Beware owner operators
Not good company for owner operators
To many deductions, please avoid working with them. They will rip you off with deductions and rip you off in load percentage. I can see lot of unexplained deductions on my pay statements.

I knew Xan Sysyem over 10 years. I have been working with them for long time. I am a reefer mechanic and I maintain the repair their reefer units. They keep the equipment in a good shape and have a very good maintenance records. It never makes short cut to fix units. Also they pay in time and no over due payment. They do respect our mechanic jobs very much and flow the repair procedures. Xan system is a good customer for me with work with. Let’s keep going forward and moving further to be successful.

O/P making almost the same money as company drivers in other trans.companies per year. (come to the yard and talk to comp.drivers or O/P: s before signing % package)

I work for Xan since 2015. A very good company. No force dispatch, easy work with big money. Believe it or not, I did 1 million gross with these guys already, always pay on time, 100% satisfaction. Xan Systems is the top 3% trucking company in the market.

Currently watching a gold freightliner cascadia driving in the far left lane (no trucks) from cambridge 401 EB currently all the way at 6 north and this clueless trucker is still out in the left lane with his high beams on. True professional you hired here the guy cant even understand what no trucks left lane means. 11 19 19 1130am

The company positions itself as reefer carrier on Midwest and West Coast runs. We agreed to work together even we knew that you live in Nova Scotia and it is not where we usually get loads. You agreed to drive empty miles from your home to our loading locations. Unfortunately, it reduced the profit and you left the company shortly after. We have been working with drivers that have started with us 15 years ago. Company has open door policy and we work hard to accommodate driver's needs. MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH XAN WAS NOT GOOD! I would not recommend working for them. I was there about 2 months. I sighned on for the % package. They told me I would average $3 per mile. My actual average was about$1.60.big difference. When I left they owed me close to $10g.somehow my pay statement said that I owed them just over $1700. If you enjoy working for nothing.go there.otherwise I suggest that you stay far away from XAN SYSTEMS!
