These guys are Amazing, I got unfair speed ticket on a street that has constructions going on and in the middle of the traffic I was pulled by a police car they gave me unfair speed ticket and another ticket was hidden inside my document that I failed to provide my insurance paper, Xcopper guys were amazing, none of these tickets was approved and both were dropped.

I’ve had several speeding tickets over the years, and X-copper has fought each one and always gives me the results I want (withdrawn) they are without a reasonable doubt the best! Hands down! Thank you!

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my recent experience dealing with X-Copper.

In the past 20+ years that I've been driving, I've only ever needed their service 3 or 4 times in total, but in each of those events - the results have always been the same. All charges dropped. No demerit points given.

The initial cost of acquiring any sort of legal service may be a bit off-putting to some, but I guarentee you they're a lot cheaper then the overall long term cost to you, due to higher insurance premiums if points are added to your record. These points may end up costing you many thousands of dollars a year higher then what you're currently paying now. It's not worth the risk.

Pay a couple hundred now, for a good traffic ticket lawyer or pay thousands of dollars more every year from here on out - due to higher insurance costs. Your choice.

I've had the best results with the services of X-copper and they're the only ones I deal with and recommend to others.

Incompetent and unprofessional staff. Heather was very rude, paid 450 dollar but they couldn't do anything except reducing fine, I got hand held device ticket without touching the cellphone a single time, I was driving my car using pro pilot assistance and the cop thought I was texting as he couldn’t see my hands on steering, long story short, x copper couldn’t do anything except reducing the fine, which can be done even without a lawyer, when I told Heather that my expectation was that with the help of them I would easily get rid of the ticket as I was innocent. She got rude and asked why I expected this. Seriously! I paid 450 dollar without any expectation to get rid of it! Rude if you have any questions. So don’t waste your money! After taking money they will not do anything

If I could give Nathan 7 out of 5 i would. I was charged with careless driving and 6 demerit points and I was afraid that my driver's license could get suspended so I did my research, looking for a good paralegal service and I found X copper and they charged me a reasonable amount of money. So I paid them and I trusted them. Two months later, Nathan sent me an email saying that my case was dismissed because the officer didnt have enough evidence. Thank you so much Nathan for your A1 service. I would highly recommend the Toronto East location!

I dealt with Heather at x-copper for just over two years to fight a ticket. They were great and worked with me over that period of time without additional charges. They were very responsive. I don’t plan on using them again as I don’t plan on getting another ticket. But if I did. I would have them on speed dial.

Not satisfied with my X-Copper experience. Before they had earned my business, the team seemed eager to help and incredibly optimistic about the outcome of fighting my first ever speeding ticket. I received a consultation package outlining the 5 options (in order of preference) that the team would be working towards, in addition to the lump sum fee of $400 (pre tax). As soon as I had paid for the services, the outlook seemed to change and the outcome was no longer as promising. Over a year later, I received an updated retainer that I was asked to sign. The updated retainer detailed new options, although the 5 options that were on my original consultation package were no longer available. In short, when I first retained X Copper it seemed likely that the ticket could be dropped, and worst case scenario 3 out of 4 demerit points would be dropped. While I am grateful that the ticket price decreased by about $100 and 1 demerit was dropped, this is nowhere near what was discussed when I had first hired X-Copper. The fee of $400 was determined based on the initial 5 options, and none of these were made available to me. Instead, I paid the same $400 fee for options of lesser value to me. I am disappointed in the lack of communication throughout the file in addition to the false sense of confidence that was given to earn my business.

I retained X-Copper to provide my defence for a left turn move I made which was prohibited but the prohibition sign was not located where I would have expected to look.
Due to Covid, the hearing only occurred after approximately 15 months.
X-Copper Represented me fully and I had no additional requirements to provide and did not attend the hearing. I was found fully not guilty. I highly recommend X-Copper, have used them prior and will use them again as I may need.

Over a year ago I had 2 minor tickets that were going to cost me close to $500 and 6 demerit points. I had failed to see a sign that said no right turn (it was dark and rainy and there was a tree), and I didn't come to a full stop at a stop sign. I contacted X-copper and they responded the same day and took over my case. They were very detailed about the process and what to expect. Due to Covid there were several delays with my court date, which they kept me informed of. Recently they went to court on my behalf and were successful in reducing the charges to a min cost and no demerit points. Best money spent ever. I have nothing but positive things to say and recommend them to fight on your behalf.

In May of 2019, i got a careless driving ticket, a ticket which I couldn't afford for more reasons than one. HORRIBLE experience! Corporate culture! Dealt with Sabrina from Markham, ON. Who was super receptive and friendly at first (before payment) but she is just a customer service agent who ensured me they'd do their best. Along the process, she did not communicate as per our agreement on what the lawyers thought about the evidence making me feel a little uneasy about the result and questioning their preparation. I have had friends show up to court in Owen sound and have points dropped. In this case I basically am paying more for my ticket with same points + $450 in legal fees!

Talk about a scam, this is one you don't want to trust! CAREFUL OF THE 4.4 STAR AVERAGE REVIEW.

Heather got my charges dropped through the process, so I didn't end up with any demerits or fines. I have a full-time job downtown and my 2 tickets would have required me to be at court in Markham. Considering the fact that the court date ended up being pushed 3 times, I am so glad Heather & her team were able to address the tickets for me. Office employees were polite but the deal negotiated in court was poor (the smallest possible deduction from the charge I was facing)

I had a speeding ticket for going 132/100 on the 401 with 4 demerit points, I paid them over $450 and all they did was reduce it so that I STILL get 3 demerit points and a $115 fine. It would have cost me less to just pay the original ticket. Waste of money.

I had 2 tickets, both were quite large fines and one of them had points also.
Jenna was able to get one of them dismissed completely and the 2nd one was reduced to $80.00 and NO points. Through-out the process Jenna kept me informed at every step and I am very happy with the outcome.
