Had a fabulous time with Captain Dan and the crew. Staff is very knowledgeable and xtremely friendly. Very impressed that they focus on safety over profits.

We used XTREME watersports for a jet ski rental on the September long weekend. We had it for afternoon to uses for our family of 5.4 hours was a good amount of time for everyone to get a turn. You have to switch passengers at their hub but there is a pontoon shuttle at the beach side so it takes 3 min to back and forth. We set up on the beach at that end so we were a close walk to the shuttle. Great afternoon fun and I would recommend for a family treat/something extra to do at the beach.

We live in Grand Bend and rent a jet ski from here every year to take our boys out. Staff is friendly and helpful and lots of fun! See you again soon!

We rented two jet skis for an afternoon and it was the highlight of our week on the lake! The kids had a blast going for rides and the adults did too! Dan was so accommodating with our rental and his staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be renting from them again! Highly recommend this business.

Tons of amazing different things you can do here, and when you do them they’re EXTREMEly amazing! Went tubing with Captain Dan and it was phenomenal, did not know we could connect our music to the boat’s Bluetooth and have a mini Karaoke sessions while riding the waves Shane also took care of us. All in all had an amazing time 11/10 experience and
will definitely be going again next year I’m in grand bend

The Jet Skis had a little digital clock mounted on the dashboard so you can keep track of your time on the water. Was also able to bring my kids along for some fun on the lake.
Overall a very good experience.

If I could give less than one star, I would. We had a very disappointing experience with Xtreme Watersports over the weekend. Stay away from this company. I had planned a boat charter for my wife for her birthday. She and my five kids were all very much looking forward to an afternoon of tubing and water skiing. Our charter was scheduled for 2pm-3pm. We arrived early and were ready to board at 2pm. Instead, the staff gave our boat to a different group because they said it was larger than ours. This shouldn't matter since their website says their boats can take 9 adults. After that boat left, the staff informed us that the next boat, a smaller boat, should be back in a few minutes. We waited for 45 minutes until the next boat arrived. By the time that boat unloaded and we were about to board, it was almost 3pm. Right before we boarded, the captain stopped us because of pending inclement weather. He said maybe he could get us out by 4pm. We left trying to figure out what to do for an hour. At almost 4: 30, I got a call that they were shutting down for the day. If we were on the boat that should have been ours at 2pm, the weather would not have impacted our reservation. What should have been a fun-filled afternoon on the water turned into alot of waiting and disappointment. Between driving around searching for parking at the marina for 20 minutes, waiting for over an hour at the dock for a boat, trying to keep 5 young children entertained who were so excited for our outing, experiencing apathy from all of the staff for our situation, and not even hearing an apology for any inconvenience that they caused, I can confidently say that you should stay away from this company. I had the entire day planned for my wife's birthday and we drove a long distance to get there. There was a large amount of planning and excitement for the day. All of the work that went into the day was rewarded with disappointment and frustration. Do not waste your valuable time and money by working with Xtreme Watersports.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Organized, great communication, easy online booking. Flexible and relaxed. Captain Dan made our four hour charter rental excellent! Skiing, wakeboarding, and tubing. Great skill at driving, quality equipment, and everyone in our family group had the best time! Great activity for everyone in Grand Bend!

I got to rent out a jet ski today for the first time in my life and it was by far the BEST and most exhilarating experience ever! The staff here are all very friendly and professional. I cannot wait to return here someday in the future!

They are the best in town. We had no slot booked but they accommodated us on spot in busy hours. The crew was very good. It was our first experience, they made it worth it. Highly recommend them. Don’t go to Splash seadoo. They are thieves.

Captain Dan was a great captain. Our kids had a blast tubing and we loved the wakeboarding. Captain Dan was especially kind to our son with special needs, encouraged him to try the tube and went slow until our son was comfortable and said "Go faster! ". Highly recommend!

Simple process and very nice staff! The price is reasonable and the jetskis are really fast and maintained.

We had an amazing 1 hour charter with Captain Dan today. He was so good with the seniors in our group and gave the kids such a great experience tubing. They had a blast! We cruised up and down the beaches along Grand Bend and felt comfortable and safe even when the weather was starting to create some rougher conditions.
