Xtremities Tattoo and Piercing

Went in for their micro-blade model posting and was treated with nothing but kindness, patience and respect. My eyebrows turned out great and they were very professional with the entire procedure. I am looking forward to my touch up. Extra points for having a good group of supportive women that made me feel safe.

Went here for a fundraiser, it was well organized. The staff were friendly and professional. The shop was clean and the artists were skilled.
Would go here again

Extremely kind and professional staff:) Honestly the best experince I have had at a piercers!

I got my lobes pierced and I did walk in and my piercer, Valeria, wasn’t super talkative and was fast and so I didn’t talk to her much but I felt like crying when I got home because I realized my piercings were off and not at all in the same spot. One is too high and the one on the other lobe is too low and it was noticeable just by staring into the mirror. I haven’t gotten piercings since I was a kid so this has just set a very bad experience for me and there isn’t even a way to fix my piercings now.

Staff is good, price is reasonable as they have some packages.
They do not have their own parking, but there are some plaza where we can park
Me and my son did the piercing, My son's went great, but my nose pin popped up, and due to my busy schedule, I was unable to go, so they asked me to pay again.
I thought they would adjust me as it could happen, vary person to person but they said they will charge me again.

It was an okay experience! The person that did my septum was extremely high which I didn’t have a problem with until I saw my septum and it was crooked! If u can’t do the job good while high then please dont work high! This is a permanent thing on my body. Anyways my septum still looks cute I jst wont be going there anymore: P

I got my belly button and my flat pierced here about a month or so ago, i have a lot of piercings and i have never had any issues with them until getting piercings here.not only are the aftercare instructions wrong both my piercings have been infected since a few days after getting them done.i am so upset i am still waiting on the infection to clear up

Really not impressed by this place. I spent time on my only day off driving all the way here to get my daughters nostril piercing changed. I called beforehand (as to not waste my limited time or gas) to see what types of piercings they had, prices etc. I explained exactly what I was looking for. When we got there the person working wasn’t helpful. They had just 2 options - a random ‘plated metal’ that the worker didn’t even know how to explain. All she said was it tarnishes. Couldn’t explain it further. The other option was their surgical steel but they didn’t even have the size I originally asked for.and both were the same price which doesn’t even make sense. The worker also denied being the one to answer the phone and originally answer my questions even though her voice was very recognizable and she was the only non-piercer/tattoo artist there. Not a good experience at all.

They recommend using Bactine when it literally says on the bottle to not use on puncture wounds.
The companies site states: "We cannot recommend that Bactine be used for this purpose since body piercings are considered puncture wounds".

Edit/Response: Best practice, in any profession, changes over time. It wouldn't hurt to update your aftercare instructions. I know you all care but when a company says don't do 'x' with their product and you're recommending it, it looks really bad and affects your reputation.

Just got a conch and helix piercing from Aubrey, very quick, very clean, definitely recommend, they look great and there was little pain

All the staff that work at Xtremeties are amazing. Latoya at the front desk is sensational, the beautiful girl who does the piercing is fantastic! And Ebony, one of the tattoo artists who did my tattoo is not only extremely talented but also very kind, patient, funny, and so easy to get along with! Would highly recommend this place to ANYONE who likes to walk on the wild side with tattoos and piercings lol

Ebony is really creative and spends time in creating a vision of your tattoo, her artwork and detailing is amazing. Would not hesitate to refer a friend. Clean environment. Rooms and all equipments are sanitized before and after. Amazing place. Great Artist. Toya is also amazing.

I can say I do love Xtremities. The kind staff are wonderful. Although, I can’t say much about the workplace! I’ve had multiple piercings done from them and either it was pierced incorrectly, as I’ve had to get multiple piercings taken out and redone or wrong/unaware instruction for aftercare. What I mean is they give you a paper with basic information. They offer you to purchase their home-based cleaning agent or recommend bactine. I was only using this when I could’ve been using other and better products for my specific piercing that would help my healing process. So time, pain and money could’ve been saved. Personally, It would be better if they had instructions for specific piercings and not generalized like how the handout instructions seem. I do recommend this place, it is clean and safe, I love the atmosphere, and the piercers and tattoo artists are knowledgeable and helpful. Just know what you’re getting, it’s potential reactions and how to treat before you get something done.

