We had our new refrigerator delivered by this company. The text prompts were clear and precise. We had a 3 hour window scheduled and they came at the beginning of the time slot. The two men were professional looking and cheerful (even though it was near the end of a long day). They worked well together and were very respectful of our home. Although I forgot their names (sorry), these men are to be commended for their due diligence and professionalism. Thank you.

Great experience! Drivers carried pkgs up 3 floors, assembled and took away garbage. Fast and friendly! Best experience ever!

We received e mail and text messages saying our refrigerator would be delivered between 4 and 7 on Friday. No message from the company to say anything was a problem. Called the 877 number at 8 PM Friday and were told they were "running late". At 9: 30 PM, the contact said they weren't going to be able to deliver that day. We thought we had arranged for delivery on Saturday. By 9 AM Saturday no e Mail or text message about delivery. Called the contact and we're told the delivery wouldn't happen until the following Tuesday. Absolutely unbelievable that a delivery that was supposed to happen on Friday was delayed to the next Tuesday. After the screw up on Friday, I expected this company would have bent over backward to make the delivery Saturday morning. Won't buy at any outlet in the future that uses this service to deliver.

These guys went above and beyond trying to squeeze a Bosch fridge through my front door. (And the same for the outgoing fridge). Thank you, you are amazing!

Terrible place to work at. Turnover rates of delivery teams and staff are very frequent. Management make promises that they cannot or won't honor.

One of the worst delivery service you can get. We had a washer dryer to be delivered today between 3 and 5 pm. We kept waiting but no one came, so we called the customer service. Most casually they said that there is a delay as there was break down and now the delivery will be done by 5: 20, again no response, 5: 40 another call no concrete timings and we were informed unapologetically that our delivery is now scheduled between 5 and 7 and we are next on the list. 6 pm we again called and asked them to give us the real
Status. I got a call from their hq in Mississauga and the customer service associate with the most casual and unapologetic attitude informed me that there was a truck breakdown and now they can’t deliver. This after 2 hours of follow up.
And to top it they also informed that they can’t deliver tomorrow and will only be delivered now on Sunday. #lowes should not partner with such liars and unreliable delivery partners. It is your name at stake here. Most unprofessional attitude!

We had our appliances delivered by XPO and we are very pleased with the result. Delivery was on time with notifications in advance. Everything was handled properly. RONA and XPO are doing a great job ever time. This is probably out fourth time we purchased from RONA and will keep buying from them. Every time appliances are delivered on-time and handled professionally. We had one time an issue, but RONA corrected it fast and to our satisfaction.
We are very pleased with the service, both RONA and XPO! Highly recommended!

Washing machine delivered this morning. Called 30 minutes prior to delivery. Arrived on time two very pleasant very helpful young men delivered it. Nothing was too much trouble. Very impressed.

The two gentleman that came to our home where wonderful. They where professional, cheerful and helpful. Prior to arrival for several days we had discussed how fun it was going to be to build with the new box the appliance would arrive. Alas our product did not come in a box. The gentleman heard our discussion and exclaimed. "you want a box? " "We have a great box in the truck from a previous delivery". Our son was so happy and the delivery folks where happy to have given so much joy.

Both delivery drivers were very pleasant and respectful! I would recommend this company if all of their drivers are the same as the 2 I had. Also very prompt compared to others!

This is the second time we’ve received a delivery through this company. They really provide an excellent service, starting from clear communication in terms of delivery, an opportunity to track the truck and more.

The delivery staff are extremely friendly and professional, going the extra mile to make sure that walls aren’t dented, etc. Measured from the beginning to make sure everything would fit without issue.

I ordered an appliance online with Rona. Follow-ups were quick. Delivery was exactly on the date and time promised. The 2 gentlemen who delivered the item were very professional, careful, and worked very safely. This company knows how to do things right!

Should not drag appliances on floor, they caught the wood moulding.
They did tell me to check new appliance for scratches, but would of been nice to tell me about the power cord that I should of kept from old dishwasher.

The entire delivery process was awesome at no time did I wonder when things were going to happen and what would be happening at that time. The delivery guys were courteous, knowledgeable about the product they delivered and professional.

I just want to post an update. The "owner" replied to my comment asking me to reach out to them so they can follow up. I did email them, and got a generic response that they would pass along my info and that they would request that a manager reach out to me. I am still waiting for this manager to reach out to me. That was two months ago.

