I ordered online yesterday and they called me to double check my order when the glass pallete and particular Sta-wet I ordered didn't fit together. I really appreciate that they took the time to get this right for me before shipping it. I gave the man in the phone too much backstory about why I was ordering from BC, but he was patient with me. I would have said "I don't need to know the backstory. " I will spare you all from it as well.

Update: . My order also arrived super fast and was very well packed as well. I will return!

They should create a 6 star rating for this place! My shopping experience at Wyndham was 100% online. And it was beyond satisfactory. Quick answer to email inquiries by friendly personnel, accomodating, super fast processing of the order and shipping. Hats off to the shipping department: my Woodzilla press got here in top shape. Would recommand buying online at this place with NO hesitations. It is nice to do business in Canada, with local shops. If the shop was in my neighborhood, I would probably go broke buying art supplies there! So a big thank you from Montreal.

Amaaaaazing customer service, visited with my sister who is a new student looking for art supplies specifically for course opening, the gentlemen who helped us went above and beyond to show us different options and ensured a return visit with his candor, even from me, a non-student who doesn't even live in Guelph.

I could go on and on about this spot. It's magic. Service is incredible and the staff are knowledgeable. Best variety of art supplies around! This shop saved me during lockdown.so many new hobbies discovered! They always go above and beyond. The shop itself gorgeous, and it's worth the short drive from Kitchener.

If you are looking for Art supplies this is the place for you. They have a huge selection for various types of artistry. The staff here were super helpful and friendly in getting me all the supplies I needed for a first time art class I was taking. The prices are on par for what you would expect for any good quality supply. I will definitely be returning here in the future when I need more supplies.

I’ve only had good experiences purchasing from this art store. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Prices are quite competitive.

I love this Art Supply store; they have a hugely wide variety of art supplies from paper, to paints, brushes to pens, sets and pads. It goes beyond what I've mentioned, but I've never been disappointed. They also have a discount for returning patrons and they serve the Guelph U student/teacher population so you know they've got good stuff. Highly recommend, but if you aren't sure go and have a browse at the least.
