I have been using this company like it’s been 8 yrs but there services like awesome they never let me down when ever I have problem they help me out like always when I call them for a problem I have tons of questions in my mind o they r going ask details n giving hard time to understand my problem but they just don’t ask me any question it’s just like they are waiting for me that I call them n they ll solve the problem you what I mean thank you so much for such a wonderful service

I have been taking travel insurance for my family since 2020. Camille Bonna-Wood  was my broker then. She explained each and every detail and answered all my questions by guiding me even though i asked the same question every now and then. We have been using this company for several years already to buy travellers insurance for our elderly family members when they visit us in Canada. Customer service is great, agents are very professional and responsive, I highly recommend this company.

What can I say? I purchased visitor's insurance, and have been extending my policy, as necessary. They have reasonable premium quotations. They also have an app which you can easily use for a quick consult with a physician. I filed a claim once and it was refunded quickly. Natalie Fuerth  is my broker and she gives exceptional customer service - she is professional and prompt yet kind and patient. She never failed to send me policy expiry reminders a couple of weeks before expiry date, and gets back to me right after I send her an email. I am glad I was able to find out about this company. Very satisfied with visitor insurance that I bought for my mother. I have extended it for another 6 months, but for family reasons my mother had to go back to home country well before the insurance coverage end date. I am glad that the cancellation policy is very smooth and they were able to refund the money for remaining days with a $25 administration fee. Thank you.
