Can’t rate much lower, such a toxic restaurant. Came far away for their lunch promotion, was told they don’t have it until Jan. 8th because now is during the holiday. But today is Friday. And waiting time is extremely longer than normal, the girls working here will ignore you even you wave at them. And when I wanna do checkout, they asked me if I am from Xinjiang, any relevance to discount if I am your homeboy? The food here looks okay but tastes cold, but that noodle is not a cold dish in any area
Food is great, lots of options, service could be quicker but wait staff is busy and doing their best, also didn’t have to wait long for items to arrive. Grilled items, particularly the lamb skewers were very good.
Best Halal spot for Authentic Chinese food. We ordered lamb celery dumplings, stir fried rice noodles and crispy beef. Everything was done to perfection. Staff was extremely courteous. Food came quick and was piping hot and freshly made. Can't believe they are not touching a 5 star already. Highly recommended.
We enjoy the thick noodles, and the lamb skewers here. Rice in wood container (木桶飯)is steamy hot, we enjoyed it as well. Food in general tastes good but we found most of the dishes taste the same because they use pretty much the same spice and the same cooking style on each dish.
Good Halal Food. We went for the patio and it was a good experience.
We went there again on Sep 2023 and their food is good as always. We ordered hot & sour soup, egg fried rice and lamb with green onion. All food tastes good. This time no patio was there, so ate inside the restaurant.
Went this weekday for a quick lunch, ordered lamb meat with eggplant in bucket and beef stew noodle. Beef stew noddle is very salty, the flavor is lame and all you can taste is salty. We only eat quarter of it. Lamb eggplant taste better than beef noddle, the dish portion is very small, it is spread on top of the bucket of rice, as a female, it was okay portion but would not for a regular. Taste is mediocre, meat is not tender and pieces are not fitted down properly. Leaving a lot meat not eatable. The dishes costs 14 each before tax and tips. The time I went is just 12pm business is not busy, but service is very lag even according to Chinese restaurant standards in this area…
The Xinjiang-style Big Plate Chicken is very delicious and the portion is enough for 2-3 people. Highly recommend their lamb skewers, which are very authentic and tasty. If you’re looking for a restaurant with Xinjiang flavors, I highly recommend this one
If you are looking for the best spicy lamb kabobs look no further, this restaurant has been the go to for all my outings. The service is amazing and the food is even better. 10/10
This has been our goto place for a few years now. The service is great, and the variety of dishes is delicious. I would recommend paying for the VIP card if you go with a bigger group. The VIP discounts are worth the price of membership.
We had meal at this restaurant a few years ago and it was decent. This time it was an awful experience. We ordered 4 dishes, all of them were super oily and we can't eat anymore half way through, the lamb soup was not lamb soup at all it didn't taste any lamb flavor. The BBQ lamb rib was tough like rubber. We paid 140$ (August 2023), which is nearly double the price we had at a nearby restaurant also a lamb specialty which was really good taste. And I have to pack up left over foods by myself, never did that before by the way. We don't mind the high price as long as it taste good. I would honest pay 60$ for this 4 dishes meal.
Still as good as I remmeber it to be. Re-visited after several years and food is bang-on. They've remodeled the interior from the last time I remember. Service is fast and they don't pressure you to leave. We easily sat there for 2+ hours. It's easy to get carried away and order a lot of food. The price adds up quickly so be careful. We got lamb skewers, beef skewers, hot buns on skewers, fried tofu skewer, cabbage, onion pancake beef roll, some spicy noodle with beef (forgot the name), and a pitcher of beer. Food was fantastic. Beef skewers were a bit on the chewy side. The noodles were the star of the evening. The beer pitcher tasted like light beer.
Came in with high hopes but was quickly dashed by a somewhat stale fish and mutton soup. Fries chilli cabbage was good though. Generally a bit disappointed
The restaurant's products are very authentic, and their hand-caught sheep is recommended. The ingredients are fresh. Only the restaurant has a problem with sound insulation, making it very noisy.
We loved the noodles and fried crispy beef. Tasted pretty good. For the price quantity was okay, but could've been better. Great place for family dine in. Its all halal too. We would come again to try other items. 4.5/5
Overpriced and no taste. Ordered lamb shishes and all fat, no meat! And chicken feet $35? Unbelievable. Spent $200 for few dishes that didn’t even meet our expectations.
The taste is good, the portion is enough, and the food is served quickly. On weekday nights, the wait for a table doesn't have to be too long. Will come again for dinner.
Membership is $20 cash. Dinner for 2-3 people basically saves $10 per visit so it should pay off after 2 dinner visits. Pretty good food, but not the best North West Chinese Uyghur food in the GTA. Meat quality varies but is not excellent. $19 noodles with chicken had very little chicken. Friendly service.
Ordered Xin Jiang Bone in chicken with noodle, Xinjiang crispy beef, bbq lamb skewers, steamed lamb dumplings and Yangchow fried rice. Our faves were the chicken and beef. Amazing! Especially the chicken. My family visiting from Trinidad really appreciated that the food was really flavourful. That's a big compliment!
I was visiting Toronto and searched place for halal food. I went there and saw alcohol is being served there. Anyhow, I asked if I can place an order for take out and the server couldn't communicate in English. He asked a lady to help me out and she was very rude. I left the restaurant without ordering anything.
Great Chinese BBQ food Nice environment Tasty food and lots of choices Members have discounts Short waiting time for the food Can choose how spicy you like Lots of parking in front of the restaurant Will return for next time $85/2 includes tax Couldn’t finish all the food
It's just so-so, it can be eaten, but how delicious it is really can't be said! Last time I went to order a Kung Pao Chicken and brought it up. It's really the same as fried chicken in sauce. It tastes like fried chicken in sauce, okay? The kebabs are okay!
