Very pleasant experience with this place. Catherine and Amy did helped me well. They both understand my needs and budget to select a suitable piano for my girl. We ended up buying a piano at this place. No pressure during the buying process. Highly recommend

I recently visited this Yamaha store with high hopes of finding a piano for my son. I was excited to explore their selection and make a significant investment in a piano that would accompany my son on his musical journey. However, my experience with one particular saleswoman, Jessica, left me feeling deeply disheartened and frustrated. From the moment I walked into the store, the saleswoman's demeanor was far from welcoming. She seemed disinterested and lacked any enthusiasm in helping me find the right piano. When I inquired about specific models or asked for guidance, she responded with curt and dismissive answers, making me feel like I was wasting her time. Her tone was condescending, which made it uncomfortable for me to ask any further questions. I believe that choosing a piano should be a personalized and delightful experience. Sadly, Jessica's approach was anything but that. I felt rushed and unwelcome, as if I were an inconvenience to her day. Not only did her attitude discourage me from asking questions about the pianos, but it also affected my overall impression of the store. I found myself hesitant to explore the instruments on my own, fearing further judgment or unwarranted comments from her. Her lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills were evident and truly disappointing. As a potential customer, I expected a more positive and supportive experience during such an important decision. Regrettably, this Jessica failed to provide any level of assistance or respect. To the management, I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback. Improving customer service and ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and attentiveness should be a top priority. I urge the store to address this issue promptly and work towards providing a more welcoming and supportive environment for all customers.
