Yanox is a one stop spa. Everything from laser to facials and everything in between. I went to 3 laser sessions for large area and already see the results! I got read off 80% of hair so far which I think is amazing! The stuff is very knowledgeable and professional. The salon is very clean and prices are very reasonable comparing to the other salons I’ve been to. I definitely recommend this clinic!

It was recommended by my friend, and innitially I thought it's a good place with decent prices, they gave me 50% discount for face laser. But they never mentioned its only one time offer to attract the cutomer.so when you say after 6 session you want another 6, the prices are doubled up suddenly.everyone who works there very rude Ukranians except Veronica.i really liked her services but the receptionist gave me hard time booking an appoinment with her.receptionist - yana will always try to book you witk Oksana (owner) and she is THE worst.i would NOT recommend this place and would not go there again. I would highly recommend Yanox for hair removal service. Very friendly customer service and the results speak for themselves. I have seen so much improvement since I started going there. My hair growth has significantly reduced. On top of that, they also provided me skin care counselling and recommended me skin care products which really suited me. I found out about yanox laser through my cousin. I mentioned to her since I struggle with anxiety I don’t typically shave anymore so for the last few years I’ve been sugaring (similar to waxing). I told her how much I had been paying monthly and she recommended I try laser, “I said I’ve been wanting to for years but didn’t think I could afford it. ” But thanks to yanox’s payment plans I’m able to pay pretty much the same but have permanent results! Not to mention less painful! I’ve been going for sessions since the spring and am almost ready to move on to new body parts because I’m loving my results that much! The staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Very clean and modern atmosphere as well. I’ve struggled with being hairy my entire life and this is service is well worth it, life changing in my opinion I no longer need to worry. The treatments don’t take very long but definitely follow their advice on how many sessions to have the best results it’s working for me!

Had my consultation for laser hair removal with Kate yesterday and I cannot wait to get started! What a cute little place! Very clean and inviting! Love their choice of music at the front! They were running a little late but the receptionist and I were chatting that I didn't even notice! I am soooooo excited to start my treatments! I had a groupon deal for a year and I really enjoyed Yanox services. They are efficient, professional and the services are painless or have little pain as they use new machines.

I've been coming to Yanox for over 4 years now! My first experience was getting a facial with Oksana. She is such a kind, knowledgeable, passionate woman! She really loves what she does. I usually come in once a month for my facial and a complimentary nap:)!
The staff are incredibly friendly, going to Yanox feels like seeing my family, in the best way possible! I have also done laser and love my results!
A little surprised at some of the negative comments regarding staff being not friendly which is the exact opposite. I really suggest coming in and checking this place out for yourself before judging someone else's review!

Amazing service and results.

I did full legs and after 10 sessions my hair doesn’t grow back. Prior to this I didn’t like showing my legs as even when they were shaved you can still see the follicles. Now I don’t have to think twice on what to wear and think whether it’ll be showing my legs or not!

The staff is also amazing, they make you feel comfortable throughout the whole time!

I have been a client here for a little over a year now and I can’t get enough off how great the entire staff at Yanox is. Oksana has so much knowledge when it comes to skincare - I had spent a lot of money on peels before Oksana took over. She really helped me understand what I was doing wrong in my routine and with her help I was able to tackle my skin concerns. I had hyper pigmentation and dark spots. Yanox also has some THE best skin care products I have EVER used (the $18 toner they use is better than anything you will get in Sephora). They have/use CHRISTINA professional, which is just chefs kiss.

I initially started coming to Yanox for laser hair removal and that’s when I learned that they’re the real deal. They use the Soprano Ice laser which is THE absolute best on the market for laser hair removal, before becoming a client here I was a client at Skin Vitality, I spent so much money and saw no results. The girls really take care of you here and they make you feel so comfortable. During my treatments I don’t feel self conscious during my treatments because the ladies talk to you, it turns into a therapy session.

One of the best things about this clinic is that they don’t ask you for laser payments upfront which is SO important, especially today when we’re in a pandemic. They actually allow you to pay per session. I genuinely love love love coming here it is top 3 on my list of ESSENTIAL BUSINESSES.

I went to Yannox after buying a Groupon, I had one laser hair removal treatment and Covid happened so they were shut down And I couldn’t get 4 of my treatments. When they opened back up, I continued my treatments for a few months and then they told me I was done. I had purchased unlimited treatments for one year and because they were closed due to Covid, they chose not to give me the 4 missed treatments when they were shut down.
It’s very unethical and not very kind.

