Lmao this place buys their reviews. Their menu uses photos of premium grade ribeye while serving AA. Was served frozen noodles when their menu lists "fresh" udon/ramen.

There were many delicious dishes we tasted that day. Good place if you are in the mood for Japanese food.

This is the 2nd time going to Yabu Shabu. Very satisfied. Excellent soup base and very filling. Excellent service, would definitely go again for a 3rd time.

Excellent food and service. The curry on rice dish was A+. Just the quality of the rice is worth remarking. Perfectly seasoned curry sauce, meat, and veggies. Server took good care of me. Also very nice interior decor.

The menu had a great selection of dishes, and the portions were generous. The service was outstanding, with the waitstaff being knowledgeable and attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience.

Hands down to one of the best Asian fusion mini-pot and Japanese style food place Yabu Shabu. The place really understands that hot pot culture is not only for a certain food lovers but everyone has a craving for it. The personalized size bowls are huge and so flavorful. You ca create your own hotpot servings. We’ll definitely come back again. The cozy environment is perfect for date ideas or family get together. Lots of parking.

This cosy place is very nice. Order an Kimchi pot and creamy pork bone pot. It was good. The kimchi was alittle sweet, and the pork bone was salty after boiling for a while, but regardless it was yummy. The service was good, the person was attentive, to bad they had remove the drinks menu. I’ll definitely come back again. Forgot to take a before picture but here is an after. They gave me extra noodles after that I have gotten the wrong one. It was really nice of them, I told them it was fine.

Amazing, and Tech Savy. You order by use of QR Code.but just warning you if you're a man who loves to eat, the portion sizes are slightly smaller than what they invoke them to be. (Marketing)

Had a great experience here tonight. The restaurant is a little smaller than expected but still with good amount of seating. Maybe not great for large groups. We ordered their suiyaki, and cheesy corn. Service was excellent. The server thoroughly explained how the menu worked and was always happy to help us throughout our meal!

The suiyaki portion and broth was fantastic. Price was very reasonable. We will definitely come back to try other flavors. Glad we have this new addition in our community!

Overall Food is ok. Not stand out at all. Portion decent. Food takes too long to arrives. Menu is quite complicated takes time to decide. Online menu have items missing.

A friend and i tried this place today. Lots of soup variety to choose from. Was a satisfied full, good balance of veggies, proteins and carbs.

Server took the time to explain and answer all questions. Attentive and helpful.

We paid $72 total after tax and tip. Feels nice to pay $36/person for hotpot and not $50 for ayce and stuff myself silly.

Great experience. There are not many restaurants like this one, which offers individual Japanese style hot pot. Great service. The food portion is great, and it’s quite light and tasty. Will go back.

New Yabu Shabu Desserts Restaurant - first of its kind in Toronto? The Name is a typical "hot-pot" dishes like the Chinese version, Haidilao. However, they are nothing but Hot-pot in single dish bowl or wok. They also have other dishes to try out. The shabu is tasty enough, perhaps, with MSG instead of fish or bone broth. Ingredients in the "shabu" were typical chinese-style - not Japanese.
At $23 per single "shabu, " I am better off with Chinese Buffet where I can load up into my soups with all sorts of meats and veggies for the same price - although it can serve 2. Haha. The pricing and serving portion is just not done right! Good luck.

Went there party of 4, each of us ordered a Shabu Shaba. Service was quick and attentive. The price is very reasonable with great food portion. Really like their updated menu. Will come back again.

Food was fine but disappointing service. The waiter who’s serving for our table never refill our water! We had already put the empty cups at the table-side, and there were only very few customers at the restaurant by then. Its surprising that he never checked on us during this 2 hour meal time, and every time we tried to ask for something, he seemed like he’s in hurry. All he did was playing on his mobile phone next to the counter ‍️‍️

Great food with exceptional presentation and services. I really enjoyed my time there. If you are dropping by during weekend, I personally recommend you to make an reservation to avoid wait time.