My friends and i (we were a trio) went to this place to get our piercings done around 2 weeks ago.
First, I’m going to talk about the experience we had when we got our piercings done. I got a nose piercing that was done successfully and my other friend had a septum and two nose piercings done which was also successful. However, my other friend wanted one helix, one mid helix, and a lobe piercing. The mid helix was not successful at all. Her ear was swollen and there was a lot of blood coming out. The piercer took out the earring and switched the jewelry to a longer bar. It did help with the swelling and the blood. The piercer told my friend that the cartilage is very thick which is why it was difficult to pierce it. The next day, my friend called a different shop and was told that the piercer nicked her vein. My friend was at risk for fainting and all they were worried about was who was gonna get her third piercing which my other friend did.
Then recently we went to a different shop to get the piercing checked because after two weeks, her ear was hurting really badly. The piercer there said that the jewelry was angled badly and the hole was basically not healing because the jewelry was moving around a lot. My friend had to get the earring taken off which was also difficult to do.
Next is the customer service. The front desk lady was impatient and was not welcoming. After my friend got her mid helix pierced, the lady was talking to her about the possibility of fainting. My friend said that she is familiar with fainting because she experienced it during her surgery. The front desk lady then commented on how my friend is so young and why would she get a surgery this young. My friend felt uncomfortable and so did I. She didn’t expect to be criticized for the choices that she makes when she walked in through the door.
If you’re thinking of coming here, please reconsider.

I've gotten 17 of my ear piercings here and I just keep coming back! The service is great and their prices are reasonable and affordable (especially during those 3 for 1 specials). I've had piercings done from all the piercers that work there and they're all super kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They provide clear aftercare instructions and also offer advice on particular piercings and how to care for them. Sometimes I just let them give me suggestions and we go from there. It's a great environment and everyone there is willing to help. I keep recommending people to come here and I'll keep coming back!

I did eyebrow and nose piercings first at Extremities, followed by the helix and ear lobe for the 2nd and 3rd spots. Then I scheduled an appointment with Cooper one amazing tattoo artist who did the crescent moon and rising Phoenix on my neck. The staff and services provided at Extremities are really great. The location is easy and convenient too. Try their services sometime, you will like them!

Got my ears pierced here about 4 months ago. They offered and used BODY jewelry at a CHEAPER price. I did NOT know it was body jewelry. They offered me “normal” or “studs”.

They over tightened the piercing (to the point where another piercer had trouble removing them), and the body jewelry irritated one of my ears so much there’s still a bump 4 months later.

I messaged them on Instagram and at first they were nice. But they realized I made a bad review and IGNORED me afterwards even after I deleted the review. (Message read but never replied).

I’ve decided to put my review back up and add more since that was really unprofessional, I feel like they deserve the bad review now

BEST PLACE IN ALL OF CANADA! I 100% recommend going here because the amazing staff and best quality of work. The owner is also super helpful and very kind. The place is clean and prices are also amazing. I have had so many piercings done from here and all of them healed really well and quick. Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful and they also answer all the questions you have. Personally I felt nothing more than a pinch from all the piercings I got! This place is ridiculous. Cash only which they DO NOT tell you up front. Nowadays to only pay cash is not acceptable. They wouldn’t even accept an e transfer. They do not provide receipts so hopefully nothing goes wrong with my daughters piercing.

Loved getting my piercings done here. I got a rook and a conch piercing done, I was walked through the whole process and the ladies made me feel very comfortable the whole time. They made sure I was okay before I left and answered any questions I had.

It was my first time getting a tattoo and Daniel was super amazing. His attention to detail and intricacy got me in a comfort zone and the design I chose turned out beautiful. The cleanliness protocol was immaculate. A great experience indeed.

I extremely appreciate the work of thw artists there at xtremities. I got inked from Dan, an amazing work he did and i really love it.

My spouse got inked from cooper and that too an extra ordinary work.

And lastly, got pierced for my 3 and half old daughter with just an ease.

I’ve been here a few times (once with a friend getting a tat a couple of years ago and most recently by myself for piercings).

The piercing artist was wonderful. Forget the young lady’s name but long 2 toned hair. My friend was very happy with her tattoo as well. But the front desk person? She is always rude. Xtremities, why are you allowing this person with NO customer service ability to be the face of your otherwise great studio? (unless she’s the owner? !)

The piercers are nice and always make me feel welcomed; but the lady that handles the front desk is so rude and did not answer my questions. She was giving dirty looks and ignored my questions, so I decided to just leave. My sisters and I came for piercings and left with none because of the horrible lady in the front. Had an amazing experience. Came here with my friend yesterday. I got my helix, she got a rook. Sadly, my friend couldn’t Pierce her nose due to the new COVID regulations, but that has nothing to do with the shops professionalism and work.

Our piercer was Valerie and she was very nice. The other 3 women working were also super nice. I don’t remember their names for reference, but I do recommend!

Im a customer that goes all the time and so do my parents n been to other places b4 nothing against those other places but at xtremities super chill ppl that work there, my artist is kaleb amazing work i wont stop going back to this place (all within a year) have a few more done by him by no pics highly reccomend him. Update kaleb no longer there at the new shop posted with hour glass tattoo.

I'm waiting from months to bring my money there for a tattoo. The girl said she's waiting for another girl to know the schedule. Unprofessional.

If you're someone who's just starting to have piercings or tattoos, DON'T COME HERE for your first time, you will feel uneasy, weird and more anxious than you probably are already.

