The ultrasound tech Bona Raoofi is very friendly and efficient. I'll definitely go back again if needed.

12 week ultrasound Oct 18. Had a female tech. Compare to other ultrasound tech I have experienced during this pregnancy (had to do a few due to some issue) she is as expected from a busy public location. Neither super friendly nor rude. It's out first baby after a miscarriage we were looking forward to 12 weeks ultrasound, asked if husband can come in to take photos and videos. Was expecting from other people's experience with their 12 weeks we can take a lot of photos and videos. She was quite cold and only did 1 screenshot and that was it. Didn't allow my husband to do more. During the ultrasound it seems the baby was in a difficult position to view and we had to use the washroom and hope the baby turns. Eventually it did, and I was hoping to see more. I wasn't upset in the moment. But after coming home these two days and I kept seeing people 12 weeks ultrasound with many videos and photos. I realised we just had a not-so-great experience and will not get to experience this till hopefully 19/20week ultrasound. Hope the tech can remember for the patient sometimes it's their first time and they are all excited, so to remember to be kind. They may do it everyday, but for us patients it's a rare occasion and should be a happy and memorable one.

I’m 25 weeks pregnant and prefers this location for ultrasound but this morning (14 October at 1: 15) I had ultrasound appointment and they had two ultrasound technicians one is male and other female. Female technician was so rude and during the process she said she not supposed to be here today and why they keep sending patients to her.
She didn’t even show us our baby properly and finish the process super fast. She was extremely rude. This should be precious moment for me and husband but she spoiled it with her rudeness and unprofessional behaviour.

I went to the X-ray associates for the first time, for an abdominal U/S. The staff at the front desk was kind; they made eye contact and smiled! They booked me for the next day. When I came for my appointment, it was the same experience, and I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes.
The U/S was done by Bana. Well, where do I start? She was kind and patient, very experienced, and spoke in a clear and soft voice. I felt so comfortable with her.
Bana, your professionalism, experience and kind care are very appreciated. We need more people like you in the healthcare system. Thank you!

I always go to this location for my ultrasounds. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! The receptionists and technicians working there are so friendly and working hard for the patients. Fast and efficient service. Highly recommend this place to everyone! Thank you so much for your support

Very fast and efficient for x-rays which are walk in. Went around 8: 30am on a Tuesday and was in and out within 20 minutes! Results were also very quickly delivered.

I have nothing but great things to say about X-Ray Associates located in Upper Thornhill Centre. Marlene is the sweetest individual and she definitely gives a warm, comforting welcome every time I visit. Both Vicki and Larissa are great ultrasound technicians. They are both attentive, quick and super efficient. They walk you through the service and they ensure you are comfortable with every step they take. Highly recommend this clinic for all your ultrasound and x-ray needs.

This place still requires masks! Are you insane? It's May 2023, it's over! And I bet all of you are triple vaccinated. Don't you believe in vaccines which should protect you?

Very efficient and convenient lab for ultrasound. Booking appointments is easy and quick, never have to wait when I arrive for my appointments. Been here 5+ times during two pregnancies and Techs have all been friendly, compassionate and helpful. Very convenient and nice to see all ultrasound images online through the portal, highly recommend!

My wife went for the 33rd week ultrasound. I must say very friendly staff. Bana Raoofi was the one who did the ultrasound. She was above expectations. She helped us understand the whole process. Amazing!

Took my mother here for an urgent xray at 4: 10pm. I was told no radiologist was available after 4pm and the results were guaranteed to be sent by next day at 4: 10pm and not earlier. I explained to the receptionist that the xray was urgent, she took the requisition to the backroom for few seconds, came back and said "as we have expressed the results will be available by this time tomorrow".

What saddens me is that, they could see I was desperate to get the results evaluated immediately but didnt seem to care.

Took my mom to another xray location in King city and less than two hours later, the results were at the physician's office.
