Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls Fallsview

This is a great place for a mid-budget stay. You can walk to everything but it is a little ways. About 15 minute walk to the falls or Clifton Hill. Lots of people around outside but hotel is clean and quiet. Pool and hot tub were clean and not overcrowded. Solid recommend for mid-budget. We had city view with a great view of the fireworks from our room too.

For those saying “homeless” or “questionable” people hanging around my impression is those are largely guest workers or seasonal workers houses nearby. I did not feel unsafe at all but I’ve also traveled the world and appreciate diversity.

I would highly recommend that you find a different hotel as this was a horrible experience from start to finish. I will never stay there again.

Very incompetent staff at the reception area. Stayed there with family and had two rooms. We asked for a late checkout and on the day we were supposed to check out they called the room twice to ask me when I planned on leaving. We called from both rooms to request the late checkout but they said that they only had a record of a request from one room. They deactivated the key cards to both rooms and sent guests to both rooms while we were still there and before our agreed on checkout time even though according to them they had a record of a late checkout for one of the rooms only. We also had a very bad check in experience as we waited in line while they changed shifts. A male staff was courteous enough to let us know that they were changing shifts and we would have a little wait. We told him that was okay. After he left and the new staff started no one paid us any attention even though 4 of us with luggage piled around us were standing there. One female staff who was right by the gentleman who had told us that they were changing shifts claimed she didn't know that we were waiting for service. I definitely would not go anywhere near this place again.

Supportive, professional staff and exceptionally well-organized everything. A huge facility here. Excellent and friendly service. Always provide something new.

It was an OK hotel, bed and blankets were dirty from previous people and weren't changed as well as bathroom needing cleaning. Only thing that was good was the customer service. Had to pay for parking for each night

The room smell very bad and it looks like it haven’t been cleaned at all. I talked to the manager to change it, he told me they are fully book yep that’s it.sleep at your car it’s way better trust me.

This is a great hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the bed very comfortable. The whirlpool tub was perfect for after a long day of exploring niagara. The staff were also very courteous and helpful. I would definitely come back.

The building is in a highly secured place. There is no doubt about security facilities. Here the food is also too good and delicious. Highly recommended.

I called twice to check their lost and found for my headphones and no one bothered to check and call me back even though they promised to do so both times. Ended up buying new ones. Also, the level of cleanliness is below average. They have really good pillows and mattresses though.

It is an excellent hotel in this location. I feel very comfortable here. All the staff is very helpful and professional. Neat & Clean property. Highly recommended.

There was no cleaning service no pool as the website says and there is absolutely no customer service. When you have a complaint they laugh at you and tell you that you're not smart enough to understand. I hope nobody goes there because nobody should have to put up with that abuse. One more thing the deposit that they forced me to pay they said I will not be getting it back. They ruined my family weekend

Little bit of bait and switch. Thought I was staying at the wyndham garden. The place I had booked. Turns out I was staying at the condemned recently bankrupt building next door entitled building B.

Great location if you don't mind a little walking
7-8 minutes tops to Clifton Hill, 7-8 minutes to the incline rail to the falls
Room and hotel was clean, and staff are professional and friendly
No housekeeping due to Covid, but staff provided everything I required-fresh towels and hygiene products within minutes of calling the desk

It is situated in a quiet residential area. There is a green ambiance, clean room, comfortable bed, and hand-made breakfast. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

Breakfast is complimentary and other options are also awesome. For lunch and dinner, you need to order first and they will prepare as per requirement. The rooms are reasonable. Great experience.

Great hotel with lots of space. Very close to Fallsview casino and there's a lot of food options around.

The quality of the hospitality gives me much pleasure. I got conference meetings facilities here.
This is one of the best places for staying during my visits. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed my time here it was really cleaned and well run. But and again I think it was little bit over priced for just one night, but everything was in walking distance if you're in shape and have good knees.

Decently priced hotel for the area comparatively. Tip#1 - Always check for Groupon deals. Tip#2 - Don’t fall for the coupons that hotels offer. We got $100 coupons for Ruth’s steak, little did we know that we had to order atleta two entrees from a certain section to claim it AND the worst is each item was priced no less than $105. We ended up spending $301 after claiming the $100 voucher. LOL

Very spacious room, very clean room, very comfortable bed, staff very polite an helpful, will stay again anytime in the falls area

Convenient location and very clean. Room was on the main floor and was very quiet. The staff friendly and very accommodating.

Elevator sucks. We were waiting for almost half hr with luggage. Moreover, they charge you for parking on top of your bill. If you stay overnight they don’t have housekeeping services.

Poor customer service.
Checked out this morning and at the reception, saw customer service attendants, Ahuja and a lady wearing a red face mask chatting & said "Hi, good morning". The lady was rude as she responded " Hey! Let's just finish our conversation" when all I wanted to do was make an inquiry on how to check out.

That was unnecessary, I looked at her and I think Ahuja discontinued the chat to quickly explain the procedure and he was kind enough to inform that security deposit and parking was to be refunded between 3 to 5 business days.

Always a great experience at Wyndham. Great location steps to Fallsview Casino, Clifton Hill and LCBO. Rooms are fairly prices for the commercial strip it is in. Lots of vouchers, very clean rooms. I have been staying here with friends for four years. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee and tea w/machine in every room. Tonight is my first night in Jacuzzi Room, so far amazing. I love this hotel, great points system, friendly staff, not really much to complain about. Thanks for all the amazing stays and here's to many more!

