. First want to mention that I like the web portal they are using to communicate with customers.
Now, about service itself. We had 3 quotes and they are very similar, not to say exact the same.
We decided to go with Wright Tree service. They actually came before scheduled day. We got a call in the morning that team could be at noon at our property. They really came a little before the time. They discussed in more details what we are looking for (we need to clean all external lines like power and communication besides the cleaning the dead branches). They did all the job very nicely. Our adult Sugar Maple Tree is looking good now, as well we are confident about the lines. They cleaned the property, if small branches left, I hardly saw them or they were blown by the wind and I do not care about this much.
Overall, we are happy with the service and surely will advice them to anyone who needs tree pruning or cleaning

Skilled, thoughtful, professional, pleasant crew. They went above and beyond, even taking the time to move our neighbour's lawn statue out of possible harm's way (and remembering to put it back again). They took the time to ensure the falling branches would have minimal impact on surrounding trees or lawn. Clean-up was excellent. I am rarely pleased with work done for me but in this case, I could find no fault. Do not hesitate to hire; they will not disappoint.

These guys were great! I had one spruce removed that was growing into our garage roof and another massive pine that was only inches from another corner of the roof. Incredible articulated cutting equipment. The arborist let me watch and even taught me a little about cutting trees. Site was cleaned up perfectly. I would highly recommend this company.

Quite satisfied with the process from quote to cleanup. The crew were experienced, and caused no damage.