Terrible

I had a terrible experience with this company. I had ordered a new fridge through IKEA. The delivery was done March 4th, 2021. We got a notification that we would get a text confirming the delivery from XPO the day before, and that we would get another text the day of to confirm the Fridge was on the truck, and a final text letting us know a half an hour before our delivery was going to arrive. But this is not what happened.

First off we never got our text the day before. In truth, this is minor and doesn't overly concern me.

On the delivery day, we got our text saying the fridge was on the truck. Then at 1: 30 pm we got a notification that our delivery was next, and that we should expect it in about half an hour. The original time slot was from between 1-5 pm. They never came.

We then got a call from someone at 5 saying that our delivery was on the way. I do not know if it was IKEA or XPO who called. No explanation was given for the delay but I again wasn't concerned, as long as we got our fridge.

The real issue is that a few days before the deliver we got a notification about the service we should expect which clearly says *** Room of choice delivery - two man *** that is not what we got. Instead they dropped the fridge off at my front porch and refused to bring it in the house due to the pandemic.

I understand how serious Covid is, and I do not fault the delivery men for not wanting to go in the house, but. If their notification had clearly said porch delivery only, I could have arranged to have had another guy with me to move the fridge from the front porch to my kitchen. Instead me and my wife, who weighs about 115 pounds, had to try to muscle the huge fridge from the front porch into the kitchen ourselves.

XPO offered room of choice deliver so that is what I prepared for. This is why I wanted professionals to deliver the fridge. I am not an appliance delivery professional and my pour wife and I had a hard time getting the fridge inside and ended up causing severe damage to the walls and floor molding.

If this was the start of the pandemic, I feel like I would be more understanding to the fact that XPO promised a room of choice delivery but could not provide that service. However, we are now a year into the pandemic. Can't XPO get their notification to properly reflect the services they provide? Is that too hard? I will be including a pic of the service they offered and the damage that was unavoidably caused because we were unprepared, thanks to only being notified of the delivery restrictions once the fridge was on my front porch.

I called IKEA and they would take no responsibility other than refunding my delivery charge. I now need to have a contractor come in and repair the damage.

My recommendation is if you order anything through IKEA, or anyone else, and see they have XPO delivering it, just rent a truck and pick the item up yourself.

I am beyond disappointed.

XPO Logistics is part of a failing delivery service.

I purchased a replacement dishwasher from Rona. I paid for both purchase and installation with Rona. The delivery was scheduled on 21 July, but the installation is still expected on 28 July. There was no issue with the delivery itself, but they dumped the dishwasher in the middle of the apartment and claimed that they could not remove the old, broken one because of liability issues. It's still not clear who is going to pickup the old dishwasher, Rona or XPO Logistics. The issue is mainly with Rona at this point (I haven't reviewed them yet, but you can guess.) with their separate delivery and installation departments that don't talk to each other. However, for a company that has "logistics" in their name, I would expect better. Maybe they should change their name for "XPO Dump and Run.

Outstanding team. Very professional with the delivery and removal of my appliance. Followed Covid-19 protocols and used a lifting harness that not only protected my new appliance, it protected their safety.
I wish all major retailers used XPO Logistics!

This company has amazing service. Ive needed them twice for my bike delivery and both times they text me the day before to tell me the 3 hour time slot. AS they also said i got a call and a text telling me they'd be here in around 30 minutes and they were. They give prompt and very efficient service

Great experience with the delivery of a fridge. Helped with taking out the old fridge as well as taking off and putting back on two doors. Highly recommended.

My delivery was within the timeframe provided, the delivery team communicated with me along the way, and they were very friendly and helpful on their arrival.

Excellent service. Called 40 minutes before they arrived so we werent waiting for the entire delivery window. Asked if they should take their shoes off, set up the delivery for us and explained everything along with some tips and tricks (Peloton).

Great company to help relieve some of the stresses for IKEA's deliveries for this ongoing pandemic! They are polite and their shipment update notification via text and call ahead notification even supersedes IKEA's own reliability and notification service, great job guys!

XPO Logistics driver called with 15 minute warning for drop off.
Crew was pleasant and efficient, dropped off large mattress and removed all wrapping material as well as old mattress.
Would recommend company in future.

I live in a condo in downtown. There’s no loading bay so the had a hard time taking out the big boxes for a sofa that I ordered.

The guy who helped me take the boxes in my pad was so polite and very nice. It was on the 25/F by the elevator.

The item was delivered right on time.
