Amazing delivery experience with RXO. I liked that I received an update from the moment I placed my order until the exact 5 minutes before their arrival at my home. The delivery guys were polite and friendly. They were careful with the packages and during the setup of the product. Great service!

If I could give this business zero stars, then I would in a heartbeat. They really just hire any independent contractor and they will just come into your home and do whatever. I ordered a Peloton Tread on October 14th 2023 and upon delivery when it came the delivery men damaged my floor that left a huge gash in the hardwood floor. When they were transporting the pieces they did this on dirty blankets with holes in them and they STILL scratched the floor. When I told Peloton this they requested that I send in photos and I did that. Then a claim was set up with RXO and I was then required to send in an estimate.

I did exactly as asked but was told by the handling manager that the independent contractor denied my claim because they quote on quote “Walked through the standard delivery procedures with them (using blankets when transporting product in the household) ” AND that they needed a actually repair estimate from an actually company.

I’m disappointed, disgusted and I’m over all turned off by Peloton and RXO. I wish I never even purchased this Tread. Don’t just let any independent contractor hired through RXO into your home they’ll damage your house give you the run around and deny any sort of accountability.

We used them for Casper delivery and assembly. They had great communication and helped us reschedule a few times pretty easily. The couriers were professional, careful, friendly and cleaned up afterwards. Really happy overall!

- Service gentlemen are always so polite and considerate
- Always so quick and efficient in fixing and bike set up
- Phone call prior to arriving is courteous and very much appreciated (as I have a small dog with a loud bark)

Two gentleman came to deliver my exercise bike. They were very polite, took off their shoes, and set everything up. They also took away all packaging and left no cleanup for me. Very happy with delivery service

It is exactly like these reviews say - 2 young men delivered my bike. There was very good communication leading up to the delivery and the young men were very courteous and efficient! They made sure the bike was stable and showed me how to charge my cardio tracker bracelet. Would recommend for sure!

The two young gentlemen who made the delivery of an exercise bike called me to advise of the delivery time as promised. When they arrived they were very polite and immediately removed their shoes to enter our home. They set up the bike, including the accompanying tablet, within 10 to 15 minutes. They briefed me on its set up and answered any questions I had. Top notch from beginning to end.

Delivery was on time and drivers were friendly. Bike was set up and boxes removed.
However, dirty hands left black hand prints all over the white bike, bottom support bar was not secured (we had to flip bike over to tighten it), and power cord was not tucked through pole as it is supposed to be.

Great advance communication, called to say they were arriving early! It was not an easy delivery after a major snowstorm. They had to partially climb over a snow bank with a heavy piece, and avoid the icy sidewalk. Removed the existing piece and placed the new piece perfectly. All done in under 15 minutes. Highly recommend.