I am very pleased with the service and my results. I've read a few of their negative reviews and Im very surprised to hear that someone people think that the staff at Yanox are rude. In my opinion if you treat the staff with respect and dignity you will get the same. I just had my first Hydra facial and love the results. Oksana was very curious, explained the procure and really taught me how to care for MY skin. She made some suggestions on how to improve my skincare routine at home. I love coming to Yanox, it's a time where I can relax, laugh and just enjoy those few moments away from the real world! I’ve been a customer of Yanox and I am very satisfied with the services provided. I was recommended to use their Groupon coupon and was very pleased with the results, which made me continued additional sessions. I was very hesitant at first but did some research of my own just to understand the pros and cons. But most important, to ask questions if I wasn’t satisfied with the results or services provided. They owner and staff are very professional and answered any questions or concerns before and after treatment so I personally want to say thankyou for your professionalism and excellent service. Worst customer service at front desk. You will be charged extra for many things that were not mentioned, as well as not given the sessions, and promises as the Groupon entails. Receptionist is not willing to explain or help clients. Expect to be given attitude and spoken to as if you are not the one paying them for their services. Technicians were sweet and clean but the entire experience is ruined from the other factors. Results are satisfactory, but would not recommend wasting your time and money here.

Oksana and her staff are friendly, skilled and extremely knowledgeable. I saw instant results with both the laser hair removal and radio frequency. Everything was easy and pain free. I highly recommend this clinic to my friends and family.

As a returning customer who initially had a good experience here with the service (technicians), I referred many clients here and bought another package for my daughter. However the second time around I was treated with zero respect and spoken down to when asking about packages and offers that were not made clear. The attitude and atmosphere is extremely negative and makes it very hard to enjoy your experience due to the receptionist. Strongly suggest taking your money and time elsewhere as there is many other great options that value their customers!

Would not recommend this place at all.review: Laser treatment. The receptionist do not have clue of what does customer services means. She is extremely rude and she do not have manners to talk to people. I got my treatment laser for 6 month but at the second month I was ready to leave. Customer service is awful. Horrible. Do not waste you time and your money. The Technicians are nice but, the the receptionist is rude and disgusting that it makes you feel unwelcome. I'm writing this review on behalf of my wife because she's too sweet to shed some light on this garbage place so if you found their offer on GROUPON and considering getting it, beware.
• It's true that you can't change your appointment time even if you call days ahead and they explain it with "we have too many clients and your unavailability is your problem".
• Even if you still manage to attend your appointment, their machine might break a DAY before you come in.
- why didn't you call me before my session? Now I wasted hours for nothing.
- oh, I forgot.
No manners, no apologies.
• There's only one specialist that does her job well and genuinely a nice person. I truly wish her to find a better place and keep her own reputation healthy.
The rest of them work fast and carelessly like it's some kind of fast food joint.

To all GROUPON customers, note that you're not paying for the whole year! Only 6 sessions and you have to pay the full amount for the remaining 6 sessions! Don't be fooled by this dying business that is desperate for some money to stay afloat just a little longer.

The receptionist is downright rude. Has no sense of customer service. I am amazed at the owner as to why they still have her after all these bad reviews. I had such a bad first impression of this place because of her. I wish I read the reviews before I bought that group on coupon.

This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. When I requested a different time schedule for my future section, Lisa at the front desk told me I can't do it and that's the way it is. Why not?

Don't waste your money! The laser result is AWFUL.the front desk is unprofessional & rude.they will make you sign to have treatments every 4 weeks the reason why is that they are trying to give you 6 treatments instead of 8.

Owner and receptionist are very unprofessional and rude. I was treated with so much disrespect, was talked down on and yelled at. It takes forever to get at appointment. I was convinced to try this place out from an 'unlimited' groupon that I found. BEWARE that it is in fact not unlimited because they will not allow you to book sessions earlier than 6 weeks in between. Not only do they limit their services, they do not respect customers that are brought in through groupon as they will make it difficult for you to get an appointment. I was eventually forced to shorten my program to 6 sessions so that I can book my sessions with shorter gaps. And why i say forced is because the owner of the placed yelled at me to do so. Worst experience of my life! DO NOT GO HERE!

Receptionist is rude and unfriendly. Online hours need to be updated for weekends - I had an appointment scheduled on a Saturday at 6: 50pm, the online hours said they closed at 3pm, when I called to comfirm no one answered. I called back to reschedule and the receptionist had audacity to say that I would be charged a cancellation fee next time I "missed" my appointment. I told her I called to comfirm whether the place was open that day and no one picked up so I didn't go and she said "Well the receptionist left at 6pm so there was no one there to answer calls". So how am I supposed to know if the place is open or not? Ridiculous.

Bought the Groupon for 1 year unlimited but was only given 6 sessions. Within three months of my last session most of my hair grew back. This was a complete waste of time and money!
