Sam and Ryan were here this morning to upgrade my internet to fibre. They were great; friendly and pleasant to deal with. They got the job done efficiently, professionally, and quickly, and explained what they were going to do before they did it. Great service from WTC, as usual!

Had David and Jeff from WTC here to upgrade my internet from Rural Highspeed to Fibre. The two couldn’t of been more professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Could not of asked for better service.

WTC has great customer service! Very knowledgeable and friendly. They usually get someone to your home quite quickly if an issue cannot be resolved over the phone. We had very good service at our home with Sam today. He was able to resolve our issue in no time. Highly recommended if looking for rural high speed Internet.

Ryan, Sam and Scott who hooked our internet up today were very polite and courteous. They did a great job!

Great customer service - haven't had to wait for a technician to respond via phone or in person. Service is very reliable - only seems to go out when my router gets hit by an electrical surge.

We’ve had an exceptional experience dealing with Mark, the sales manager at WTC. He is full of knowledge and if he doesn’t have the answer he knows where to get it.

His team spent the last two days installing for us and we were blown away by them. They were all hard workers, extraordinarily kind and an absolute pleasure to have around.  Not to mention they completed a large amount of installs for us in a short period of time.

Above and beyond - Excellent service!

Recently lost my land line, internet and TV service as the result of a pole break and telephone line shear on Westport road on the coldest night of the year
I watched as WTC staff worked 5-6 hours each day on a weekend up in a bucket truck effecting repairs to some serious damage. The temperature was close to -40 degrees on a Saturday and slightly better Sunday. Our service was returned late Sunday afternoon. Working in these extreme conditions at length is beyond imagination.

Sam and Ryan initially came to my house to move my router because my internet signal was dropping so often, and while they were here, they decided to replace my three outdated receivers. Some complications caused the process to take over 3 hours, but they diligently found and fixed all of the problems that cropped up during their visit. They also fixed my persistently slow internet speed with one phone call to their office and an adjustment here. It was a challenging visit for them, but I'm grateful for their patience, knowledge and professionalism. Thank you Sam & Ryan!

Jason was great during the install very through and helpful. Good local company little expensive but that’s not to bad overall.

Bill, David and Jeff were very diligent in getting the job done yesterday. Tired and frustrated with our current provider they came in and switched us to the new fibre Internet offered.
They are very polite respectful and informative guys about their work they finished and made sure we were set up before they left.
David went through some of the package details as well to clarify as our speed was going from 22 mbps-97 mbps with our new change.
Definitely would welcome these 3 back into our home.
Definitely would recommend these 3 for the job.
