Xing Fu Tang 幸福堂

Perhaps I've been living under a rock. But I didn't know bubble tea places served soft serve ice cream. So when I came here and realized this was indeed a thing, I tried their brown sugar pearls with milk tea soft serve and I was blown away. The soft serve actually has really great milk tea taste and it matches really well with the sweetness of their brown sugar pearls. Definitely my favorite.

And if milk tea isn't your thing, their original soft serve with strawberry pearls is just as amazing. Vanilla soft serve, strawberry pearls, real strawberry and topped with strawberry syrup.

Great environment, very clean store and they have a very cool hot wheels display near the fortune box. Ordered their signature brown sugar pearl fresh milk, to be honest I meant to order their brown sugar pearl milk tea. But no harm no foul, that's my own fault for mis-reading, english is my second language after all. Anyways, I would definitely get it again. Warm, bouncy and sweet brown sugar pearls, quality milk, and the cheese foam on top with torched brown sugar is delicious.

This place takes pride in their clean atmosphere and quality in drinks. Drinks are on the higher end in price and worth it in taste!

I have been a fan of xing fu tang ever since I tried their brown sugar boba milk tea in Taiwan. It was the best drink I ever had, with the perfect balance of sweetness, creaminess, and chewiness. So when I heard that they opened a branch in Mississauga, I was very excited to try it out.

I went to the golden square centre on central parkway, where xing fu tang is located. It was not easy to find, as it is tucked away in a corner of the plaza. But I was glad that I did, because the place was cozy and inviting, with a friendly staff and a nice aroma of brown sugar.

I ordered the same drink that I had in Taiwan, and waited for about 10 minutes. The staff told me that they make their own boba pearls from scratch, and cook them in brown sugar syrup every day. They also use fresh milk and premium tea leaves for their drinks. I was impressed by their dedication to quality.

When I got my drink, I was eager to taste it. I shook it well, as instructed, and took a sip. It was good, but not as good as I remembered. The boba pearls were soft and sweet, but not as chewy and caramelized as the ones in Taiwan. The milk tea was creamy and smooth, but not as rich and flavorful as the original. It was still a decent drink, but it did not live up to my expectations.

I would say that xing fu tang in Mississauga is a good option for boba lovers, especially if you like brown sugar. It is definitely better than coco fresh tea, which I find too watery and bland. But if you are looking for the authentic xing fu tang experience, you might be disappointed. It is not the same as the one in Taiwan, and I doubt that any other place can replicate it.

Store is hidden in the laneway. Brown sugar pearl black milk tea is not too sweet with strong tea flavour. I also love the dalgona coffee with soy milk. Nice atmosphere.

This place is hidden in the plaza. You’ll find it in one of the tunnel archways that connect the parking lots. It’s a cute little spot. I enjoyed the game they had for us to play while we were waiting for our drinks to be made. Service was friendly. The drinks were yummy. Will have to come back and explore their different drinks.

This is one of my favorite Xing Fu Tang locations in Ontario. The shop is so peaceful and you can buy drink, sit outside and enjoy beautiful day. The staff is super friendly and helpful to show you how to enjoy your drink. The drink is creative and comes with milk sub for lactose intolerant customers like me.

Nice varieties. Drinks are fresh and look good. Pearls are chewy and have flavours, which is kinda cool.

One of my go to boba shops in the city, period.it's conveniently located at the square near chungchun, one of my favourite snack stores in the city.i too come here just as often, which is a few times a week when i'm back in the city.when i don't go directly, i order online.so i get it really often lol

the tapioca is always fresh, soft, and chewy.my favourite is the flagship product, the signature brown sugar handmade pearl milk.get it hot.the way the tapioca melts in your mouth with the warmth of the milk is undefeated.it's like a hug in a cup in boba form.the brown sugar in 100% is not too too sweet, but i get the 75% because it tastes just right.my second fav is the same item but in non-dairy (brown sugar handmade pearl milk tea, not signature) just because of my lactose intolerance.the signature drink will upset your stomach if you're lactose.i get it anyway because of how good it tastes lol worth it

my next fav is the kirin tea.it tastes exactly like how teh botol from indonesia tastes like, a perfect mixture of green tea and honey.so it reminds me of home.the price is actually quite reasonable for the taste.other places can be more expensive but it doesn't taste as good.the service is great too.i also like coming here because they're very friendly and prompt.they also have a little fortune slip activity you can do while you wait for your tea to be made.it's such a creative idea.

Amazing teas and soft serve! The XFT product line continues to expand and amaze me. Very high quality teas and even higher quality staff!

This location underwent a grand opening this weekend with a BOGO promo. It was easy to see that the owners and their staff were putting in 110%. Yet, while running on fumes, they still delivered exceptional service and ensured consistent quality in every cup!

Will definitely be coming back here for more. Hopefully the staff will be less taxed by crazy demanding customers too

I expected a typical bubble tea, this was anything but. Their signature was amazing. Incredibly creamy and milky, the tapioca was perfect and surprisingly not as sweet as I was expecting it to be. You def need to mix your drink or the flavour sits at the bottom.

