Highly recommended, high level customer service, fast approval, I liked the open mind and attitude to help newcomers.

Once again the water is out without a notice delivered to either our residence portal or our door. Building has bedbugs though out multiple floors, from why I’ve gathered floors 2,3,4,5,7,9 and 10 have all had repeated issues with it. The building staff is subpar. The maintenance guy is the only one who appears to actually know how to do his job. Yet the building has so many issues I don’t think they all get addressed seeing as we go weeks for anything to be fixed since there always prior issues and new ones popping up. Do not move here unless your homeless and or have no other choice. This building is not a good spot for long term. Also pretty bad that they have to run a contest to be able to get the good reviews they are getting.

I’m living here for almost 6 months and the staff is really kind, helpful and generous. Especially jovanka, Emilio and cleaner snow she’s amazing she cleans in early morning to make everyone’s morning good.

This place is pretty good! I live here for more than a year now.
We had a problem with bed bugs when we moved in but they got people coming in to spray every other week and is all depends on your cleanliness and effort to keep the place free of bugs.
They're getting much better tho with the superintendent, those guys are really fast on fixing up a request whenever you have a problem.
Overall, this place is pretty good, just needs more security for the car parking or gates, since other tenant's guest steal your parking spot once awhile.

I do appreciate their best effort to make this place better than it was.

Our experience here for the last just about 3 years, has been awesome. The staff here are great, and the maintenance man Steve is great too, work always done on time. No worries. Cleaning lady keeps the apartment building spotless and is very nice to see each morning. Emillio has a smile each time I see him at work. Staff all around are awesome working people, I suggest this is a great place for a family to live altogether here. Come and be a part of the Capriet renters. Security is great here too, as underground parking too. Keep up the GREAT WORK, CAPRIET, you rock.

I recently moved from Toronto to 724 Fanshawe Park Road East, on September 1st, and I must say, the location is absolutely unbeatable. Situated in a prime area, it offers easy access to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping.
From the moment I entered the property, I was greeted by the warm and friendly property specialist, Jovanka Ivkov. She was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process, and I felt confident that my paperwork was in the best hands. Jovanka promptly responded to all my inquiries and kept me informed every step of the way. Her courteous and respectful along with her positive attitude made it evident that she genuinely cared about my satisfaction as a new tenant. She was dedicated to providing exceptional service, especially when it came to parking arrangements. Her clear and concise communication made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.
I also noticed that the building and laundry room are kept clean and well-maintained. The attentive staff and excellent maintenance service have contributed to making this apartment complex feel like home. The welcoming community adds to the overall positive living experience.

I have been living here for 8 years. We have gone through different office staff but I find Joanne and Emilio and Lisa are doing a great job and are very professional. Our cleaning person, Snow, keeps on top of everything and I find the building and laundry room clean after shes done. As for any pest problems, the office is quick to respond once they are notified and ASAP Pest Control are great. I call this place my home.

I live @724 Fanshawe Park Road East London Ontario, and the staff here are really nice and have that warm feeling towards you.
The boss Lisa, is a hard persistent leader who throws herself into high mode to keep Capreit going for years to come.
Jovanka is our secretary here. She does awesome work doing paperwork and showing apartments to people who are interested in living here.
Emillio is always on the go to check things over, every morning I say "good morning, " to Emillio and he waves and says HI to me.

Steve the maintenance guy is always going around doing small and big jobs 5 days a week. There he goes again with his drill and tools on hand, hat on backwards to put him in his work mode style. You go Steve.
Snow is the name I gave to the cleaning woman lady here, each morning I yell out from my balcony to her, HI Snow-lovely morning huh! She goes right to work and starts cleaning, vacuuming rugs, wash floors, empty blue box, clean laundry room, paints baseboards and even paint elevator doors. Lucky I ate me Spinach before I started work. She is jack of ALL TRADES. GOAL: : My GOAL is to live here for a long time, with the DEDICATED TEAMWORK STAFF who put their mind, soul, pride and determination into their hard work to keeping the Capriet apartments up to safety codes, for the people to move in and live here, as their HOME.

Great building amazing office staff I wouldn’t rent anywhere else.they are always on top of things when you put in a ticket or have an issue it’s taken care of or addressed immediately.

I really liked the place, the apartment is quite comfortable, the staff is very friendly, and the check-in process is quite simple. 100% recommended. 724 is very clean and my family loved it.

My partner and I had a really good experience with the service. We both moved from the Bahamas and Jovanka went above and beyond to accommodate us she was very detailed and made sure we had all off the information ahead of time. She was easily accessible and responded to emails almost immediately. Her customer service is 10 out of 10

I just move to Canada from the Bahamas. Me and my girlfriend and Jonvika has been extremely helpful. She made moving in so easy. From I contact her in June she has been such a pleasure and am looking forward next year for a two bedroom just because of her.

Absolutely terrible. Dirty, staff is unfriendly and do not care about the building or the tenants. Wouldn't move my worst enemy here.
