I had booked appt online for my ultrasound. I reached there on time. There was no waiting. I was told to go to the room as soon as i reached there. The technician who helped me for ultrasound made me feel very comfortable. She talked with me in a very friendly manner which generally i haven't experienced. Overall very good experience.

They say for X ray no appointment but they refuse you at 12 noon saying they have a long queue waiting. They should inform that when you call them. Wasted my time. Have to search for another imaging centre

Supposed to be open but when you get there sign on door says no xrays available. However they don't answer their phone so I couldn't even check. Annoying!

Our experience has always been very positive. Every time my family has come for services here we have had fast efficient service. The staff has always been very courteous and helpful too. I would highly recommend!

We did both our dating ultrasound and our NT scan here, out NT scan (performed by initials AT) was so awesome and it was the first time I've had a scan where they shared the screen with me during the whole exam (this was my 3rd Ultrasound) and told us in detail what we were looking at. She was very kind and we were so grateful for such a nice experience!

We came here because when we had gone to the one in Newmarket for our first dating scan (and first ever ultrasound) we had an absolutely awful tech, she actually didn't include her initials on our performed by test, but reading some of the reviews on here it makes me wonder if the two clinics share techs! Because she was as awful as some of the other reviews describe.

I have been to this xray assoc several times. My experience has always been good. My appts were on time, receptionists were friendly and helpful. No complaints whatsoever.

Owful service. I called them for chest x ray they told It is walking when I came there on saturaday and waited for 2 hours they told us their technician won't come

Waited more than 1 hour with an 8 year old waiting for an xray. Receptionists didnt bother to tell us the technician is going on lunch break. Could have grabbed lunch too instead of waiting. No apology. They placed our requisition in a pile and it didn’t double check. Had to follow up 2x, when i notice the people that checked in after us have gone and left and the receptionist are just chitchatting then i went and asked again! Then they didnt even put us in the system! After 1.5 hours of waiting… such incompetence! They are getting paid by the Ministry. Where do they get their receptionist on the streets? Even if they are not trained professionals atleast simp’e putting the names on a list is basic, even an 8 year old can do that.i dont care if you waste your own time! Specially when my 8 year old is waiting with me. But do not waste my time! Dont come here! Go to Oak ridges instead. Or the in Newmarket.

It’s completely unreasonable that after 2 years of pandemic that this organization has failed to adapt their policies to allow someone to accompany a client into their clinics. Management at this organization has failed to maintain the level of service that many other healthcare services have been able to uphold through the pandemic.

I booked three weeks in advance for a shoulder ultrasound. Then, three weeks later when they finally looked at my requisition, they said they don't do that "type" of shoulder ultrasounds (rotator cuff ultrasound). Wasted three weeks of waiting and now I have to re-book somewhere else because they didn't think to inquire about the specifics at time of booking.

I’m a first time mom and had three ultrasounds at this location. The front administrative staff is friendly and welcoming. My recent visit was for an anatomy ultrasound which took about 45 mins to complete. I understand that the techs can’t tell you what they see like they do in the U. S but what upset me was he would not even show me a full view of my son on the screen when they examination was over. Not even a video of his beating heart. All he showed me was his feet and spine and they don’t give you a print-out of the pictures like other places do. They want you to spend $5: 00 to obtain them online a week later. I left feeling like something may have been wrong with my baby. It was so disheartening especially as a first time mother being treated like a number. I will go to another place next time.

I was there yesterday for the first time to do an ultrasound, the lady had attitude and was so rude and impatient! 30 minutes was done in 10 minutes: (

My dad had rude service from their ultrasound tech. We submitted complaint to their manager. And it turned out the tech person is not only an irascible man but also a liar.: (

They are lazy to do the job. I was there on Sunday, nobody was in front desk, after 5 minutes she came and not do the job. Almost 10 minutes to close time, they did not accept to do my X-ray.
Unfortunately, this location is the only centre open on Sunday.

I’m 5 months pregnant. Went in for my anatomy ultrasound and the technician was horribly rude. She basically yelled at me for asking a simple question and called me “one of those worried mothers”. I almost cried in the room and I had to hold it together for the remainder of the 40 minute appointment. In the future, I will drive the 20 minutes to the oak ridges clinic.

Got in at 750 am and surprised they were already staffed and ready.
Great clinic and amazing staff.
Only problem is they were too fast and I got to my next appt way too early.

I visited this location on Saturday November 2 to get a chest xray for my 3 year old, apon my arrival, there was a sign on the door stating the x ray machine was out of order. I went inside just to verify. The receptionist very kindly explained that and suggested I visit their Bathurst and Major Mac location or i call on Sunday morning to see if the machine is up and running. Ok, No problem! I decided to call sunday morning, at 9: 28am to be exact, spoke to "someone" who said "come on by, the machine is working! " I asked if I needed an appointment at which she kindly responded with "no".
Thought to myself great, let's get this x ray done. Well, we went back to this location (we live east of newmarket so a 30 min drive for us) to once again find out the x ray machine is not in service I once again spoke to the receptionist and told
her I spoke to someone this morning at which she responded with "you didnt speak to me" ok.so who did I call then? ! I showed her the phone number I called which she verified at which she once again suggested their bathhurst and major mac location.
Anyhow, all I can say, it was a waste of time for myself and my 3 year old.

Reception is always helpful and professional. Technicians are fantastic. Exactly what you'd expect but also kind and patient. Highly recommend.

Doctor wanted me to get a chest x-ray due to a nasty cough I've had 5 weeks from a cold/flu. This X-Ray Associates is around the corner from work. I called the number listed and the automated answering service picjed up and said no appointment necessary for x-rays. Stopped by during lunch and in less than 10 mins I was getting x-rayed and was finished in 5 mins. The receptionist and technician was both incredibly nice and professional. Highly recommend for x-rays.

I had apprehension visiting this location due to the poor reviews. However after visiting I can only give it nothing but glowing reviews we had Gedi perform my US and I have nothing bad to say, he was kind patient and a good technician.

I think people go into an ultrasound assuming the technician is going to chat with them while they are working. This is not the case the technician has to stay focused to ensure they get the correct photos so your doctor can make an assessment. So just because they are not chit chatting doesn’t mean that they are rude it means they are doing their job.

I gave four stars just because I don’t agree in having to pay for a picture but for $5 it’s not a big deal.

Very impressed. There for an walk-in x-ray, no appointments needed. Some observations -

1.upon arriving, was informed of how many people are ahead of me and the approximate wait time
2. While waiting, two receptionists there to handle volume - polite and competent both in-person and over the phone;
3.approximate wait time was accurate
4. The x-ray took 5 minutes - short and sweet.

Overall, great service!

The only issue I had was with the online booking requested a Saturday was given a Monday, changed pretty quickly. The staff I dealt with were friendly and the speed of service was amazing
