Sandra is a lying thief that steals peoples money by taking advantage of them and changing sticker prices on the fly when you ask about a game you're interested in. She got an extra 100 dollars from me for VF2 for Sega Saturn and it didn't even work. I paid 150 cash and she still said I got a deal. She writes in her receipt book that what she sells is in better condition then it really was. I can't even believe that she is still running her store. I can see that other people in the comments have caught on to her lies too. It is very bad what she is doing. She ALWAYS makes fake 5 star reviews for her store because the 1 star reviews are getting too much. I honestly don't even know how she can go to sleep at night doing what she does. She should be arrested for stealing thousands of customers dollars from her customers.and also lying in her receipt book, just incase someone were to come in with a return, she would argue that it was in better condition based of her false information on her records. You should be ashamed Sandra. Sandra is ready to steal and lie to every person that walks in her store, every single day. NEVER GO THERE, SHE WILL LIE TO YOU AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU THE SECOND SHE KNOWS SHE CAN! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

This store is awesome for off the beaten path gaming finds of old! A wonderful museum of cool rare stuff in the back that I've never seem in person! Really fair prices for all the carts and Discs of old, too. Definitely a sourcecfor retro console hardware, along with some vaulted Funko pops.
Even if she doesn't have it, it could always come in next week so check back!
I've purchased some hard to find animal crossing amiibo cards as well as some bits and such over the last few years, and always enjoy going in.

Thanks for all!

Truly a treat. This place must be protected at all costs! It's selection is so incredibly wide, that they even had a Magnavox Odyssey still in box! The place is almost like a museum with the things you'll find there, and the fact that it's a stand-alone store is even more crazy. Seeing that some reviews stated the selection is mediocre burns a hole through my head. Anyone who knows video game history would be delighted to see the Neo Geo and Atari products. For a buisness that's lasted Covids wrath, the fact the place is still standing where it is, speaks for itself. For a lot of their rarer items, the prices are reasonable, and again, to last after Covid, their prices are also great! You wont find a single reproduction game, and everything is usually in amazing condition. It's warming to know that what youll be buying will be official here, whereas online, it can be more deceiving. Most importantly the lady who works there, Sandra, is extremely welcoming. She's knowledgeable about her products, and is always willing to help! She's kind, and a joy to talk with. She knows her stuff. The prices on the green stickers are the updated ones, and the ones with the orange ones are older. Sandra will often do a price check on anything you are interested in if the price isn't updated, which is always nice. This store is also one of the only stores I know that does no tax on a purchase, if you pay in cash! In the front of the store, the very moment you walk in, you'll be greeted to a Sega Dreamcast in a display, which is wild. If you were to walk to the left side after walking in, you'll see the stores personal collection. Those are usually the rarer items, and aren't for sale. But anyone who knows games will appreciate what is there to see. Overall, this place is a great spot to see some things you might not ever find in person otherwise as well as a nice retro stop. 100% recommend stopping by.

Just like a lot of other reviewers, I came in, saw games with pricetags I wanted to buy, and when I asked for them, automatically jacked up the prices, blaming COVID pandemic. Never go here.

My first time visiting this “ Museum “. I am astonished at the vast collection. From Retro to New gen consoles. I had heard amazing reviews but had to see it for myself. It is by far the largest canadian independently owned video game retailer I have ever seen. PS5, PS4, Xbox One, SNES, N64. Other platforms. Such as SNES, NES, ATARI, TurboGrafx, SEGA, N64, SATURN, DreamCast, Genesis, GameBoy, Colleco, Jaguar, Wii-U, 3DS, PSVita, PS3, ps1, XBOX 360 and Wii! Wow just, wow I am extremely happy to have gone. Great selection. Prices are fair market value. Met the owner. Sandra was very professional yet funny and knowledgeable of her craft. I was sad upon hearing the Shop had been closed for over a year due to Covid! I picked up a few gems to
add to my collection. Definitely a happy shopper. I look forward to returning to Xtreme Games!
