I was there to buy a bed but guy name tony is so rude to me so if u are rude to customers anybody don’t buy anything from there I was there check ur cameras and also I am a customer that day not a old employee that’s very upsetting

I purchased a beautiful table that I fell in love with instantly. I purchased this table that was manufactured by Xcella. I had just purchased my 1st house and I wanted my home to reflect my character and upon seeing this table it did just that. This table was just so beautiful. The legs of the table screamed elegance and grace. Whenever people came to visit my home I would always get compliments about my table and how It was so nicely decorated. Due to the table being so elegant, my husband and I never ate at the table. Sadly enough my beautiful table exploded during the night while my husband and I were sleeping. We were awaken by a loud bang. I was in totally disbelief and couldn’t understand what I was seeing and what caused this to happen. After, hours of cleaning up glass that consumed my living area, dining area and kitchen. The following day I I immediately contacted the store of purchase and sent sent videos. I also contacted Xcella and unfortunately, the customer service was horrible to say the least. The women I spoke to was very rude and when I attempted to explain to her what occurred, she abruptly interjected and stated “ listen it’s not my job to know what happened. I take names and numbers and someone will contact you back. ” Unfortunately, i have yet to receive any calls. After, saving up for my 1st house and turning my house into a home, I feel taken advantage, abused and used. I would think after something so horrific as this, someone would contact me back to say something. I could have been hurt by the damage caused. My hopes is that a return call from someone in management to rectify the situation. Sincerely a very disappointed and distressed client

We had an amazing experience shopping at Xcella, the Bibi at order desk was so patient and helpful, help me change my order over and over and over again…At delivery, the driver Tashar was so polite and professional, he carefully helped us unloading all the packages, and placed them where we wanted them in our garage, we wanted to pay him something for his service, but he refused. We love this company and the customer service, and recommend to everyone who is interested at furniture shopping

I talk with Bibi from customer's service she is ubsulutly amazing.she is very helpful, knowledgeable, caring with outstanding customer service. She always gets back to me fast when I need anything. Thanks you for being such a delightful person to work with
