I am so happy to have hired XCopper to represent me with my careless driving charge, first off, their service was a fraction of the cost of a litigation attorney, along with their due diligence and helping me understand how they were going to deal with my situation and keeping me abreast of correspondence and dealing with all the paperwork and issues that needed to be addressed was stellar.
Without hesitation, I would use them again and refer their services to all. Money well spent!

I came to x-copper with a ticket that had 3 demerit points and i forget the exact amount of the fine but all i cared about was getting the demerit points dropped from the fine, and thats exactly what they did, demerit points successfully removed from the fine and the fine price was lowered. They don't really do anything, it's better you go to the court yourself. I paid $350 for a 20 over ticket at a 60 zone and after a year what they did was they reduced the ticket to 15 over. What difference does that make, I still have to pay $60 fine and I still have 3 demerit points. Just absolute waste of money.

So far, the operator from headquarters was excellent and very thorough and helped every step of the way.

Highly recommend using X-Copper. We hired them for a speeding ticket my 17 year had gotten. We dealt with David Brereton at the Hamilton location, he was excellent at communicating with any questions we had, was quick and usually responded within a day. We had to wait 3 years due to covid, but in the end all charges were dropped, nothing on his driving record and no demerit points taken! Thank you X-Coppers

Absolutely great service. My case was finally settled on a bogus charge which would of cost me demerit points on a fail to change lane without signal. Won my case and am very satisfied with the service. I will definitely use x-copper in the future

I brought in a ticket a few weeks ago and was told it would all be dealt with and that they’d send me updates on the case, I still have not heard any updates and my calls are now either ignored or sent directly to voicemail.

Fast and efficient, matter hasn't been resolved yet but they have inspired confidence that they are on the job.

UPDATE (Oct 25,2022) matter was resolved with a resolution beyond my expectations. If you have ANY traffic issues go directly to the professionals and call X-Copper time and money well spent

I received a quote from David this morning and not only was the quote $400 more than someone I called locally, he also talked to me as if I was criminal. I’m 9 months pregnant and just trying to fight a cellphone ticket. I wouldn’t expect this type of treatment from any professional. Try calling your local paralegals before these guys. You won’t be disappointed.

Don’t waste your money and go to the court by your self directly. I waste more than $300 for nothing.

Payed way too much for terrible service and no help with the ticket. You're better off fighting it by yourself

The people here are very much experienced and always advice good. I will reccomend to others for any kind of traffic disputes.

Stay FAR away from this place. Paid incredibly high fees for below par service. I was provided with incorrect information by phone that no one at the company would take responsibility for going forward. I had no way to prove it beyond hearsay as I did not record the conversation I had (as I didn't think I would need to?). God forbid I have any more tickets I will be fighting them on my own going forward as this experience has left me significantly questioning the competency of this company, especially with how much they charge for their services. As another reviewer has mentioned, I would also like to chime in that David is incredibly rude and unprofessional. What a complete waste of my time and money.

I came here with a huge speeding ticket and was literally scared to death. One of the guys was very nice to me and actually put me on the right path FOR FREE and told me to come back if I still needed help closer to my court date!

I am very pleased with the services provided by both Brandy and Oliver. Brandy is very informative and helpful over the phone. She helped me to feel comfortable with the process of disputing my ticket. And Oliver was very professional and good on court day. I was extremely nervous having to be in court and he made it much easier. Great experience overall. Definitely would recommend their services to anyone in need!
