Great service from these folks. The internet was really spotty today (essentially down) and they fixed same day, which was hugely important for us. Justin diagnosed the issue quickly and was responsive. David came out and quickly and efficiently solved the issue (the dish needed to be relocated after tree growth blocked the line to the tower). You will never ever get service like that from the Rogers or Bell! Thank you!

Had David and Jeff do a new install for 5G and was impressed with their approach: trouble-shooting for a work plan, efficient and professional service, and expertise to make system function fully. Way to go guys.

Service was fine throughout my year and a half, although I didnt need much from them. Trying to move/cancel has been an absolute nightmare! I have had 2 months of trying to get someone to help with my concerns with nothing and even had one girl laughing at me on the phone. They continue to bill my monthly fee as usual despite no longer having service. Found out they have been billing me for a year and a half for a rental router which I had purchased myself. I have put in a dispute with Visa and will have to cancel my entire credit card to stop them from charging me. A NIGHTMARE.and terrible customer service with regard to concerns. A huge disappointment and will never use again or recommend to anyone. Definitely dont give them your credit card

Constant interruptions of internet and recurring static on the phone for the past five years since we moved here. The worst service provider we ever had. More problems per week than the cumulative total of every other company we have been with, but there is no competition for WTC's monopoly - ridiculous- especially aggravating to listen to the radio adds claiming such great service and rates. The service techs themselves are fine, which is good because we see a lot of them. We should be refunded for the many hours [ sometimes days ] of interrupted service. Isn't there a term for that when you charge for something but don't deliver? Would drop this service for the competition in a heartbeat if there were any. Looking forward to a meaningless buttery response. - [ following up to your standard B. S.response ] - the last two times we have contacted the company we were told we would be called within a couple of days to arrange a time for a service call. Several weeks have passed without any further acknowledgement. Speaks volumes about your commitment to '' repairing relationships ''! What a joke! Meanwhile more static on the phone and constant internet interruptions as normal. We give up on expecting any improvements. It is entertaining to talk other locals about their bizarre connection problems though, like losing the internet when the phone rings! Guess that's why you have to post your own five star reviews. Pathetic.
