REVIEW UPDATE: I just picked up my ring and Yang's jeweller did an amazing job! I had the tanzanite ring before and purchased the diamond band to replace my lost wedding band. Their jeweller fused the two together and rhodium plated both. The tanzanite is handmade and was crude and oddly shaped. Their jeweller straightened it out and lined it up perfectly with the new diamond ring. I LOVE it! I'm just so happy with it.

We really enjoyed the service at Yang's today! Patrick helped us and he was so friendly and kind. We were shopping around for a wedding band (replacement) and we're very happy we decided to go back and buy there.: D

Stella was helpful she took care of my wife's repair. My engraving idea however she didn't fully understand and after giving me a quote suggested I send her and the store a detailed email for better quote despite giving me one.

Spent $4000 on an engagement/wedding ring combo when they were on sale and was told they came with a lifetime warranty.

Found out a few months later after a diamond already started falling out of the engagement ring that they only have a 1 year warranty. After the second diamond fell out of the engagement ring we sent the entire ring back to be remade before my 1 year “lifetime warranty” was up. What makes it even worse is when I tried telling the owner one of his sales people lied to me about the warranty just to make a sale he brushed me off like I was lying. Everytime I was past this store now I feel the need to tell the people shopping to not waste their money there. This place is a JOKE!

Had an amazing experience with marissa and Patrick. Patrick appeared to be genuinely interested in helping me pick out the best ring for my needs. And marissa went above and beyond to ensure I had a ring in time for my photo shoot. She was incredibly thoughtful, empathetic and the only reason I decided to buy a ring on the spot was due to her amazing customer service skills and willingness to help her clients. Highly recommend this place and will be coming back again!

I only went to resize my watch. However, just in those 15 minutes I was treated amazing. Ben was very nice and professional. He did everything for me, explaining how my watch works and what to do in all situations. My 15 minutes here were awesome and will definitely recommend for anyone going. Came out with a smile!
