Xtreme Trampoline Park

It was great, lots of playing area options, though the music was quite loud and the $4 pizza slice was a complete ripoff. Lots of employees hanging out in the back area chatting (I was there for a birthday party, so I sat in the lounge area), and a long lineup to get inside. It would be great if the birthday party area had seats for adults for parents who decide to stay and don't want to sit alone in the party room.

Great place to find happy kids! Very helpful staff. Especially accommodating in dealing with Groupons. Keep it up and thank you!

Amazing experience, Had a family outing with my niece and nephew and they loved it. Would say that most of the staff was very helpful, could use some help with restroom areas.

Staff seems nice and it's fun but its dirty. Stuff all over the walls and front desk. Pink bacteria all over the washroom etc.

Large trampoline spaces, ninja course and dodgeball entertained my group of teens for hours. Was not very busy in late afternoon on Sat! Would go back.

It’s a great place for kids. We’ve been here several times and also celebrated kids’ birthdays. The atmosphere can become a bit chaotic on weekends, therefore we try to go here on weekdays to avoid crowds. Make sure you bring your socks with grips, if you have one. We have purchased their socks once and keep bringing them with us every time we visit.

I had a birthday party scheduled at the Kingston Location. I am writing this here because the owner owns both - 20 mins before opening I received a phone call from a Staff member saying my party was cancelled because of a power outage. I later found out that it was a planned outage and I still was not notified.
I get there and the staff member who was helping me was extremely apologetic. I asked for a refund on my deposit and that I would regroup and schedule another party once I had my calendar in front of me. He said the the Owner does not allow refunds and the only thing he could do is to keep my deposit and I can use it toward my party.
I explained that I was away for most the summer and I didn't know when I'd be able to plan, so we ended up calling the owner and it was an - you absolutely can not have your deposit back. It's not his fault that they power went out and he doesn't own the building, so he is not notified of these situations.
Things were a little heated from there, but let just say that the owner of this business does not care about customer satisfaction. He only cares about your money.
I ended up getting a gift card, but only because I pushed. He may as well have kept my money.after the tone of his phone call, and the extreme lack of customer care, I will never be going back to this establishment again.

AWESOME place to take the kids, or just have some fun! The prices were reasonable (including the xtreme socks into the cost) and the space was clean and well maintained.

Be prepared for a MAJOR workout and bring lots of water. Us adults were in a full sweat and won’t be able to move tomorrow WORTH IT! I felt like a kid again and it took me a few minutes to get into it. Lots of places to jump around, foam pits, basketball nets and dodgeballs to throw around. There was also a canteen. Lockers to hold things while you jump!

No big signage, so make sure you park along the side of the building as the entrance is there.

Amazing experience! We really enjoyed ourselves, it’s clean and tidy and the staff are great. Awesome place!

I am outraged! Yesterday, Saturday, May 6, my child's sneakers were stolen while he was at an birthday party, and there was no one to talk to, no one cares, the child went home in socks! I'm shocked! You charge $650 for every birthday, but there is no security or customer protection? Cameras? Why does the mother of the child to whom we came for a birthday have to pay for new shoes for my child? ! You must do it xtreme park!

Great place for kids to have fun obviously. They make you sign a waiver to absolve them of any liability for injuries. Know your rights. It is illegal in this country to sign away your rights. 3 years ago my young niece broke her arm there and they did not seem too concerned about her injury. Staff are not trained well and there seems to be no qualified supervisor among the staff. Ironically they dont want to be held accountable for injury on their property yet if someone breaks they will call and threaten you with police action if you dont give them money. They should change the name to gentle trampoline

We went there for my daughter’s bday party. It was clean and well-organized. So easy for the parents. The kids had a blast, the loved the selection of activities in the park. I recommend this for parties and events. Grown ups love it too

Great place to go and jump and have have, but when I had my son's birthday there they weren't that organized and no one didn't really know what was going on

They took my money and refused to refund me for a birthday party for 14 kids! I sent two emails and they confirmed it. However, on the agreed day we were waiting outside with the kids and they were closed without any further notice! Nobody answered the phone. I called them 20 times and I keeps all the records. Although they have power and the outside light is on, they insist that they had a power outage. The manager told me that I am a lier and asking me personal questions like are you canadian citizenship and when did you come to Canada! Again, personal questions that not realeted to The Refund issue! Then he hanged up when I told him This is a fraud and I will report it. Basiclly, closed without any notice, they did Not not answer the phone or reply back to any emaills and refused to refund me for a party that we clebreted on the street. The manger is racist treats us based on our background and as a new comers which can easily misleading them. Event Reservation # 15,327. Total amount. Booked a party for last weekend and it went ok but its not cheap and although I understand it gets a bit insane with all the kids, there were a lot of staff just standing behind the counter not helping people. It would be great if that wiped the look of their faces like I'm interrupting their day. Brooke was great and helpful (thanks Brooke), but I had to find her every time we needed information about how things operated. We didn't hear an announcement over the PA as explained, so though the kids ran around a bit longer, but we have to rush through the food and gifts. The people they have working here are too immature and most don't really seem to care. If I'm paying $400+ and there's a minimum 10 kid grouping (you have to run around getting 10 kids together, showing up on time), I expect good service. Pizza was just ordered from Dominos and 3 pitchers of juice the kids will never get through in the party room, while you're buying them all waters and slushes during the trampoline time, is a waste. At $40 a kid I expect access to the room, the drinks available that I'm paying for so they have something while running around, and someone making sure things are on track. Thankfully this is the last group party I have to book like this. Next year he's old enough to go to a movie or something with friends.

Be very careful with purchases here. Customer service is atrocious and they do not care if you have an issue. I have been trying to use passes I was assured "would not expire" and now I am told I can't use them and they refuse to refund me and will not even respond to my requests for a valid reason why. $180 down the drain and they could care less. Try flying squirrel!