I am in love with the drinks here. I come here every Saturday to get the Red bean milk! I like to get it hot because the Red Bean flavour pops more. Another go to of mines is the grapefruit yogurt green tea. I’ve always been a milk kind of person but trying the fruit teas here has changed my life. The grapefruit here is freshly squeezed so I know there is no artificial flavouring and preservatives. 10/10 recommend!

I rarely do reviews, but I had to make this review. The drink was way overpriced for what I got. As an avid bubble tea drinker, the brown sugar milk tea was really nothing special. But the worst part was the poor customer service. I get times are tough, but I got a lot of attitude from the lady taking my order. I asked if she could cut the sugar, and asked her to clarify in the end. And she got visibly frustrated.

I said thank you for the drink, and she walked away after handing it to me.

It has the best pearls in town, fresh, soft and chewy! Good quality bubble milk tea, coffee and mango drink. The pink pearls are hard to find anywhere else. The lady there is super friendly and welcoming, taught me how to use the Chinese Fortune Sticks, fun to play!

I ordered a kiwi yogurt drink- tasted good but I had to wait 10 minutes and got my drink before other people who queued up before me.

Wanted to try out this BBT place since it opened up not too long ago. The place is hidden away in the small tunnel next to The Best Shop, space is pretty small so it's a grab-and-go shop maybe after dinner/shopping in the area. They make their own tapioca in-store and it's pretty good and chewy.

They have some fruity flavors if you aren't a fan of milk tea and going with friends. I ordered their signature brown sugar pearl milk. It was light, foamy at the top, a bit sweet and the tapioca was still very warm.

Prices are around the $7+ range and some drinks can be ordered hot/cold.

Before leaving, remember to pick up your fortune slip, it adds a little fun to the visit.

Excited for this top Taiwan franchise to open in Mississauga! The laser time I went to a XFT was in Taiwan. So have been very eager to see them open here!

Tucked inside one of the city's busiest Asian plazas (Golden Square Centre), this Xing Fu Tang is in an alleyway between The Best Shop and the Owl of Minerva.

Service is fast and friendly. Everyone is masked and ready to help. I love their Signature Brown Sugar Pearl Milk. Hot or cold, it's always delicious!

They always have the best bubble tea here! First time visiting the Mississauga location.
I have a medical mask exemption and the cashier was offering me a mask and I explained I have an exemption and he said oh okay no problem. Thank you for honouring people with mask exemptions. The service is great. The cashier was extremely friendly and recommended us drinks which turned out delicious. Definitely my new favourite bubble tea!

What a treat! I got the lactose-free Brown Sugar Pearl tea and it was at least top 3 bubble teas I've ever tasted. Somehow they're able to combine a cool sweet drink with warm, soft, FRESH pearls and the fusion is just magical. You really have to taste it to understand. In and out in 6 mins flat - I timed it! So it's quick AND quality.

If you're on the fence about visiting, don't be. This is quite possibly the next Boba shop in Sauga. Oh, and they are melanin-friendly if you know what I mean - which can be rare among tea shops. Really, you can't get better than this spot! I had to tip big to encourage more of this I'll definitely be back!

To start, I don't normally leave reviews. I have gone to many different bubble tea place over the last couple years. Never have I been to this franchise before. I was in the neighbourhood to pick up food, so thought I will get some bubble tea on the way home. Stopped by to get some. First of all, they were very welcoming, it felt cheerful, the staff looked happy and wanting to make my drink. Even gave me recommendations because I never had bubble tea from here. I don't often visit the same place more than twice. This bubble tea place, I have come almost 3 to 4 times a week. I have had their ice creams and slowly making my way through the menu. I am so glad that I stopped by that night. They were getting ready to close. I didn't feel rushed to pick something, the team was super nice and made my drink with love. Currently my favourite drink is the soda and handmade jelly, the signature drink HOT, and the bunny jelly mango smoothie. I work at a Starbucks cafe, and to come to a bubble tea shop that has a friendly environment and efficient team that makes your drink with love, makes me want to keep going back. Even if it's out of my way. I know they just opened, they are worth trying out. Also on another note, for a bubble tea shop that works with brown sugars, it's looks so clean, and in the winter with all the snow and salt, it doesn't look like it's winter outside. Clean shop makes me feel confident in the quality of my drink. And no matter who makes my drink, it always tastes as magical and creamy as I remember it from that night. Great for brown sugar boba, it has a nice caramelized flavour, and it tastes fresh. Their dairy free ice cream is nice and light.

It is probably the best boba I've had so far, better than The Alley, which used to be my go to.

Every Sunday, I go through my morning routine and it starts with a drink made by Gavin from Xing Fu Tang. My favourite to drink is the Grapefruit Yogurt Green Tea (which is made perfectly EVERY time). Additionally, his soft serve swirls and peaks are like no other! Definitely the best in the game. Gavin also has an incredible outdoor voice which he uses to call out order numbers. Sometimes when I'm feeling stressed, I will go to Xing Fu Tang for a fantastic bubble tea made by Gavin, and it would make my day. Thanks Gavin! See you next Sunday!

THE BOBA! So delicious, making them in-house definitely makes a difference I got the matcha strawberry milk- the matcha flavour was also amazing.such sweet staff too! Cant wait to go back
