Be very careful before you sign with Xerox. They used to be reliable and if you had an issue you could get help. They started outsourcing everything and FOUR HOUR TURN AROUND TIME become FOUR WEEKS. Four machines and none of them work. Horrible horrible horrible horrible service.

We have been trying to get a copier for 10 days now.and cannot find anyone to help.it is very frustrating. Anyone wanting their service should not have to jump through all these hoops. XEROX third party suppliers need to know this. 10 days? Ridiculous

I don't think I come across a more inept and inefficient technical support service. It's as if they are trying to be the worst and most inefficient. Never ending tickets, new ticket numbers, new reference numbers, and then when you're transferred there is no reference or ticket created. Bizarre and highly incompetent at every level.

Not a good customer service! I tried to order new toners and more and was hang up on 7 times by 3 different people! It says that the calls "are recorded" but if everything was recorded, how are the managers or management not taking care of their service! Even if the phone was cut off, they have the number to call back! I would like to say a huge "Thank You" to Mae who finally helped me till the end.

If I could give a zero star, I would. Their customer service team is absolutely terrible. It's taken 4 weeks to arrange a lease reassignment and organize a time and date to relocate the machine, and it still hasn't been completed.

I had an uncle that works/worked at this place, he told me they used to sell people (businesses) printers, paper, etc.that they couldn't even afford, and that the revenues for the business would never be able to cover, putting people out of business.everyday. Wow.

Worst customer service ever. All I wanted was a toner refill and I had account number. Was transferred 6 TIMES and then the last person just connected without saying anything. When I finally asked Hello? They seemed to not know how phones work, asked what I needed, then without warning put me back on an indefinite hold for 45 minutes until another random person got on and said they would transfer me to billing. When I asked "I just spoke to billing and they transferred me to you, this is my 7th transfer", they said "Oh" and then hung up on me. HOW HARD IS IT TO GET TONER THAT I ALREADY PAY FOR?

Ill be cancelling all of our contracts if I cant even get a toner cartridge. You would think that a B2B company would care about customer service, and getting TONER from a PRINTING COMPANY would be pretty streamlined now.

I will be cancelling these contracts Xerox, you have caused our business damages as we are unable to use our printers as promised even though we pay a subscription.

Great organisation to work with. If you want a business partner for Digital transformation. Xerox is top magic cadran at Gartner and I understand why with the experience received within my organization.

I have made repeated efforts to obtain the contact person for a formal compliant and have been unsuccessful this far. My experience has been unbelievably horrifc and has caused me much grief. If anyone has the information that I require please advise. I am posting one star only because it won't let me move ahead with out hitting one.

We are a local print & business centre with multiple franchises in Canada, US, and worldwide. Our franchise store has been a Xerox customer for over 10 years, and customer service has been deteriorated every year. Staff changes and turnover is frequent and with no follow ups on how your machines are working until the contract comes up and then they want you to sign another lease for a larger capacity machine that you do not need just to get their commission. Our lease came up and our monthly direct withdrawals stopped, so I made an inquiry as I kept getting demand emails from Nayan Parekh (Xerox Collections), and finally got a hold of Michael Sjonnesen (Account Manager). Xerox through these two representatives messed up our relationship, and I do not recommend working with this company. I wanted to buyout the remaining value of my C60 Printer, but the way the information was presented, it is not worth it. I'm deeply disappointed in the company and it goes through restructuring and takeover activity in these COVID 19 times.

Worst experience with the Credit Manager, who is unable to make proper decision, her staff puts company's business on hold. Mr. Quericshi, did not get up from his chair in April, 2020 to send me a note via email to advise me that my Invoice was past due.but he advised my sales manager that my account was suspended because I did not pay my invoice from march/2020, that is how lazy he is. When people start working from home, it seems that they don't really care. I advised this to the so called Credit manager, that is not my fault and i have been paying my invoices on time, this invoice never made it to my office when the Covid started March 15th, 2020, your staff should have sent me an email to remind me of the past due invoice. I sent another email to the credit manager, NO RESPONSE. That is how good she is. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. After dealing with Xerox for 25years this is what we get. HOLD MY BUSINESS.

The Sales Manager wants to upgrade my Machine. Very Sad.

Xerox printer is unbelievable hard to work with.
First, they have so many different drivers. The first one on their website is normally not the right one; but the funny thing is, you can still install it, and some of functions would still work. I spent so much on figure out why certain functions were not work; and at the end I have to call as no other choice. I was on the phone for like 2 hours, and they told me to scroll down all the way to the bottom and install an unobvious driver.gosh I was shocked. Why would they make it so complicated?
Second, there are so many settings, and for some reason, not many of them are automatic. When you print, you have to choose, the right size, the right type, and the right color of paper, or it won't work! Isnt that crazy? And there are so many options! It is just driving me nuts.
Thirdly, they try to charge you everytime through the phone you have a problem after warranty.isn't that crazy? And they are not guaranteed to solve the problem. Most of the time, the machine is fine, but becasue of the setting, it is not working; and Maybe that's why they make the machine so complicated on purpose?

And there are so much more to complain. I don't even remember. If you are not a commercial printing company, just try to avoid this brand, and choose some other simplier brand to work with, in order to save yourself from a heart stroke. Maybe HP would be a good choice, even tho their toner is expensive, but at lease they really work everytime you need it!

Completely horrified at the service of the customer relations specialist i spoke to in the billing department. She was extremely rude and i got no help. Our company has a printer on contract and we are stuck on knowing how to move forward. Do better

I have a Printing Shop (Print Three Guelph) and happy with Xerox, I have red other comments, looks Xerox is not that good at the consumer level and smaller printers but they are good at the heavy lifting and biz to biz.

I was around 45 minutes on call, to put service call order, they passed me to each other or the other section, they mad me crazy.

Never lease from Xerox. They charge over $600 to pick up your machine at the end of the lease. 2 guys come in with masking tape and roll it away. That's it. Always ask them what the pick up charge before you lease. It cost them less then $60 to pick up. Absolutely useless customer relations department.

Xerox all-in-one printer 6015. Once the ink runs low the entire unit is USELESS! By default it locks out the user entirely. Will not allow even fax or scan. Support says the reason is that without ink it cannot print the confirmation reports. The REAL reason is they are forcing you to buy ink at $95-$120 PER CARTRIDGE or otherwise your entire unit is a boat anchor. Our office is now unable to scan or fax. We have cancelled our toner order and are buying a Brother all-in-one. Forget Xerox. Never again!
