I made the call asking for assistance from a representative and the lady that accepted my call was very cordial and helpful to my
situation.

I have to tell this, the experience & result both comforting & good from beginning till the end.at first they comfort me, insure me they will try they best (and Beyond) to find a way to solve my problem (and they did). At first meeting I was discomfort about the ticket but when the meeting ends and David agree to my case, the way he talking to me, the way he explains the solutions, I was better & kinda relived.couple months later when they have all the material & Jeanine again explained what they are doing, it is more relief. It was great using X-Copper on my speeding ticket 89/70. They stood the ground in rejecting the ticket in Newmarket court.and at the, the Judge see reseans not to believe the Crown on the charge. The ticket was stayed with no conviction and no record of it in my driving record.

I have to admit that the team at the Newmarket location were awesome. Clear instructions on the process, and updates when needed so as to not bombard your emails. They really give you peace of mind knowing you don't have to take time off of work to attend court. As great as Jeanine and her team are, I hope to never have to correspond with them again.or under different circumstances at least lol. Anyways if you end up in a spot with a traffic issue, I'd recommend to at least look into them.

The team was thoroughly professional and communicative from the very beginning. We are currently using them for a traffic ticket we believe is unfair because of the way signage was on the road. So far they have been very quick to respond. Everything is clearly laid out as to what will happen going forward, and the process. Will update as progress moves forward. I'm so impressed with this office. They took my case last minute and Alyssa explained everything so clearly. I has a ticket for handheld device - 3 points and $615. They presented all my options over the phone and the order for which they would pursue those options with best case scenario being my case being dismissed. They further put it all in writing. I paid them money to attend court and represent me in a minor speeding case. They never showed up to court (so, I was found guilty) and they never told me that they didn’t show up. It says in their paperwork they will contact you within 48 hours of your court date to tell you your final verdict — but they never showed up and never called. I’ve been in the process of getting a full refund for the service they failed to provide, and they’re just as incompetent when handling my refund.

I had a ticket that I wanted to fight and called x-copper. They were fantastic in this case. They communicated to me every step of the way. If I had to give some constructive criticism it’s that I felt like I was never able to talk to the same paralegal, but everything was in my file so it was fine. I felt like I was an important client and appreciated everything they did. Thank you!

Well this was definitely the best customer service I have ever received. Sabrina and Andrea were there every step of the way, taking no time to answer any questions I had, and they always left me feeling at ease as the process went forward. I contacted X copper about fighting a speeding ticket I received, paid their fee and took them on as my representatives. The day after my trial date I called them to get the results as I was instructed to, the rep I spoke with told me they had good news, that my speeding charge had been pled down to another charge. The charge they told me didn’t make sense to me on the phone, it seemed much more serious than a speeding charge, they assured me it was normal and we hung up. I than did some research and the charge they told me, was a charge given to people in an at fault accident, sometimes reckless driving causing an accident and other serious driving infractions are pled down to this charge. I called them back very concerned as I was worried my insurance would think I had been in an at fault accident, they basically blew me off, told me thats what they had accepted, it was official and that they would follow up with an official email. A little while later I received an official email, on X Copper letterhead (a legal document from my representatives) stating that my charge had been pled down to this charge as I had been instructed. I started to panic and began calling other law firms, seeing what my options were to appeal this. All the other law firms seemed shocked that a simple speeding charge had been pled down to this charge, I could tell some didn’t believe I had just been caught in a speed trap, and kept asking me if I’m sure thats all that happened. Than, another law firm recommended that before they take me on as a client I call the court offices directly and get the resolution directly from them, just to be completely sure before I moved forward. I called the court offices, they told me that my speeding charge had been pled down to disobeying a sign, not the charge that X Copper had repeatedly, and confirmed in official documents, told me that I had been charged with. I called X Copper, they did not seem to care less about this huge and unprofessional mix up, in fact the rep I got on the phone basically blew me off again and told me that her coworker handling my case was on lunch and would call me back. Eventually I got a new email from X Copper updating the resolution after I fixed it for them, and spent hours researching and contacting other lawyers to work it out. To make matters worse when speaking with my mom about this later, she informed me that she recently also got a speeding ticket, fought it herself and had the exact same reduction in charge and resolution, only she had her fine lowered even more so than mine. Basically X Copper was absolutely useless and had I fought it myself I would have saved their $400 fee and had my fine lowered even more. In Summary only use XCopper if you’re looking for a completely unprofessional and useless law firm, in fact they will cause you much more grief, work and panic than you would have had before.

The Crown was unable to prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt, thanks to Newmarket X-Copper and accordingly, the charge was withdrawn. The whole process was easy and cost effective. Thank you Andrea!