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Rooms very very specious and they were clean and neat.
Not the best view but the location is very convineint a bit away from hustle and still close to some great restaurants.

Filthy carpets in front of the elevators and hallways, no carts for luggage, front desk personnel with a don't care attitude, dirty rooms, dirty shower and dirty sheets on the bed. I will never ever stay at this place again.

Ambience and facilities of room are awesome. In addition, view of snowy region from the balcony is icing on the cake for me.

Room was good but a little out dated. The view off the falls and the fact it's close to all the attractions is very good. A MUST TRY!

We had a great time! We went here for our anniversary and the customer service was amazing. They upgraded our room and were so accommodating. The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable, would definitely recommend!

The service at the front desk was excellent. It didn't matter if it was the same person or another. We were always met with warmth and hospitality. The rooms and bathrooms are all clean. Room service does a great job restocking and making beds feel as good as new.

I booked two rooms in this hotel for a night stay, but the MATTRESS, the most important thing in every hotel room was not right in one of the rooms, and had a huge dent on it which didn't let me have a comfortable sleep. There are also some not-so-clear fees that I was notified about right at my check-in time, like a $5 resort fee! And $15 parking fee. I don't really understand why a 5 story hotel should have a Resort fee? ! What Resort? This is just a 3.5 star hotel! I partially blame booking websites for not properly & clearly indicating these extra charges on their website at the booking time. I spoke to the manager on duty at my checkout and was not charged for these extra charges, but I really expected to be refunded for one of the rooms since the mattress was not in an acceptable condition and didn't serve it's purpose. I booked the rooms just for an 8 hour sleep and no other purpose!

The staff told us that there would be security at night to verify guests coming into the building. So we purchased wrist bands for anyone we might invite back to the room, only to find out there was nobody checking. They hustled us into paying for wrist bands that had no purpose, will never stay here again

Friendly service, room was nicely and clean, as a strong scent of the cleaning solution remained in the room until after we left for dinner with the bathroom fan turned on. Otherwise, as advertised and would recommend for those looking to stay close but not too close to the falls / Fallsville Casino

My friend and I stayed sat at the hotel. Got bitten. BUG BITES.called the hotel and they don't seem to care about this issue. All I got from them was it could be the softer.

So friendly and professional staff,
Registeration and check in was so convenient and the price was way better than some other hotels!
Just there is no fridge and microwave in the room you have to rent it for extra $!

No breakfast in the hotel. Hidden fees to be paid for on arrival (45$ for 2 nights). Just for 15$ more per night you get such a better deal at Embassy Suites (with free breakfast & cheaper parking). Only reason I rate 2 stars instead of 1, is that their suite room is pretty decent.

Experienced the following problems:
(1) i had to pay $15 (USD!) parking on a DAILY basis. Not advertised!
(2) the curtains are chintzy- no light blocking, trying to sleep at night was like sleeping during the daytime, and i was on floor 7!
(3) no in-hotel eatery. Had to go outside into the cold for all meals.

Room was otherwise clean and well cared for.
NO bed bugs!

Wonderful place to stay
Although they have no restaurant in the hotel, IHOP is right out the door and they give you voucher for a discount. Great service and wonderful people working on the staff. Not far from anything.

Nice, comfortable hotel. Be aware they require the full price of your stay plus a deposit up front. The pool is nice and clean however, they use way too much chlorine.

The room was cleaner and bigger than expected compared to the pictures online. The staff was very polite and respectful. Explained the fees and charges very well. The hotel itself was within walking distance of the Falls and all attractions including restaurants and casino.

Nice hotel for the price. Staff were extremely friendly. Check in was smooth. Hotel and room was fairly clean. Bed and pillows were comfy.
Only complaints would be that there was little hairs found on our sheets and some of the towels. Also the shower walls needed a good scrubbing. I would definitely stay here again.

For our first time here as a couple (I’ve been there with my family) we really had a great experience. The hotel is located near almost everything (casino, activities, food markets etc).

The check in process was extremely slow.

Not even a small refrigerator, nor microwave. If you need any of the refrigerator, microwave or iron, you have to pay 10cad per night for each. Not a good view from the window, no food services, and you have to pay 15cad/night for parking.
Not a good hotel at all.

There hotel was ok. I was in room 717 Location is fine but the king Jacuzzi room they put me in was right next to the ice machine which was quite loud. Also set up of room was weird the bathroom sink was outside the bathroom and the bathroom itself was uncomfortably small. Also the walls are paper thin. I heard full conversations from the room next door and when they came back drunk at 3: 00am I got woken up and couldn't fall back asleep until they stopped talking around 5: 00. They also don't serve any real food/ room service which is super inconvenient. I went here for a small get away on my anniversary and it wasn't really a good experience. Next time I well spend the extra money elsewhere

Very convenient location for a bunch of niagara places like food, stores, and the falls, everything cleanliness and service-wise was good but nothing special, the only real negative was the strong smell of chlorine on the first floor, but once you get to your room it's fine

Overall a good experience.
Room was clean, full bath available. Not a nice view from my room but I was there to walk around the city not to watch on the window.
I was happy to pay $15 for the overnight parking and I was able to leave the car parked for the full day after check out with no extra fee.
Staff from the reception was very nice.
I was happy for the price I paid. I will definitely return in the future if I will get a good offer.