I came here for piercings, having to be greeted by a front desk who seems quite uninterested in being there and it's quite off-putting. They lacked a sense of value to their customers but I didn't care I work in customer service, I understood bad days. But for a piercing shop who don't have any other option (like a basic ball stud) for a starting jewelry other than diamonds.they seem to have unreasonably high prices (compared to some very well known PROFESSIONAL piercing and tattoo shops. Aka CHRONIC INK).

I'm quite shocked, I came in not expecting a 5 star hotel type of customer service but damn I didn't even received a 1 star service haha.

Have been coming here for years for my tats & piercings very friendly staff very clean atmosphere and now I'm taking my son to get his nose pierced and tats when hes old enough! Wouldn't go anywhere else

I am a continuous customer of Xtremities, I’ve come here for all of my piercings and I am currently in the process of having tattoo removal sessions by Steven. Yesterday Steven did a tooth gem for me which I love love loved! It looks so clean and clear, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who is interested. Staff are so friendly, the place is clean and safe. I’ve never had an infection from any piercings from Xtremities; ps. Don’t go to pain and pleasure.

Very disappointed with my experience. I came in to get a conch piercing and the lady pierced my ear on such a wide angle that the back ball was pressing into the side of my neck at the back of my head. It was not straight at all. This was very painful and left a dent and redness on the back of my neck. I went to a different piercer to get a second opinion and he said due to the angel of the piercing, the piercing would never heal properly and in the future I would not be able to wear a hoop since the distance would be too big. I specifically told the lady I wanted to wear a hoop in the future. I am very upset because I don't have a high level of pain tolerance and this visit took a lot of mental preparation This piercing was unnecessary pain I had to go through just to have it taken out a week later. Now I have to wait a month or longer to redo it. Definitely not coming back here.

Sara with the pink hair is my girl! She pierced my nose a while ago so I went back to her for my eyebrow piercing. Sweet and chilled as always. She puts you at ease with her kind energy. My co worker and I went to her, she got her septum done. 2 for 1 deal can't be beat either

Fantastic place in a great location! Got 4 piercings, my friends got 2 each. I got my industrial, septum, lip and 2nd in my lobe above my spacers. My friends got 2nd nose piercing, nipple, conch and tragus. I already got my septum done here before (it grew over when I was in culinary school and had to take it out) and my eyebrow. Both piercings were awesome and these 8 were all great too. She is an experienced piercer, very patient, understanding & kind and the apprentice in the room was lovely as well. Prices are good, can't beat 2 for 1 piercings! Always a great place to go for a fun and easy time piercing:) I added pics of the lip & ear piercings. My septum is turned up so you cannot see it right now.

I visited here for 2 piercings earlier this year. Even though the place was busy, it was clean and the staff was attentive. My piercer was very thorough, funny, and engaging. He had a strong presence and was very good at entertaining those waiting in the lobby.

This place has no idea what they’re doing! Please do not go here they will scar your ears. They pierced my cartilage with a curved bar which is known for forming keloids and scar tissue. I had to get another place to take it out. Note to self when a piercing is like 20$ DONT DO IT!

Delivered when other shops couldn't. My son wanted a simple ear lobe piercing (both lobes). It was a Sunday on the long weekend so I knew going in that my options were limited. He want a simple metal stud, nothing fancy. I called one shop and they said no problem, come on down. Showed up, no available studs. They said they only do crystal studs even though I had asked for a simple metal one. Second shop advertised piercing, I called to confirm. Showed up and they said they their piercer wasn't available. WTF? We then went to Xtremities and finally got someone competent. Very simple process, clean, single use needle, made my son feel comfortable. Lots of stud options including a simple metal one - FINALLY. This was my son's first piercing and he had a good experience. Thank you Xtremities for saving the day.

Sandy does all my piercings.she's the only one I trust. I wont go anywhere else. I highly recommend her to anyone that wants to get anything pierced because ive gone to other places and they ALWAYS get infected. BUT sandy makes sure everything is sanitized and i've NEVER had an infection with her. Im always extremely happy with her work.

Came in for a septum piercing and was immediately disappointed at the lack of professionalism. Wasn't asked for ID or given any information on the size of the jewellery healing process or anything relevant to the procedure that was over $60. I got it pierced in a spot that was so absurd the piercer said oops after putting the needle in. After an hour of bleeding I immediately got it checked out by another piercer who took the jewellery out and pierced it again. I spent over $100 of my own money and was lightheaded and nauseous from the intense bleeding. After all that I think it's safe to say I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.

Amazing staff. Welcoming, clean, and professional. Was educated on the proper after care of my piercing after getting my belly button pierced. Many of my friends have gotten piercings here and i would recommend it to anyone! My piercer was Sandy and she was very kind and made me feel comfortable during the whole process
