The venue is delightful, offering excellent shisha and the servers, especially Anu, are incredibly hospitable, consistently greeting us with warm smiles.

Just went there today, very well behaved staff mrmbers, excellent service, aesthetically pleasing environment and best shisha in town.

Very nice place to have a great time with your loved ones, I really enjoyed my visit although it was for a short time but customer service that I received by annu was very endearing and sheesha is good too!

Washrooms are dirty. The main server only cares about maximizing space and she is very disrespectful. Advise for ownership: correct her attitude or you will continue to lose repeat customers
I will never some back to this again. Too many good shsisha lounges in the area with way better service.

Very luxury looking place. I read the review before going to place and because of some review I had my expectations low but when I got to the place I received the best customer service. The cashier was really nice to me. Loved it!

First time im coming to this place is very disappointed the customer service is very rude i seat on the table after i make an order they told me you have to change the table i told her im already placed an order she side No you have to change it and I cancel my order.

I recommend it no one go there is very bad place

The flavour Daman makes is amazing also special shoutout to Anu and Rom for their kind customer service always there to help out with a smile on their face.

Worst experience ever and worst customer service. Don’t go there. The flavours are the worst. The lady in the desk is very rude. She tells customers to refund and get the hell out. Does not understand basic etiquette. Don’t go there not even for instagram.

Tried the watermelon lit shisha (30$) which was great. The coal was changed timely by the staff and the place has a nice atmosphere.

Food and drinks not available at the cafe, but u can order from their restaurant which is just beside the cafe.

Ambience needs improvement, staff are not organized I don't believe they have a manager either.

Very chill spot with lots of seatings and a pretty great atmosphere at night. It also has an outdoor patio with heating!

The music can get very loud at times, but the playlists are often solid. The service is good and consistent.

They also stream UFC fights and other major events, which is pretty hard to find nowadays, so big props for that.

Note that they only accept cash or debit.

Music was good, shisha was average but the atmosphere of this place really makes everything stand out. I’ve been to a lot of shisha joints and this one is definitely one I’ll be returning to.

Solid hookah establishment - have to bring your own drinks including water according to the staff, but you can walk next door to grab what you need drink/food wise. Lots of flavors, different types of seating, and an outdoor patio if you want to sit outside. Vibe also includes tv with music videos all around the place which was a bit distracting but ok - didn’t get too noisy. Lighting was very chill and has some fun colors.

My keto diet friend enjoyed the lamb skewers and found them delightful. As a group, we enjoyed sheesha. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Great place to hangout with group of friends. Nice service, very affordable staff is also very cooperative.

Lovely ambience- good crowd and flavourful hookah. Only grouse was they were playing too much of slow hip hop music all the time- would be a request if a playlist of music could be curated to accommodate everyone's taste for music.

I came from Mississauga to visit this place, visited this lounge and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The DJ (Karan) was incredibly rude and disrespectful to customers, showing no regard for their needs or preferences. It was disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism from a staff member, especially in an environment where customer service should be a top priority.

The shisha place had terrible music and poor service - I had to wait half an hour for the guy to bring me charcoal. Overall, the vibe was not good.
