Went in with a broken display and a charging port issue got it fixed back to as good new. They were very polite friendly and took the time to explain everything that would be involved in the repair recommending me to potentially get a new iPad if they found more damage than I thought leading the repair to be more expensive than buying a new one. Great guy.

Top notch service with very knowledgeable staff. They took the time to explain the problem my technology was having, and fixed it in under 15 hours. They didn't charge a cent until they showed me it fixed and operating perfectly. I was hesitant to drive to a downtown Toronto location from Etobicoke, but it was definitely worth tbe time. Competitive pricing, friendly service, and the problem fixed fast.it couldn't have been a better experience! Thank you guys! I'll be around again for sure!

I can't thank the staff at Xwireless enough for coming to the rescue after an unfortunate accident with my brand new Pixel 7 phone. My screen cracked after a clumsy drop on the pavement, affecting the OLED screen. I needed it fixed fast and they did just that, and at a very competitive price to boot!

Their customer service was top knotch and they even put a screen protector on for me at no extra charge.

I hope I don't break my phone again, but if I do I know who to take it to.

I broke my iPhone back glass and had it repaired at a shop down the street. That shop butchered my repair - they used laser and burned the phone frame, camera flash and lenses. They repaired the glass but unfortunately residual damage remained (cosmetic on the phone and poor camera quality).

A month later, I ended up breaking the back glass again and came to XWireless instead. Customer service here was fantastic! They explained what happened in my last repair and even offered complementary camera covers to hide some of the cosmetic damage from the last repair. I hope I dont need any more repairs but if I do, I would definitely come back to XWireless.

Brought my phone to the shop for repair after dropping it into swimming pool, my screen was blacked out and I was prepared for the worst. But the gentlemen at the shop was able to diagnose the problem within 2 hours, I left the phone there on Sunday and picked it up on Monday night with new screen. They cleaned up the other parts, gave me a new screen protector. They are truly professional, know what they are doing, very friendly to me and my kid, very fair price and no non-sense ripping off like some other shops. Phone has been up and running for over a week since the repair, everything works, thank you so so much!

Fantastic service and expertise. I came in with my gaming laptop which died unexpectedly, and received the notification that it was a no-fix before the day was over.

The staff here walked me through the damage, as well as my further options quite comprehensively. Additionally, they helped us to remove the hard drive so we could move it to an enclosure ourselves for no additional cost.

I know where I'll be going if I need to get repairs done again!

I called up this place on short notice looking for some help on an original Xbox motherboard repair. The person who answered the phone understood my situation and was very knowledgeable about what I needed done. After dropping off my board late in the afternoon they said they would try their best to get the job done as soon as possible but they would probably take a few hours to get the repair done. After almost two hours later, I received a call stating the repair was finished and I was welcome to come pick it up when I could. I am very happy with the result, the repair fixed my issue and I now have my console working again.

Great little shop. My phone wasn't charging and I thought it needed the port replaced. Staff at Xwireless gave me an honest assessment, cleaning out the port rather than doing an unnecessary and more expensive replacement, and that fixed it right up! Price charged matched their quote. They even let me hang out in the shop for a bit to charge my dead phone before I went on my way. Will definitely go back if anything else goes wrong with my phone.

Was looking for a place that could do a same day console repair (which in my case was replacing an hdmi port) and although I don't think I saw any console-related reviews, the overwhelmingly high reviews were all consistent in the messaging. "so happy i came here.great customer service, knowledgeable staff and competitive pricing" etc so i thought I'd at least give them a call. From the moment I spoke to Nik about the issue I had, I knew that the reviews were for real. I was in the store within that hour and had a fully repaired PS5 shortly thereafter. If you're in the downtown-Kensington area and need a repair, go to Xwireless. To be honest, even if you're not downtown they're an excellent choice and worth the drive to the city.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a cellphone repair. Super nice people, fast service, smooth process and reasonable price. I had 2 phones fixed here and was able to pick them up on the same day!

I came to Xwireless based on the amazing reviews on Google. The reviews were spot on. The service was absolutely incredible. I cracked the screen on my first generation iPad mini. I did not think it was fixable. Not only did they fix my screen and the ghost touch, they also guided me on how to backup my files. Truly EXCELLENT!
