I spoke with Marchello as my X-Copper Representative and I had a negative mental health situation as part of my issue with the speeding ticket that I got a year ago. Marchello made me feel safe, like I was a priority, that I was important, and constantly provided me with reassurance that things would be okay. He told me that he “had my back”. A year later, his co worker, Stephanie went to court to fight my ticket for me. My anxiety was through the roof the whole week beforehand. I called Marchello the day before my court date, to ask him if everything was set and ready to go, and he reassured me that everything was ready, and that Stephanie would contact me within 24 hours of the court showing. Then, 30 minutes after my court date time (10: 30am), stephanie called me to tell me that the ticket was dropped. Then I went silent in shock and she respected my emotional response. She laughed with me in happiness as a result of my ticket being dropped. I am beyond happy with the work that Marchello and Stephanie have done for me, and it was a great price. Worth every penny. Took the time to listen to my side of the story gave fantastic advice that ended up getting me out of a ticket. Very easy to get a hold of when needed and listened as I panicked. Would recommend over and over again.

I was under a lot of stress because of the cop's ineffective ticket. I made contact with XCOPPER! And they were incredible! Tina stated that their goal is to avoid having any demerit points, but that they did their job on my court date, and the crown didn't agree with the cop, therefore the ticket was annulled. I was worried about my first ever speeding ticket impacting my driving record considering it was received during the height of Covid. As time went by, I waited for the date to contest it. I didn’t feel comfortable taking the task on by myself and I decided to contact the Barrie office to get it resolved. It was super short notice but I had a lot on my plate at home and they gave me enough time to make the decision with all the necessary facts (what if’s). They had the trial date reset and had it withdrawn a month later. Money well spent in my opinion as I got my G licence just the week prior. I couldn’t be happier. We unfortunately yet fortunately had to aquire X-Copper services. The X-Copper in Barrie provided excellent service. They always kept us informed, responded promptly to emails, and fought diligently to provide us with optimal outcomes. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about X-Copper. I had quite an extensive list of tickets I got within the span of two months. So far, both have been dismissed even though they were both quite serious offences. I have a few left, but they broke down the potential scenarios for how to proceed, and this assured me that even the worst case possibility was going to be OK. Not too expensive, but the service is on point. Everyone was extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. If you have any traffic and / or criminal charges, I recommend X-Copper.

I filled out an online form to get some information before deciding whether or not I needed their representation. I explained everything and ask 2 questions in that form. I got a call from someone named Chantal; not sure what Barrie location she is from. She proceeded to tell me how the court process works and I let her know that I had already been once, so I understand how it works. I let her know that I just needed a couple questions answered before I decide which way to go. I wanted to know what evidence they would use appart from the disclosure and she answered it. I then asked another question and she said she cannot answer it without the evidence. I told her what the disclosure said and she told me I would have to pay them $400 to hire them before they would look at it and give me further info. I understand that it's a business, so I just ran a scenario by her and she then got rude and said "I'm assuming you don't fight traffic tickets for a living". She told me it's likely it may only get pled down to a lesser charge, with points, and that the $400 comes with no guarantees. I said that I already went and they already offered that, but that that's why I'm calling, to look into the evidence process, requests and options. She then reiterated that I have to pay or they won't help. I then started to say "okay then, thanks have a good one" and she literally hung up on me as soon as I got to "okay then, tha". She never said anything, not thanks, not good buy, nothing; just hung up on me while I was talking. Well she definitely made my decision about whether I'm going to hire X-Copper easy; not now and not ever. I'm going to tell everyone I can about the complete waste of time that is X-COPPER and how unprofessional they are.

On the charge of Speeding 79/50 x copper won my case. There is no fine, no reduction of demerit points. Extremely happy to have chosen this branch.
