One of their employees in an XCopper car with 2 children tried to run my family and I off the road in Oshawa

They were speeding and driving wildly almost hitting people in the process.right on my bumper and trying to force other cars out of the way.

Absolutely out of control and should not be behind the wheel of any vehicle, let alone a company vehicle with children.

Contacted this location for a legal issue in Quebec, so they stated I had to contact the Ottawa location but they could forward my information. The woman at the front just wrote down my name and email on a sticky note and said she would pass on the message. After a week and a half I contacted the Ottawa location myself to find that they had received NOTHING from this branch so I had to send all the forms myself. Very stressful and lengthy process. Prior to all of that I tried contacting them via the free quote option on their website and twice and never heard back.

Helped me out a lot. “Marcello Morra” who represented my case was very understanding of the situation and represented the circumstances well, which lead the charges being dropped. Couldn’t have asked for a better result. Highly recommend.

i would say the employs are friendly, listen your side what when where and how you got in the situation and after analyzing all the aspects of the case they proceed with it.i haven't did anything neither attended the court date nor their office.they managed to do everything professionally and helped me to dismissed my case completely.

I emailed MULTIPLE PEOPLE with the same question and never even got a reply back. Of course once you first contact them they are courteous and polite. Once you pay them, good luck getting ANY HELP AT ALL! VERY RUDE TO OUTRIGHT IGNORE YOUR PAYING CLIENTS' EMAILS, X-COPPER!

The guy was a total joke, spent more time talking about where he lives and how the neighborhood is rather than about the ticket I came to him with lol.would not use unless you want to throw your money away. Hire a real professional lawyer or paralegal.
